"Before you leave," he smiled enigmatically, "on the day of my brother's celebration there will be a surprise for you." —He said as he grabbed a long strand of his blonde hair.
"Surprise" that word resonated in Calixto's mind for a moment, it was certainly a long time since he stopped liking surprises, and with what happened at the failed wedding he only ended up having an aversion to them, although he didn't like them he just nodded.
"Come on, don't be so rigid, smile, even if no woman likes you and you'll be single for life," he made a small joke, getting rid of his previous serious appearance.
Calixto was left thinking that if he smiled he would end up scaring even more people; especially to women and they would end up running away from him making a fuss and saying that they saw a demon. However, he did not go through life telling and boasting about his misfortunes either.
He thought about the strange girl from a few years ago, at that time he thought that the girl was somewhat afraid, however seeing and comparing the past, now he believed that that girl was not so afraid; all based on his previous experience, which he couldn't see clearly before.
But, now he had changed a lot, in the past when the curse had not yet fully developed it was terrifying, however in the present it was even more so, even that strange mark that appeared on his face became more visible during the time he was away. .

He felt disconcerted with the environment, it was like a thorn in his chest that made him feel strange and expectant for some reason, but he did not stop and continued walking deeper into the forest.
The closer he got, the more he heard a noise in the distance and continued forward at a firm pace.
He heard a strange noise, like something hitting the air, a thud maybe, but it all happened so fast.
He suddenly found himself being hit hard in the stomach and head by something, or someone.
Someone had knocked him down and now he was on the ground with an extra weight on top of his body.
Calixto had been hit against a tree, slightly injured, but the body on top of him was completely unharmed without any type of wound.
The person's body stood up almost immediately and looked at him with eyes wide open.
Calixto, with a headache, heard an agitated voice, a voice that seemed a little familiar.
