Wait, is that demon magic?!" someone exclaimed loudly.
"What kind of grimoire is that? It's a four-leaf clover, but why is it black? Shouldn't it be shining brightly instead of emanating this black energy?" another person questioned.
The chatter began to escalate until suddenly, a voice rang out in the tower, diverting everyone's attention.
"Uh? Where is my grimoire?" It was Asta's voice.
"Um, young one, it appears that you have not been selected by any grimoire. Please try again next year," the old man hosting the grimoire acceptance ceremony informed him.
Laughter erupted among the crowd.
"But wait, where is the person who received the black four-leaf grimoire?" a man yelled out, clearly surprised.
"Huh? He was here just a moment ago!"
The commotion continued as people started chatting once again.
"Ahem, the grimoire acceptance ceremony is now concluded. Everyone, please depart," the old man announced.
People started leaving until eventually, no one remained.
"A black four-leaf clover, huh? I might have to report this to the Magic King," the old man pondered.

"That was close. I've attracted so much attention. I'll go to the church and stay there until late night, allowing the plot to progress smoothly," I said to myself.
But what kind of magic is this? Cursed magic?
I opened the grimoire, and there were numerous spells listed inside.
"Holy shit, I have all of Sukuna's powers now! And there's another spell: Cursed magic - Sukuna form!"
"This... Does it grant me all of Sukuna's power and appearance?"
"I should try it."
Cursed magic - Sukuna form.
The grimoire began to float, and suddenly, everything around me turned into a black vortex, engulfing me. Then, a powerful blast occurred.
"Hahahahah! How interesting. Darkness, just as I always desired," I said, my face contorted.
"Do I acquire Sukuna's personality as I use this? Not that it matters," I said in a menacing tone.
"Wait! What? Resist it!" I desperately exclaimed.
I was on the verge of being completely consumed by Sukuna's personality, but thankfully, I managed to suppress it.
"Whew, that was close," I sighed in relief.
"Now that I look at it, I have taken on the appearance of Sukuna in his 2000-year-old form. I have four arms and two additional eyes below my main ones."
Let's test out this newfound strength.
I focused on a tree in front of me.
"Cleave."
With a menacing tone, I unleashed a punch, and boom! A powerful blast occurred, shattering the tree into pieces. The trees behind it were torn from the soil.
"It seems I can only use techniques while in this form," I observed.
This is a problem, as controlling my four hands and four eyes is quite challenging. Not to mention, it would attract a lot of attention.
For the remaining time, I practiced Sukuna's hand-to-hand combat and familiarized myself with the extended capabilities of my transformed body.
Late at night, in the forest, a menacing beast with four arms and four eyes stood. I opened my eyes and threw a single punch with one of my arms, resulting in a thunderous explosion. The tree I struck was obliterated into countless fragments, while the surrounding trees were ripped from the ground.

"I need to learn to control my strength, even though that was only 30% of my power," I contemplated.
It's time to head back.
It's quite late, and Asta should have also received his grimoire.
"Reverse," I commanded, and a black vortex engulfed me once again, returning me to my normal form.
Within a blink, I found myself in front of the church, within a two-meter radius. It seems the grimoire has enhanced my physical abilities as well.
I opened the church door and saw everyone gathered, having dinner.
"Oh Zon! You're back! Where were you? I searched everywhere but couldn't find you," Father Orsi said, his tone filled with relief.
"Apologies for worrying you, Father Orsi," I replied.
Just then, someone interrupted us.
"Oni-Chan! Where were you? I was so worried about you!" Holo exclaimed, running towards me and hugging me tightly.
"Nash and Recca were also extremely concerned!" Halo chimed in loudly.
"Oi, Halo," Nash interjected, feeling a bit embarrassed.
"Oh, Zon, I'm so glad you're okay!!!" another loud voice exclaimed.
It was Asta.
"I'm sorry for worrying all of you," I apologized, feeling a hint of guilt.
"It's alright, Zon. We're just glad you're safe," Sister Lily reassured me.
I then carried Halo in my arms and led him to the dinner table to enjoy the famous Nomotato dish.
We all ate together.
It marked the beginning of my journey towards becoming the Magic King.
To be continued...
