hellish training ends, unexpected escape of the observers
four days later....
"we must end training here, the seal will return to full effect in one hour and we must get back before she awakens."(old pillar) spoke, her words barely registering to my exhausted and sore self, what parts of me that weren't covered in blood and cuts were covered in sweat.
and luckily for the woman I was too exhausted to try and protest, in fact I felt an immense wave of relief when she had said that training was over, I mean, sure it was incredibly beneficial and helpful but...I don't want to ever do that again!
not only did she have me fighting my own undead, she had me going around and challenging beasts, larger than houses, stronger than anything I ever thought possible.
"the important thing is that you learned, without that then this would have been for nothing, wait....we are being watched, two humans, both possessing dark magic, neither high level, be careful though, they more than pose a threat to Natalie."(old pillar) informed, ushering my gaze towards a large shrub, shrouded in darkness, the instant I locked my sight onto it I knew, there were indeed two dark mages there.
"oh no, the seal is returning, this is not good, RUN!"(old pillar) shouted, my legs bursting forwards, sending me away from the two mages, my energy draining as it sustained my body for just a bit longer, my emotions both hopeful and concerned, if I escaped then Natalie would be safe and I would not have to worry about regaining power, if not, then I'd be in some serious pain for a while.
"not now!"(old pillar) echoed as my limbs collapsed from under me, my vision shifting and changing, once again looking through Natalie's eyes.

Natalie pov...
what's going on here? where am I? what happened?
nothing made sense, one moment I was in my room and another I'm finding myself alone in the woods, drenched in sweat, my limbs sore.
"there's no time, run!"(Granularr) yelled, his loud voice sending ringing throughout my ears and making me wince in pain from the sheer volume, the panic in it was evident, he didn't even speak like he usually does.
and for those reasons I followed those words, hurriedly glancing back at odd moments, the feeling of being watched only intensifying.
"sdhgkbfha!"(girl) a female voice shouted behind me, a large inky appendage in response to the girl's words burst forth before me, attempting to grab and hold me in place, it was unsuccessful, as my body immediately reacted moving on its own, rolling me safely away from the inky black shadow.
"tell us where that dark mage went and this won't get difficult for you."(girl) threatened, her body hidden behind swirling armor of shadows.

[emergency evacuation, new sealer located, moving grand evil]
the message completely caught me off guard and before I could even do something about it I found myself in a void, completely robbed of all my senses, well, almost all of them.
I felt warm and felt a continuous drum like beat, twice a second, it was beginning to be more rapid in pace, an odd sensation then soon took over and I felt an assault of cold, noise, and light, a loud shrill cry echoing in my ears.
[sealer has been born, power remains the same due to early evacuation]
"looks like God has given interest in your life and seems invested in keeping you at full power, sadly that didn't keep the poor girl alive."(old pillar) said coldly, rising conflicting emotions within me, a deep sense of pain and guilt almost radiated from me.
these memories were a pain.
"worry not, the pain will dissipate momentarily, you will not feel bad about the death of a new stranger, remember, those memories are not yours, you owe nothing to that girl."(old pillar) reminded, my newfound cold heart accepted these words and began urging my mind forward and off of thoughts regarding Natalie.
to say I was conflicted would have been an understatement.
maybe I was too conflicted, as I hadn't noticed new key details until it was too late.
in the corner of the room stood two armed men, covered in metal armor and menacingly holding hilts of swords attached to their belts.
what was worse was the emblem on their chests, the emblem of the slavers, an order Granularr personally started a thousand years ago.
an order that I found myself in, me, the new Granularr, the irony would be enjoyable had it not raised a subconscious fear within me, a fear the voices of the room would grow.
"the new slave has been born, give her to the master, she may be of use, YOU! NURSE! take the mother back to her room, she will begin her duties tomorrow!"(armed man) bellowed, a nearby girl in rags jolted in place before urgently following his words, aiding a sweat and blood covered woman off of a table and out of the room, the woman holding the sealer I was in began looking anxious.
"take the child to the isolation room, if it survives then put it with the mother, if it dies do with it what you do with the rest."(armed man) ordered the woman holding us, to which she nodded and rushed from the room, urgently shoving us onto a wood table in a stone room void of windows and light, quickly locking the door and fleeing thereafter.
"this is good, you can absorb the darkness and use it to strengthen both you and the child you have been sealed in, this will also nourish her, keeping both of you alive."(old pillar) suggested, answering a question I didn't even have the chance to ask, "what now?"
so seeing as my question was answered and I had nothing else to do I began following her words, seemingly entering another training session, oh well, it's better than being bored.
