Chapter 167 - Yang's Date (2)

After spending another hour outside flying around and Yang getting used to flying she was stable in the air not needing any more tips for flying.

"So what do we do now that I can fly pretty well?" Yang asked.

"We are going to be flying to the place that I grew up and meet some people. I thought the best way for our date would be to enjoy ourselves while also beating up some unfortunate people." Shallot said with a smile on his face.

Shallot and Yang started flying toward Menagerie. While flying he could see that while they were getting closer to the water Yang was looking down as if trying to find something.

"What are you looking for?" Shallot asked since there shouldn't be anything interesting here.

"I haven't seen a sea Grimm before and was wondering if it could take one of my punches!" Yang said while punching her other hand while flying.

"Full strength or playfully?" Shallot asked since he was sure that there wasn't any Grimm that was going to be an issue at this point.

He knew that if he wanted he could train Hunters and Huntresses to deal with all the Grimm.

"I noticed that Adam had ki but it still didn't help him against you. How strong are you now?" Yang asked while seeing a ship that was about to set sail.

On the ship that almost everyone was a Faunus.

"I think that is the ship that Blake came on?" Shallot said while seeing the ship since he didn't take it last time and had flown over the ocean.

"Should we take the boat then?" Yang asked while Shallot only thought about it for a second.

"We can fly this time and take the boat next time since I will have to introduce you all to Blake's parents also." Shallot said continuing flying.

"Aren't you worried that Blake's father will try to attack you at every chance he has seeing that you aren't only with his daughter but also others like my dad has been doing?" Yang said while remembering that even when Shallot isn't doing anything her dad's attacks don't do anything.

They flew and landed on Menagerie with Yang looking around.

"So what are we supposed to do here?" Yang asked while looking around at all the Faunus.

"We are going to some of the places that I enjoyed going to when I was younger. I know some great food places." Shallot said while looking at the place he hadn't been to in some years.

Shallot and Yang walked around for a bit until they came across a stand. It was a food stand that had spicy shishkabobs.

"Would you like some shishkabobs, Yang?" Shallot asked while walking up to the stand.

The Faunus behind the stand was looking at Shallot who was full of muscle. He looked at the girl next to him while also preparing some shishkabobs on the grill. He was a wolf Faunus who had a menu behind him with the number you can order whether in singles or packs.

"Four shishkabobs for both of us." Shallot said.

The wolf Faunus made the shishkabobs and handing them to Yang and Shallot. Shallot took him and shoved one in his mouth while looking at Yang who was eating some off of two of them she had in her hand.

"Hmmm, this is good!" Yang excitedly said while eating the shishkabob.

"This is one of the places I wanted to take you to since they have some of the best shishkabobs." Shallot said while enjoying the food.

Shallot wrapped his right arm around Yang and started leading her to another food stand.

"That place over there was where me and Blake used to mess with people by throwing rocks at the White Fang members." Shallot said to Yang while they walked around Shallot pointing to a place they used to go to.

"That doesn't sound like something Blake would do?" Yang said with a puzzled look.

"It wasn't her idea. It was me that was throwing rocks and I convinced her to throw some when she was getting bored." Shallot said while walking around.

Shallot and Yang went around walking and talking with Shallot explaining with some people that did notice him. They would look and point while mumbling something before walking away.

"What was that about?"Yang asked.

Shallot thought about it got a bit and then looked around while thinking about what they could be mumbling about then remembered when he left.

"Right... it's probably because the White Fang they looked up to was beaten by me before I left to travel around. Now that the White Fang was mentioned it was the thing we were supposed to do afterward." Shallot said while they continued going from food stand to food stand.

They spent their time eating when Yang couldn't eat anymore but Shallot was still munching on things.

"Now that you are full I guess it's time for you to get some exercise in." Shallot said while he started walking in a different direction.

"What do you have in mind," Yang said while tracing her hand down his chest thinking they were about to head somewhere to enjoy themselves.

"What you are thinking about is for after the first half of our exercise and I also didn't want to hide what I came here to do from you all." Shallot said while Yang followed him toward a different part of town.

After walking for fifteen minutes they were in front of a section with some people in the White Fang outfit. They were walking around and when they looked around they saw Yang and Shallot.

They looked at Yang while one of them looked at Shallot and his eyes widened behind his mask. He took off running toward the inside while leaving his friend there.

"Someone, you know?" Yang asked seeing the guy run away.

"They shouldn't know what I look like since I haven't been here since I was younger?" Shallot answered also slightly confused.

"So you aren't just infamous at Vale it seems," Yang said with a smirk on her face.

"Well, it's time to go and find out what they are planning. It may be something fun." Shallot said while he was rubbing his neck thinking that they may be planning something and as the new leader I need to know what they are planning." Shallot said.

"You're the leader of the White Fang now?" Yang asked remembering how Roman was working for him but the White Fang wasn't.

"They will be when I'm finished with them." Shallot said while smiling which sent a chill down Yang's back.
