Right after Gale and Drax had raced through the large doors, Gale brought him to the most overpopulated monster area around the village, which led him to his current situation.
"Ahhh '' Letting out a pained yip Drax hurriedly backed up as he dodged yet another slash from the snake's tail. "Gale, is it ready yet?" Yelling out to Gale that was currently surrounded by a glowing light behind him, Drax quickly dodged to the side as the snake's tail smashed into the ground, causing cracks to spread around the area of impact as a large indention was made in the ground. "Oof" Feeling something impact his side, Drax let out a pained gasp as he was sent flying a couple of feet before heavily impacting a nearby tree. Falling down onto the ground, he quickly rolled over as the snake's tail once again impacted the ground, leaving a large indention.
Huffing from exhaustion, Drax folded his legs out from under himself as he did his best to stand up. Looking down at his paws, he could see small cracks running all through them as gray mist constantly seeped out. Looking over to his side, Drax gave a breath of relief as he noticed that even though his side was cracked, no mist was seeping out. (System what is my current status)

"Hissssss" hearing a loud hiss Drax looked up from his status just in time to see a large blue head launch at him. Bunching his legs up under himself, he hurriedly launched himself into the air, barely dodging the snake's strike. Seeing the snake head pass by below me, Drax swiped his claws downward while aiming for its neck. Feeling a sharp pain go through his paw, he let out a yip of pain as the claws on his paws broke in half. Seeing more gray mist flowing out of his paw, he gave a huff of annoyance as he rolled his body in midair to avoid another slash of the snake's tail.
Landing on all fours, Drax quickly backed up as the snake turned its body in his direction before it once again began to slither toward him. "System, what the heck is this thing?"

"What why!!! Ugh, never mind, just answer that later, Appraisal!!!" As the word left Drax's mouth, a familiar blue screen appeared in his line of sight. Except there was just one problem.

"Wha- what is this? What is with this measly amount of information?" Indeed, instead of the large amount of information the system usually gives when asked about a creature, this time all the system gave was a measly name, rank, and a tiny description. "STUPID SYSTEM!!!!" Screaming out his frustration, Drax didn't notice the snake's attack before it was too late. "Oof" Feeling something impact his side, he was once again sent flying.
Spinning uncontrollably through the air, Drax opened his eyes wide as he felt the necklace holding the scale around his neck fly off. Feeling his body revert back to its ethereal state, he quickly corrected himself as he used the skill glide to correct his direction as he smoothly slid through the air to where his necklace landed. Grabbing the scale before putting the necklace around his neck, he hurriedly ran back towards the snake. Seeing the snake about to strike Gale, who still had that golden glow surrounding her body, Drax quickly bunched up his legs and launched himself at the blue blizzard snake. Letting out a fierce growl to get its attention, he swiped down his paw aiming for its vulnerable eye.
Hearing a screech of pain come from the snake, Drax smiled with pride at having finally damaged a species of a higher level. Kicking the snake in the face with his hind legs, he used the force from his kick to propel himself away from the snake. Screeching in rage, the snake tossed its head from left to right as it tried to shake the blood leaking out of its left eye. Locking it's only eye on me, the snake momentarily paused before letting out a loud screech full of rage. Slithering its body in his direction at a speed that shouldn't have been possible for its large body, Drax instantly regretted his earlier attack.
"Shit" quickly turning around, he started to run as fast as he could while swerving around trees to make it harder for the snake to catch up. Hearing the sound of something crashing, he looked behind him just to see the snake directly crash through a tree, making it topple over. Feeling his mind go blank, he had a moment of surprise before his instincts kicked in as he pushed his legs to the fullest, doing his best to get away from the enraged snake. Seeing another tree topple over, Drax looked over at Gale before yelling "Gale hurry your ass up before I get eaten dammit." Continuing to run, he turned his ears toward Gale's direction as he heard her reply.
"I'm going to need another minute" Feeling his pupils go smaller Drax turned his head in Gale's direction as an expression of Exasperation and fear crossed his face. (ONE MINUTE!!! I'll BE DEAD IN ONE MINUTE!!!)
