"Hey boss, How did it go?"

"Did you get her to like you?"

Phil's lackeys asked with sparkling eyes. Just now they saw their boss walking with Sakura. They were enthusiastic to know what happened.

"Uh... about that." Phil had an awkward face. "She caught our act from the start."

"Eh! Really!"

"No, way."

"Our acting was so good as well."

"It seems she can sense magic somehow." Phil looked dejected.

Seeing this the other's enthusiasm died down. They tried to comfort Phil.

"Don't worry, boss. We have plenty of girls around town."

"Yeah, what's there to be ashamed of? We are men."

Feeling a little happy, Phil thanked his lackeys for comforting him. "Thanks, guys."

"Of course, boss. Let's go hunt some beauties tomorrow morning," the scrawny boy replied.

"Yeah, I heard that there is a beauty near the northern side of the town." The fat boy suggested.

"You mean Miss, Abby?"

"Yeah, She's quite beautiful." The fat boy confirmed.

"Not gonna lie, I kinda agree with you." A boy with pimples on his face said.

"Boss let's go and peruse Miss Abby, tomorrow."

Phil who was watching the whole exchange looked a little confused. "But, isn't Miss Abby married?"

"That's what makes it better." The fat boy gave him a thumbs up.

Hearing this Phil sighed and massaged his temple while the boys chatted about how to course Miss Abby.

The next morning, Sakura woke up pretty late in the morning. Maybe it was the mental toll from the previous day or maybe she just needed a little rest after the long journey. The bed felt a lot more comfortable since she hadn't slept in a comfortable bed for days.

<Good morning master.>

"Yawn!!! good morning Astra."

sakura took her sweet time before getting out of bed. She just felt really lazy and didn't want to get up from bed.

Sakura was about to step out to grab a bite when suddenly, a loud "Bam!!!" echoed. "Ouch!!!" she heard a cry. Startled, as she peered through and looked at the other side of the door, she realized she had accidentally opened the door onto someone's face.

'Oops!'

"Sorry, are you alright?" Sakura asked as she checked up on the person.

The person was

"Ouww!" The person massaged her head.

'Should I heal her.'

<Unnecessary, the girl should fully recover in a few minutes.> Since Astra said it's not necessary Sakura didn't cast healing. Though she did try to take a look at the girl for any injuries.

However, the quickly the said girl realizing something quickly put her hood back up realizing that it had fallen from her head.

"Yes, I am alright." She gave a courteous bow to Sakura before quickly scurrying away. The girl walked away so fast that Sakura didn't even have time to talk back.

"What a weird girl," Sakura muttered.

<Should I buy information on her?>

"No, need." Sakura denied. If she bought information about every stranger on the streets then she would be out of EP before she knew it.

"Oh! Good morning, Young lad. Did you have a good sleep?" The aunt at the cash counter asked Sakura.

"Yes, yesterday's sleep was the best. Your rooms are good."

"We are not that good. there are much better inns around, you know."

"But I still prefer this place. Anyway, can I still get breakfast? It's pretty late in the morning."

"Sure, dear. take a seat. I will bring it to you." the woman went inside the kitchen and Sakura took a seat at a nearby table.

 "This place is not bad. The floors are clean and the overall atmosphere feels refreshing.'"

<Master, is always right.>

"Hehe, now that I think about it it's better than Mr. Fredric's mansion."

<It's all about preference master.>

"I guess you're right."

"Dear, who're you talking to." The inn aunt came back with food and placed the platters on the table.

"No one I was just talking to myself." Sakura laughed awkwardly.

The inn aunt gave Sakura a concerned look before walking away.

'Uhg! that was awkward.'

<I'm sorry master.>

'Don't worry, it was my fault for talking out loud.'

Sakura took a bite of the bread and was instantly impressed. It was different than the evenly cooked bread she found in her previous life.

Some part of it was a little burned and crispy while some parts were soft. It made the bread taste vary with every bite. There was some salty flavor to it as well.

"Mm, it's so good!"

'Why does a medieval world have better bread than the modern world?' She pondered while eating the bread.

<Modern breads are evenly cooked and made for long time preservation. These by hand meant short In fact, these won't last more than half a day before they start degrading.>

'Never realized bread making was so complicated.'

Sakura blissfully ate the food while talking with Astra.

In the distance, the inn aunt was looking at Sakura with a concerned face. She has been observing Sakura for a while. And looking at Sakura's always changing emotions she was concerned that something was wrong with this girl. Sakura acts as if she is talking to someone. But there was no one near her.
