"Huh?" Well who would not be confused after something like that. He tried to think of something to be called, attempting to recall what he formerly was named.
The memories of his life started to flow back into his head. Just a few hours ago he had been a highschool student, studying in America. His head was pounding, he was able to remember his life but not his name.
[Name not found in memory database, creating a new name is suggested for convenience.]
A glowing keyboard like screen appeared in front of him, as he tried to reach out and type, he was unable to perceive his hands that had once been there.

"How do I enter a name without hands?" he questioned.
[You are able to control selection options in this space with your mind. Please think about each key you wish to press.]

"I don't like the name Jay much…"

"Mhmm… what races can I choose from?"
*Ding* A screen appeared with an assortment of choices.
"Beastman, Demon, Human…" He continued reading until he got to the final option. "Unknown? What's that?"
[Unknown, as the name suggests it is a race beyond the comprehension of the system. The creator of the system allowed it as an option, but did not provide a description to the lowest operating system, me. Although enough information was provided by the creator to know that [Unknown] has a similar body structure to humans. However that is all the information that I have at this moment.]
"Who created the system?"
[This information requires level five access.]
"Oh, well how do I level up the system?"
[System will level up naturally in relation to the strength of the player. Now, please complete character creation stage.]
"Ok done." The body Hazard had created was childlike more cute then handsome clocking in at a height of 5,9. He had long hair that was an icy white color. Which turned out to be a race specific trait. The body was fairly toned despite its childlike characteristics.

Hazard looked down and saw hands, his hands. He clenched his fists feeling the nails dig into the palms of his hands. Feeling pain as he clenched his hands to hard. He brought his hands up and felt his face, moving on to his hair which went down towards his back.

A screen popped up in front of Hazard displaying all of his stats and skills.

"What do these titles mean?"
[Titles are gained when certain processes are completed. As for what the titles do, Reincarnate grants 2x Experience points. Player grants +10 extra skill points upon level up. (Before multipliers)

Hazard was bouncing around he had read a few light novels in his short life so he knew what was coming next.
[Final process, please give system a name, as we will be partners from now on.] Hazard could tell that the voice in his mind was smiling.
"Ok… how about Samantha, and I'll call you Sam."
[Registering voice as female, name Samantha is acceptable. Beginning transfer to Earth…]
"Wait Sam the new world is called Earth as well?"

Hazard eyes closed slowly as his eyes rolled back into his head. He fell backwards into the void.
