Dragon's Scheme

Astral space area, this region consisted of several star planes and dead stars. The plane was rich with treasure and flowing with natural qi Hydra's biggest of all the planes in the astral space area. It consists of a few races but not humans.

Blodig Morke belonged to the Dragon race. He made his race the overlord of the Hydra. Dragons were naturally the strongest species and Blodig was even more powerful with his unique abilities which made him stand at the pinnacle. He was ruthless and didn't spare any individual who opposed him. Naturally, no one dares to stand against him, considering the strength of the dragons.

Blodig was a supreme being who ruled the heavens for last thousands of years. He had everything everybody wished for as dragons have an extensive life span along with elves and demons.

Be it women, wealth, or treasure, he made his Forte on Hydra. He was the emperor of the empire he created himself on this vast Hydra star.

Empire consisted of various races and there were nobles who belonged to certain races.

Blodig didn't feel content with the power he had. Once, during his travels, he came to learn that the space they were living in was just part of many. The beings whose strength far exceeded the standards of his region. Compared to them he was like an ant. Having faced these sudden revelations, he had a sudden thought. What if he were to become Immortal? To have an undying body with unparalleled strength, that's what he aimed for. Then he embarked on the journey to search for a way to fulfill his wish. He scoured the entire astral space. He read many books and ancient scripts. After painstakingly working for a couple of years, he found a way to make his wish come true. That method was very unorthodox and bizarre. The method needed the bodies and souls of very powerful beings. By refining their bodies and souls, then merging them together.

As he lived for many years, he knew many races and their strength. He aimed for the elves and demons as they contained most of the strong ones. Then he started fighting the experts of their races and killed them. After the fights, he collected their bodies. The battles were fierce and made caused major geographical changes. After collecting the bodies and refining them, he needed a vessel to withstand all the might of the combined energy. For that, he found a human. As humans have great potential with unlimited growth. They were very adaptable to changes and by continuous honing they can become stronger. Blodig, as a dragon keeping his pride aside, he was ready to take over the body of a human. In the universe, humans were considered very low and weakest of all races. Blodig found that young humans can be the perfect vessel for this process.

At present

Blodig found a boy. He now started refining his body after he got out of the body in soul form. This is the last sphere.

The boy in the pool sucked deep into it. The pool had thick blood in it. the strange red liquid was swirling in the pool with the boy at the center. The boy wasn't able to see clearly what was happening. He was continuously struggling to, tried to get out of the pool. But he wasn't.

A whirlpool began around the pool. All pores on the body of the child had started absorbing the blood. The boy had felt pain all over his body, he winced letting out a lot of screams. The blood and bones are reformed, and the agonizing screams have been heard all over the cave but no one could hear him. The pain was unbearable for a seven-year-old kid. He could do nothing but roar in torture.

He clenched his fists and gazed upward.

Blodig in his soul form had completed the sphere of his body, the sphere floated above the pool with the remaining spheres. After the dragon's sphere entered the pool area, all spheres condensed at one point. Then dark lightning spiral around the single point.

After sucking the whole blood in the pool. The boy lost consciousness. In his sea of consciousness, a soul has formed with a bloody red aura.

Blodig didn't see these changes.

The boy floated above the pool, now the dark lightning sphere has merged with the body of the boy. The spheres engulfed the boy and his body began absorbing the power of the sphere.

A few moments later.

The kid roared and veins started to bulge on his skin. His hair grew up to his hips. The hair wave in the sphere. It glowed in silver white, it was shining very brightly. His face became milky white. The process continued for several hours.

It lasted a few hours, sphere started to disappear. Blodig advanced near the pool. He entered the body of the boy. Then something unexpected happened.

"What is that red Aura?" Blodig was astonished.

"He should have died in the pool, why is his soul still there?"

"Not that it matters, I will just merge his soul with mine, it nourishes my soul," Blodig murmured.

He approached the soul of the boy, but the soul of the boy opened its eyes which were bloody red, there was an emitting glow of red light. Blodig was stunned, he felt a terrifying killing aura from the boy's soul. He thought of escaping but it was futile. His soul merged with the boy, which in return nourished the boy's soul.

The irony of his life, he thought he could nourish his soul instead he became one.

Just like that the legend of Blodig Morke ended. The struggles he did for this method instead led to his death of him.
