Recovery
The next day, the chemists all made it back to Chief's Hall, bringing with them the fabled mold samples. As soon as they were settled, the lot helped Linus and Nina set up a makeshift laboratory in one of the available store sheds next to the hall. Linus thought the dark and enclosed space would help the cultures grow well.
With all things ready, Linus prepared his first batch of penicillium cultures coming from the mold samples they took from the stream, all under the observation of his chemists-pharmacists in training. With the skill <Art of Teaching Lv.3> in effect, Linus demonstrated to them the process.
First, he boiled thin slices of potatoes in water for half an hour. After that, he transferred the broth to another pot and dissolved jelly and honey into the broth. The completed solution was then poured into disinfected porcelain dishes, left to cool down and gelatinized for the next process.
