Unaware of the dangers outside, Geth finally regained consciousness within the chrysalis. His mind wandered about the shell, examining the shape and taking into account the amount of energy he'd stored.
The results were impressive.
His mental sphere had expanded with the excess energy until it pressed against the sarcophagus that he and Ro-Zek had prepared to mold his new body. Geth laughed internally as he pictured the crystal coffin from Indiana Jones.
"Geth?"
Geth turned around, seeing Albus' incorporeal figure floating nearby. He formed a false body for himself and grinned at Albus.
"What do you think, Albus?" Geth asked.
Albus looked around at the dense, purple mist that surrounded them. He couldn't see a mental sphere at all, only the occasional Rune or Formation passing by in the fog.
