(259) Purple Clouds

Geth stood before the black dome, the door still half open from his previous entry. The purple energy poured from the door, thwarting any attempts to glance into its depths.

Turning his body to the side, he fit into the partially open door. Whether or not it was necessary, he didn't intend on leaving the opening any wider than it already was.

A comforting warmth encapsulated him as he crossed the threshold. The feeling was familiar, and he couldn't remember where he'd felt it before.

The interior of the dome was dark once again, completely obscuring his vision. Like last time, he ambled in the darkness and approached the center of the sphere, keeping his senses spread out and a close eye on the entryway.

Nothing made a move to leave the place. In fact, nothing was in the dome at all.
