Blessed with Lilac.

Shyla wasn't very familiar with the outskirts I guess as I cannot see her here anywhere, I kept waiting for her as she's the only known face here for me, and then I felt attacked by two arms around me, pulling me into a hug from back,

"gotcha" she shouted, Loud in my ears,

"Hey..hey" was the only thing I could say trying to step out of her hug But again she jumped and hugged me,

"Guess, we can be Dorm buddies," she instructed me of her reason for this Happy Rush,"..they said we can have a room partner or can have a single room, But as I am not so good at being alone in the room, Naomi ..Would you like to be my room partner" she completed her sentence, leaving me in questions and doubts about how can I live in with her as she can read my mind and I don't want to be in such a situation.

"So, What say?" she asked by snapping her fingers, "Wanna Give in" Logically and technically her idea seem a bad choice for me, So I stood quiet, looking at her Dum headed, Trying to gather words I can say no,

I shook my head from left to right but to this action, she quickly fought back with puppy eyes. But our conversation was interrupted by a crackling sound coming from the mic

"Everyone, the Dorm process is about to begin", As I heard this, It sent goosebumps down my spine, A sudden rush of nervousness, and my hold on to my bag tightened, I looked at Shyla she was cool at the moment, she looked at me with a smile which was full of excitement,

"So I hope you people read the rules written in the book given to you " A red-headed girl spoke on the mic and continued "As I am sure you all must have read about the selection process, But again I'll help you see all to understand it...ahem .." she cleared her throat "Arca High is special because of the special students who study here, As we all know there's a peace agreement within our different societies and thus we must protect non-special students studying here...",

She was explaining all well but something wasn't right, this feeling which was telling me someone was looking at me, It made me feel uncomfortable and not so safe feeling, I tighten my grip on the strap of my bag and I was still trying to listen to the redhead. Red hair girl continued "...as you can see to your left there's a huge load of papers, all you have to do is take one sheet and write answers properly once you are done put it in that box and wait for your call of selection" I brought that paper and started answering questionnaire printed on it, This wasn't bad I think after all it's just a selection process what else would be there to ask and I started reading questions printed on that paper. All of those questions were basic like your name, date of birth and education and height weight blood group, as there were two sheets I turned over the first sheet which I was surprised sheet wasn't very normal or common it had red and lilac color and golden embellished letters where all group's names were mentioned,' Amber, Elora, Petra, Conrad, Sapphire, Kansaz, Ace' to which I remembered 'Ace' i have heard this before from Shyla, I drew my attention from my thoughts to that lilac paper and tried deciding dorm leader,' Which to be choose!' i sighed under my breath,

"here let me help you, why don't you go for Sapphire, that dorm is led by Sakura that gray-haired girl you see over there.." Shyla said pointing finger at the girl standing at the fence of the first floor she had those lilac eyes, 'Adorable!!' I thought,

"or maybe you can go for Amber.." Shyla continued giving me information, "....again lead by a woman, Katherine, Oo.... she's furious actually but it seems she's a bit soft towards girls but hates boys" To this I shrugged my shoulders, But there was a question I kept fighting to ask Shyla I couldn't, But,

" It Doesn't seem well, but Ace," I asked her with hesitation, tucking my hair behind my ear.

"No. Nah...you can't go for Ace, I have heard they never had any girl in their dorm, never."So going for Ace is just you'll be losing to choose another dorm as we can choose only 3 dorms in the form" Shyla said.

"Oh" was the only word that escaped from my mouth after listening to this, There I went ticking for Sapphire, Flora, and Amber.' Done

Now we have to submit all of these to the person standing at a bench kept on the right side of this majestic hall or as they call it auditorium, I handed it over to the same guy who I saw at the Gate, I recalled Shyla's words, "Hey" was all he said when he glanced at me, "Hey" I said with a Smile, "Mind if I ask you" I wanted to ask him about that 'No girls Dorm' he belonged to," which are the best dorms for girls?" and he did reply " amber, flora".

"Why? Do other dorms have any gender problems or something? I tried being a fun person to talk but I ended up being LAME,

he chuckled a little"Noo." he rubbed his nose, pushing his specs he said "Those dorms are led by girls and that's why I think they're best".. I didn't waste time to ask, " I heard from girls you know, that Ace is quite not fine with allowing girls", He kept his head looking down at papers.."yup" he said,

"Do you know why? I mean you are from Ace" I ask...he suddenly stood up, put his hands in his coat, and said with a smile "Sorry, can't tell"... he picked up all his papers "So I'll be seeing you around" he smiled to me, to which I nodded and he went away,

Again a cracking Mic sound... "Please Submit the forms to the desk ..." I noticed myself sitting right there, "...And wait for the results, Names will be called and you'll be asked to summon in the dorm hallway," she told everyone.
