Chapter twenty-three

Days had passed and Anna got better and better in all the fighting lessons she was taking. This ofcourse made her feel better.

Today was finally the day Levi was to come home and she was to seduce him. Her heart was beating so fast as she stood at the door with the rest to welcome him. They all stood waiting for him and then finally they saw a carriage which stopped infront of the palace and then he came down from it looking way more beautiful than usual as his beautiful hair clung to his face. He was hot. Anna was already feeling anxious as he walked towards them not sparing her a glance not even once which hurt and confused her at the same time.

"Welcome back!"everyone said immediately he got close to them. He smiled and then walked inside to have a bath and maybe rest. He didn't even look at me once an it crushed my confidence.

Anna walked into her room with Alicia looking at her worriedly. Anna paced the room as tears formed in her eyes. Why was she crying? she didn't even know but all she knew was that her heart hurt.

"I can't go on with the plan anymore!"Anna said looking at Alicia with sad eyes.

"I know why my lady but you must! atleast try!"she said looking at Anna with pity yet frustration. Anna understood but she couldn't. What if he completely ignored her presence or worst got upset by it? she couldn't just risk such situation.

"I can't Alicia!"Anna said with a harsh voice. She was getting upset. She didn't want this anymore she just wanted to tear off this red hair and then go back to a normal life. She hated her faith,her destiny! she didn't want this kind of life or mate!

She burst into hotter tears as Alicia gave up and consoled her.

Meanwhile.....the two brothers are having a chat.

"Bro why did you ignore her like that?" Jeremy asked looking at his brother upset.

"I didn't!"Levi said with simple face.

"You know you did! why are you hurting her and yourself?"Jeremy asked looking at his brother. From his face and appearance he already knew his brother was longing for that woman! This was love of centuries it couldn't just fade easily.

"Please I won't talk about this anymore!"Levi said as he stood up and walked away. His heart was hurting and he didn't want this anymore. As he walked to his room he heard crying coming from her room. Why was she crying? Was it because of him?

He decided to listen a little bit.

Back to Alicia and Anna's conversation

"I know he snubbed you my lady.....but I can assure you the price loves you so much! He might just he hurt for now but just show him little love and you will see!"Alicia said convincing and consoling the weeping protector.

"So your saying I should still go ahead and seduce him?!"Anna asked as she tried to wipe her tears.

"Yes my lady!"Alicia said with an encouraging smile.

"This better works!" Anna said to Alicia as she stood up and looked into her mirror.

Poor Levi who happened to hear the conversation was blushing and suprised.

"She was going to seduce him?" he said in his head as his cheeks heated up and he blushed remembering when she did it with him thousands of years ago.

This is the last chapter for today.

As I said I would be getting this book contracted so please exercise patient and wait for when it is done for me to keep writing!
