Well, shit.

If my alternative version doesn't know about [Fury] he probably had a whole different backstory, and he also probably did things way differently too. I guess it's more accurate to say he was just another person with the same name... that still sounded a little bit wrong... a very close person with the same name? Yeah, that sounds a little bit better.

That is at least a very good sign, showing I was never going to be like him and he probably is way more satisfied with that information. But I won't let my guard down and do something stupid like trying to do everything like my past self and only correcting slightly mistakes, essentially only becoming a slightly better copy of him, that would be severely dumb, and the equivalent of spitting in the face of Alt Jin efforts.

First and foremost, just from arriving at this world the way I arrived everything that happened to him has already irreversibly changed, now I know what happens and I could completely avoid the bullshit and do everything my way.

Second, as I have already said prior we have a lot of differences and I sincerely doubt my alternate self had the same [Mangekyo Sharingan] abilities. No matter how you look at it someone with spammable [King Crimson] can't be defeated. An adversary may make him run away if he is overwhelmingly strong, or if he has some bullshit skill like [Golden Experience Requiem]. But a spammable [King Crimson] is nigh unstoppable. So either the Dragonborn created some bullshit shout, or my alternative self may have developed a different skill.

And seeing as he doesn't have [Fury] which most certainly influenced a good deal on what abilities I got, it's not that surprising that he would develop differently.

*Sigh* this situation is a fucking huge mess... Now I understand why everyone fucking hates [Dragon Breaks], time shenanigans are simple too fucking confusing. Was it a loop? were infinite copies of myself will be repeatedly reborn and go through my life in alternative realities until one of them (me) was able to break free. Is this simply some alternative timeline scenario where my alternative self simply went to the past of a different timeline? Is this another side effect of a [Dragon Break] happening, where a lot and not a lot of things happen at the same time? Is time already so broken that a bunch of confusing shit is happening all over the world right now, and Akatosh is royally pissed with me? Is the DREAM that is this reality already broken?

Is this simply time travel? because if it is I am fucked, because Hermaeus will remember everything. Do you think that is a lie? nope, Daedric princes see and experience time way differently than a mortal does. They are no omniscient, of course, they have been caught unaware multiple times through history. But he would definitely remember someone like if that is the case... Can the Daedric princes be considered Lucid Dreamers?

*Sigh* Asking this kind of question is completely useless right now, I can do nothing about it and I doubt anything will change soon. So what I should do right now?

Those two phrases echoed in my mind at this moment. It feels like a very simple objective, but it's far away from being one. I know I am far too interesting and mysterious to any Daedra and Aedra to pass up for that matter, so I am almost certain I will become a huge target of some of their machinations. Heck, due to some bullshit future visions Azura may be planning something right now to use against me. In the end, it all boils down to strength, huh.

It may sound really cliche, but if I really want the power of choice I at least need to be strong enough to look in the eyes of my enemies and say without faltering and say a huge "I REFUSE", and be able to defend myself from their eventual retaliation.

I don't care much about dying, but I doubt anyone would want to instantly kill me as I am way more precious alive than dead, after all. And I don't even what to step into a Daedric realm, according to some lore I read elsewhere, a Daedric prince can control time in his plane, meaning he can control time around you and make you age 100 years in seconds essentially killing most humans. So right now I need to stay the hell away from Daedric bullshit, Conjurators (Mages that specialize in Conjuration), Cultists, Necromancers, Aedra influence... Now that I think about it there are simply too many hazardous things to my health in my current environment.

I just sighed in exasperation and continued cycling my [Ki] according to my cultivation technique, said [Ki] which is now rudimentarily mixed with my [Ripple]. Why rudimentarily? I saw my alternative self doing it masterfully with my [Sharingan], my brain and memories know exactly how it should be, right now I am essentially teaching my body how to attain it.

It will be a slow process, but I am just happy that I can use [Ripple] and [Ki] together now. I definitely gained a huge boost in strength, my [Ki] now ripples according to my breathing techniques. This will boost the damage of some of my techniques like what happens during Subordinate's fight, It will probably boost my recovering speed even more, and when you sum that with the fact that I absorbed a [Divine Dan], almost nothing short of decapitation can kill me now.

Okay, that sounded arrogant as fuck. This word has magic and [Tonal Magic] so there is probably a whole slew of spells that can be very much deadly towards me, so getting all high and mighty because of my new regenerations power is a dumb move. The good thing is my survivability probably has shot through the roof with this development.

this also has an extremely positive effect to reduce my bloated sensation. Thanks to [Ripple] being in the mix now my [Ki] ripples and flows faster and stronger, making the bloated feeling something barely noticeable right now. I bet when I got more experienced with mixing [Ripple] and [Ki] these bonuses will be even higher.

Slowly I walked out of the castle, all these thoughts fluctuating on my mind nonstop. I made theories, speculations, but ultimately I didn't have any definitive answer. Sadly my tough process was interrupted the moment I stepped outside of the castle.

I was expecting that I would need to walk towards the base of Mt.Arcana before returning to the desert, but the moment I stepped outside of the close I felt the warm sand in my feet.

That gives me quite the scare, I was expecting the smooth and cool stone steps outside of the palace but I ended up stepping on the hot sand. My eyes immediately darted around searching for clues or anything that could explain what the fuck just happened. But all I could see was sand, the irritating coarse sand that gets everywhere.

I looked back, expecting to see Mt.Arcana in all its glory, but I only saw more dunes of sand. the urge to panic was a little higher than normal, but the calming positive of [Ripple] and [Ki] cycling in my veins quickly cooled me down and let me think straight. A huge ass mountain has just straight out disappeared...

*Sigh* My life is going to be crazy like that from now on... Better simply accept the absurdity sooner rather than later. At least there will be less suffering.

Looking around I could clearly see traces of a presence in this exact location, I grew suspicious but further analysis told me it was just my footprints that were here. It appears that the time I spent on Mt.Arcana was also distorted or broken in some way.

Before choosing a destination I decided to read the notebook Alt Jin left for me, liking it or not it's better to engrave this whole book in my mind with the [Sahringan] than risk losing it due to some dumb or idiotic fate.

Opening the First Page I was able to read Alt Jin introduction:

"If you are reading this it probably means that I have already faded and have long since disappeared. Knowing myself I probably will try to engrave this whole book with the [Sharingan] before doing anything, don't worry I will be brief and direct to the point." ~Book ~

I have some possible locations of those drawn on a map, but those are probably completely useless seeing as they are from decades into the future. But it might help so I wrote those down." ~ Book ~

"The [Elder Scrolls] are your most important ingredient, without those you might as well not even try this. And for the love of god don't try to half-ass something liek this, you are literally changing species, and that is irreversible. Yup, you changed species it becomes absolutely impossible to be human again or any other species for that matter. So choose wisely, because it can only happen once, and it's permanent."~Book~

"Don't worry much about other ingredients. Most of them are extremely simple things that you can find around, I will be sure to write the list down precisely." ~Book~

"After Page 55 you will have all the detailed procedures and whatnot. Don't worry I wrote it as easily as possible to understand, and if you still are having difficulties you can probably go to the Serana option that I should've mentioned in our talks." ~Book~

"I will also write everything event to the smallest and most useless detail I can remember from my timeline. It's probably isn't much, or not even accurate in a lot of things due to your changes, but I know how even a little tidbit of information can eventually save your ass." ~Book~

"A little warning here, do try to no provoke any purple worms. Those beasts are a menace in the desert and night unkillable depending on the conditions. Ah, and don't be surprised if you see a monster of other games or other mythologies here, this universe is way bigger than you can imagine and that shows in both fauna and flora." ~Book~

Well, that was something. Btu if Alt Jin found slaver north, I will be going in the exact opposite direction. What? why would I pass through all that headache and trouble when simply going in the opposite direction can save my ass.

So I simply made a turnover and started heading south. No way in hell I am going in the direction of certain doom.
