11 Sassy Ghost

Anastasia closed her eyes tightly out of fear. She knew that someone was behind her but she can't even move her body.

How is she supposed to run in a state like this?

Suddenly her body started moving on its own. She had no control over it. She was heading towards the underground door passing through the salt circle.

It felt like her soul was getting sucked by something when she entered it. But then she again got control over her body. That made her relieved. She moved her hand and legs to feel it again because it was paining like hell out of sudden. But she wasted no time and decided to leave this place. Because her subconscious mind was warning her that something dangerous is present in this room and that was making her feel very uneasy.

She tried to go out of the circle but she got slammed on something hard. She felt that it was blocking her from going out. She was stuck in that salt circle and couldn't go out.

But then she heard a key noise that fell to the ground. From a young age, she was very sensitive to sound so she heard it clearly.

As she moved behind to see. She saw a golden key in the ground. She felt that the key was familiar. Because she saw the same picture of a key in grandma's golden book.

That time she didn't read what key it was but the key was named as sacred portal opener.

She looked at the key and saw that there was paper underneath the key. She kneeled and picked up both things.

It was not a paper but a diary. It looked very old and dusty too. There was something written on it. "Open the door" in a red color that looked similar to blood.

Who wrote this thing? Is this the same person whose presence she felt earlier?

But that's for sure that something inhuman is happening over here.

Maybe a ghost is trying to ask for help from her. This is what the movies say. that if a ghost wants help from you they will give some signs that they are present near you or send chits to the person like they showed in Annabelle.

But the question is whether should she help it or not? What if it turned out to be an evil spirit.

She was getting lost in her thoughts when the diary flipped its page on its own and a new message started to show in the diary. "Don't think too much and open it".

Seeing that Anastasia got startled. Can ghost do that?.

She took the key and started unlocking the door. She don't want to anger the ghost by taking too much time.

She opened the lock easily but when she tried to open the door it was too heavy to open. She tried to use every bit of strength from her body but it was of no use. The door was not opening only. Like someone has put super glue on that door.

She started panting because she never used this much strength in her life on opening something.

"I am sorry I can't do this. it just doesn't open." She said and looked at the diary to get a new message.

The page got turned and another message appeared on it. "Use your power."

Anastasia got irritated after reading that. What does he mean by using your power? Was the effort she was putting in not enough for him?

Another column appeared on the diary. "Use your Mindpower. Pressure your brain to open the door with all of your will."

Is this ghost gone crazy? Does he think she is some kind of witch? By magic, she is going to open the door.

"Why should I do that? I don't know how that thing works." She said with a low vexed tone.

But the ghost heard it. "Don't waste time and open the door otherwise be trapped in here forever" Another message appeared in that diary. The handwriting was so uglier than before but she could understand the threat behind the words.

She doesn't care if the ghost is good or bad. She only wants to get out of this stupid place safely.

She kept thinking one thing in a loop. "Please open the door." But as she was thinking that, the door from the entrance got opened.

Anastasia opened her eyes and looked at the door because she heard the noise of the door clicking. She was shocked to see that the door was open. Does she have power? Or does this ghost open it?

The ghost got angry. "You stupid human, I meant that open this underground door, not the entrance door." This message got written on the other page of the diary.

What is this ghost so jerk about? First of all, she is helping him and he is showing her attitude. If it wasn't for her getting out of this place she would have shown him who is the boss.

She kept repeating one thing in her mind. "Open the underground door." She checked it a few times to see if the door moved or not but it was in the same place. It didn't even moved a bit.

That got her frustrated. "what the hell. Why is this thing not moving?"

The ghost gave a reply through the diary. "Because you are not doing it right. Use all of your brainpower and wish for the door to open. I'll help you with that."

How is this ghost is going to help her when it can't even help himself. She thought to herself.

She closed her eyes and saw grandma's angry face. She didn't even got scared now when she was talking with a ghost but seeing grandma's angry face is scarier than anything in this world.

She clasped her hand and tightly and started to pray. "Please god if you love me then please help me. I want to get out of this place soon otherwise grandma is going to be so angry at me. Can you please help me open this door?"

She opened her eyes and saw the door was still closed. Looks like she needs to do everything on her own.

She started repeating the same thing again and again in her head for minutes. She didn't noticed it but the door started to open a little bit. She was so focused on repeating the word that she didn't even notice that the door was so close to opening fully.

When the underground door got opened. From inside enormous amount of wind came out from it and knocked Anastasia out in the ground.

She sat upon in the place and saw that the diary that was giving her instructions earlier was gone

Even the bulbs exploded somehow. Thanks to the candles she could see some of the things.

She tried to get out from the circle and was a little hesitant about it because she thought again she would get slammed on the thing but it didn't happen.

She could easily come and go from that.

Looks like the ghost was finally gone.

But wait does that mean the ghost betrayed her? He said that he would take her out of this place then why is she still in here?

Anastasia clenched her hand into a fist tightly. She hates people who lie. She always tried to understand people even if they lie. they might have their reasons but some are just plain selfish. Like the ghost, she just talked to. He just used her and left without helping her. If she met him again then she is going to do his exorcism herself.

She glanced at the underground door that was opened. She expected the place to be deep and big like a basement but it was just like a box. Inside she saw weird things. There were a lot of holy crosses, bibles, and some artifacts inside it but her eyes fell on specific something. it was a ruby red necklace. It looked so magnificent in the dark because it was glowing.

She don't know why but she felt an urge to wear it and she wore it without her conscious. Like the necklace wanted her to wear it.

She touched the necklace because she thought there was something in that pendant moving. But it started glowing so brightly making her eyes blind that made her fall unconscious.

But who knew that someone was behind her all along and controlling all of her actions just now.

The creature smiled while looking at her unconscious body. "I'll promise that I will help you get out of here without any harm but I can't say the same for others. They are going to pay a huge price now because the devil is finally awoken."
