Round One

Athena was with her wife, Artemis, and sitting next to Zeus, her father. She saw Buddha she stood up. "Hey, Buddha," she said and waved. He looks up with popcorn he waves. "Hey, Athena," he yells. Zeus slams his fist. "Would sit down and act like a God," he said. Athena sat down. "Sorry, grampa," she said. "Screw this; sitting here is so sad. I am going to sit next to Buddha. You coming, Artemis," she asks. She nodded. "Of course, my love," she said and followed her. She sat next to Buhhda. "I have missed you, old friend," she hugged him. Buddha hugs back. "I have missed you hope married life is treating you well," he said. Artemis knew she wanted to talk alone and bowed and left. Athena sighed. "Not what I thought, friend. I thought I would be happy, but I am not," she said. "Artemis knows I don't love her, but Father wanted me to marry, so we married. I feel like I am holding her back. She is in love with someone and can't do anything due to this," Athena said. Buddha stood up, walked over to Zeus, leaned over, whispered something in his ear, and returned to Athena. "All taken care of. She is free to marry who she wants, and you are unmarried," he said. Athena looks. "What did you say." Buddha smiles " I told him if he doesn't undo the marriage, you will fight for the humans," he said and laughed. Athena laughs. She knew what Buddha would do. She was so amazed at how carefree he was. She was always so jealous of that. "Hey Buddha, know that I am free. You think I have a shot with Shiva," she asks. He tried not to laugh. "Sure, if you into all thoughts arms," he said. "He also already has three wives and a son," he added. Athena sighs. "Never mind," she said. "Maybe marriage isn't your thing, and that is fine," he said. "If you can find true happiness within your self you don't need anyone else," he said. Athena nodded and sat back and watched Thor fight. She stood up, worried for the human. Buddha watched her. When Thor won, she sighed. She was called next for the second round the announcer called her name. She smiled, walked out with her shield and spear, and approached the human side. She took the horn. "Yeah, hi, I will be fighting for the humans," she said. Buddha cheered, "Go, girl" he yelled. "I will kill any god who steps up" she said "Aries go put a stop to your sister" Zeus said.
