after that i got to go to find vanessa. there she was standing right in front of my room.

vanessa: you liked the suprise? right sister.

isabella: you planned it right you have been planning it all along.

vanessa: what more can you expect from me. i am not like your actual sister who would care for you and one thing more nicholas is mine you cant undo it now. i have already slept with him.

slept with him? what? what do you mean by that? its not nich's first time here in eldoria?

vanessa: well to be acurate no its his second time, i have already slept with him when he came here for the first time, well you didnt even told him about your feelings so i cant see a reason for you to be this desperate. right?

isabella: get the fuck out of here. i dont want to listen to you anymore.

vanessa: well i am going dear sister (chuckles softly)

isabella: i cant believe it vanessa and nich both of them were with each other, they liked each other and they also slept with each other. i cant believe it.

next day

the sun rised lively, the chirping birds, and on top of it i was sick. i was having a 102 degrees fever and my body it ached alot.

lylia: miss bella i am coming in, what happened miss you are looking extremely sick? miss?

isabella: lylia can you get me pain killers.

lylia: miss you are not looking in a position to just eat pain killers and good to go. let me tell sir edward about it.

isabella: lylia dont tell anyone about it. just bring me some pain killers.

lylia: i am going to tell sir about it and right now i am not acting as a maid but as a friend.

isabella: lyliaaa.......

edward: bella darling what had happened to you. doctor did you diagnosed anything yet?

doctor: well i am afraid to tell you but she is suffering from typhoid. its not a big deal though but she is also having a tumour in her heart and i dont know whether she will survive or not,

edward: what do you mean by that. how could this happen. she was all healthy and now suddenly?

doctor: well to be exact i advice you to take her to hospital and get her checked properly.

isabella: dad, dont worry and i want to go to our vacation house so please let me i will get proper checkup when i will come back.
