SONG's MANSION …
"Young miss please." Assistant Paul opened the car and said to song chae-yeong.
Song Chae-yeong sighed, looking so tired.
After some hours trip from Puja town to Seoul was so tiring.
They reached the airport, and they were picked up by the family driver and drove to the big mansion.
Song Chae-yeong stepped out of the car with her bag pack. Looking around the big mansion with admiration.
"Changed now, not like how I left here." Song Chae-yeong thought sadly and frowned.
Assistant Paul led her to the door and opened the door widely.
Her Grandma, Grandpa, dad, her twin's brother, stepmother, and stepsister were all standing at the door.
The door was opened and Song Chae-yeong walked in looking so calm with her pretty innocent face.
Old Madam Song sniffed in with tears. "My little Chae-Yeong." Old Madam Song said with tears and extended her arm for a hug.
Song Chae-Yeong's lips curved with a smile. She hugged old Madam Song.
"Grandma. I missed you." Song Chae-yeong said softly, hugging old Madam Song.
" I missed you too, how have you been doing in that dirty village…why did you refuse to come back then?" Old Madam Song said with tears and disengaged from the hug. Song Chae-yeong looked over at old Master Song, She walked to him and hugged him. "Grandpa." She called softly.
"Happy to see you back." Old Master Song said calmly and emotionally.
"Everyone is so happy to have you back, though your mother died, but I promised to take good care of you just like your sister Song Ae-Cha and Song Joo-won." Dal-Rae, the stepmother said with fake tears. Song Chae-yeong sneered and pretended not to hear her and looked at her twin brother Joo-won. She smiled at him, but he didn't return the smile but looked cold and arrogant. Song Chae-yeong didn't mind and took a glance at her father, but quickly looked away. Her father felt bad but didn't mind, so he just smiled.
"I'm tired grandma." Song Chae-yeong said.
" Oh, I made all your favorite dishes myself. Come on, you'll love them." Dal-Rae, the stepmother said, smiling nicely, but deep down it was all fake.
Old Madam Song nodded in agreement to what Dal-rae said.
"Yes, big sis, we are all so happy to have you back. Mom made all your favorite dishes that you're gonna love when you see them." Ae-Cha said sweetly, looking so innocent.
Song Chae-yeong sneered annoyingly and rolled her eyes, showing no interest in her talks or fake innocent looks.
Song Chae-yeong walked to Grandma's side and was led to the big dining table, where all her favorite dishes were truly prepared.
They all took their butt to sit and were served their food.
"Eat more meat." Old Madam Song cut meat for Song Chae-yeong to eat.
" Thank you, Grandma," Chae-yeong said and smiled, eating the meat old Madam Song added to her plate.
"Eat this fish, very delicious, it's my favorite." Old Master Song Kwan put fish on Song Chae-yeong's plate.
"Thank you, grandpa." Song Chae said, smiling.
They all ate quietly while Grandma and Grandpa Song continued treating Chae-yeong like a princess, who was making Ae-Cha feel bad and jealous.
"How was the food?" Dal-Rae asked Chae-yeong smiling like what sweet mother should do.
"Nice." Chae-yeong hesitated before she replied coldly. Her aura was powerful and her voice was so cold and chill like an ice to the body.
" There's an organized party for your welcome back as the first young miss of the Song family. So the world can recognize you and know you're back in the city. You should go to the shopping with Paul to pick some clothes for tomorrow's event, okay?" Old Madam Song said to Chae-yeong smiling.
"Okay, Grandma," Chae-yeong said and nodded in agreement with a bright smile on her face.
"Paul, take the young miss to the shopping and select some good clothes for her." Song Tae-hyun, Chae-yeong's father, said.
"Okay, sir," Paul said bowed respectfully, and led the way to the car.
Song Chase-yeong followed behind and entered the opened car door like a princess. Her cold looks give the powerful aura that anybody could think she's so mature and fear to look at her face or misbehave with her.
*
Song Ae-Cha stood up after the meal and walked to her room, feeling so bad and jealous.
"Why do they have to treat her like a princess? Chae-yeong, I will make sure you regret coming back. Just wait and see how you're rude and arrogant will bring you down." Song Ae-Cha said to herself angrily.
"You'll see what it means to be embarrassed tomorrow. Your doom starts from tomorrow, Wait and see." Song Ae-Cha thought and brought out her phone quickly typed something and threw it on the bed. She walked straight to her closet and put on an expensive pajama before walking out of her room to downstairs.
LATE AT NIGHT
It was late when Song Chae-yeong was driving back from the clothing store shopping.
She opened the car door by herself before the driver could even open it for her. She stepped out with three shopping bags in her hand.
Paul collected them from her, even when she hesitated before giving up to let him carry them.
They entered the house and walked to the large sitting room where Song Tae-Hyun and his wife, grandma, and grandpa were waiting for her arrival in the sitting room with Song Ae-Cha who was talkative and clingy with grandma. Song Joo-won was the only one not present in the sitting room.
Song Chae-yeong walked to Grandma and sat between Grandma and Grandpa, smiling.
"You're back." Old Master Song said and touched her hair.
"Hhnm" Chae-yeong replied and nodded.
"Big sis is back, grandma. Let me take you to your room, big sis." Ae-Cha said innocently with a cute smile on her face.
"You must be tired. Let your younger sister take you to your room." Grandma said and nodded in agreement to what Ae Cha said.
"Don't worry, Grandma, I still know the way to my room. Though I was ten years old and small then, my brain wasn't small enough to remember everything back then." Song Chae-yeong said and looked over to her dad's face with a cold look, not nice or friendly at all.
Mr. Song Tae-hyun could see the cold looks, he shivered and looked away, feeling guilty.
"Silly silly girl. Go then. Have some rest before tomorrow, okay?" Old Madam Song said and laughed lightly, touching Song Chae-yeong's soft hair.
"Okay, Grandma." Chae Yeong said and stood up with the shopping bags and left the sitting room after giving Grandma and Grandpa a soft peck on the cheeks like she used to do some years back.
She walked through the long stairs and walked to the door to her room. The key to unlock her door was there, she twisted it and unlocked it before entering.
She walked in and the memories back then flashed through her mind. She smiled bitterly and dropped the bags in her hand. Walking to her study table and picking up a small photo frame, she used her tiny soft hand to wipe its dust. She stared at the photo frame for some moments with tears filled in her eyes. The photo shows her Mum's beautiful smiles with her and her twin brother, they were looking so happy.
She wiped her tears and placed the photo frame gently in her bedside drawer.
Chae-yeong carried her bag pack zipped it down brought out her old laptop and opened it.
She worked through it and quickly did some things on the laptop for an hour before finally being done and closing it. She stood up from the chair, stretched her fingers that hurt from typing, and stretched her lazy body before walking to the bathroom.
Furthermore, she finished washing up and put on something comfortable before lying on her soft queen-sized bed, closing her eyes to sleep.
