Trapped?

What should i do now I don't even know if i'm on earth or some other planet,

Let's first look around try to gather information ,

I am in cave right now, So i should find exit with where light is coming from, yeah right let's go in this direction.

Yeah light is coming near Let's go i should find place after to gather food i'm hungry right now,

Why is there no exit I am going around for quite a while like going around in circles .

Am i going to be trapped in a place like this?
