Dark guild

Holding his scythe with a maniac like smile plastered on his face and the aura being emitted Ryan looked like a serious maniac.

Running towards Nathan he slashed at Nathan who had dogged it but only by a close chance, the next attack was something Nathan did not see coming.

Nathan who was looking all around him could not find Ryan but just then he was slashed through his back not caring about the pain he slashed at his back with the hope of hitting Ryan only for the swords to pass through air, annoyed by this fact he looked around again searching for Ryan but was slashed again.

The reason why Nathan was hurried searching for Ryan was because the injuries he had from the slashes were deep and the other terrifying thing was that he could not see his enemy which was. his major problem.

Nathan seemed to be standing in a position and Ryan who was on a tree branch took the opportunity to slash his weapon as an energy like aura came out of the scythe heading to Nathan he then jumped on another branch this was what Ryan had been doing, hitting then moving to keep the enemy from knowing your position and lucky him Nathan was the perfect target.

Nathan who had stood in place had finally moved as he turned back using both swords to block the energy attack just then his blades broke as the energy attack left a deep wound on his chest, he was now almost fatally injured.

Ryan came down from the tree as he looked disappointed,"i really hoped you could last longer, but do not worry because you would have lost eventually the problem is not that you did not focus it was because you would never win me you are just too weak" Ryan said with a mocking look.

Nathan was very angry as a massive aura was released from him, looking at Ryan a furious death intent was let out.

'yes that's it, it worked i knew he would not show his full strength if i had not insulted him' Ryan who was exhausted himself as he was just pretending, normally the energy slashed we're meant to kill Nathan but his body seemed to be well built and though and Ryan had noticed something, normally most or rather some swordsmen do not have a lot of Mana or do not have at all and could not use magical abilities most of them focus it in their weapons and use it to fight but when fighting Nathan was different.

Ryan knew that Nathan's Mana was little through sensing his mana but right now it had exploded it was circulating his body, Ryan was sure his power had increased.

Nathan ran forward as he seemed not to care about the pain he was currently feeling as he attempted to punch Ryan but an energy slash had met him on his chest gritting his teeth Nathan still went in for another attack.

'damn it! why won't he just give up' the exhausted Ryan thought as he slashed yet again giving Nathan a more deeper wound in the same place but Nathan did not just back down still attempting to hit Ryan as Ryan jumped back the ground where Nathan had punched was destroyed.

'if he had used this strength from the beginning this match could have ended differently but now it's just late' Ryan said looking at the exhausted Nathan who was currently lying flat.

Walking towards him he bent down grabbing the head of Nathan, he could see Nathan's eyes as they looked dead he had no single strength left as he had absorbed the dark energy or rather dark magic from Nathan.

Doing this felt natural to Ryan as he had drained every bit of dark magic from him until nothing was left"t-thank..y..you"looking at Nathan Ryan was confused why was the he thanking him instead of being stubborn.

Thinking about this Ryan knew something was wrong " hey what happened to you" Ryan asked looking at Nathan who looked like he was on the brink of death "de-demon they p-put a d-demon in me and promised to remove it if i killed t-the leader of dark guild..." he said before blacking out.

Looking at the boy Ryan knew if he did not heal him he would not be alive for long, Ryan ran through the forest, he seemed to be out of energy but he kept on going further until they had come out of the forest he was seen by a guard but once the guard saw him clearly they had stopped him saying " what does poor person like you possibly want here huh" the guard said pushing down Ryan as he feel to the floor with Nathan and before Ryan could speak he was kicked on the head causing him to black out.

Waking up in what looked like a room, Ryan was shocked as he was wondering what he was doing here before he got up the bed only to fall flat hitting his head on the door, he stayed in that position for about five minutes ' why am i here and why can't i move damn' he thought as the door was opened interrupting his thought the door hit his head, he then found out that he could not even scream.

On the bed Ryan had been explained to about what happened to him and about him putting to much tension on his muscles and explain you would not be able to even talk they told him they thought the man was over exaggerating but seeing him right now they felt really sorry.

They had left him in the room to be able to rest, he stayed in the room for about 3 hours before being able to move but he found out that we was weak and it would take him at least there or more days to recover fully.

Closing his eyes Ryan on the floor was meditating,he had seen how Nathan had focused his aura during their fight he knew it was something that most people would not know it was the first time seeing it and Ryan knew that if he used it, he may be able to learn how to use swords but thinking more on it he decided that small weapons would be better use for him.

Ryan had learnt how to circulate the flow of Mana around his body but there was more to this that Ryan had thought about,if he used an element while circulating the aura around his body it could make the effect of Mana circulation multiply but that will depend on the amount of Mana the user possessed.

Ryan had gone out of his room heading down he saw Hael standing near a window, he went to Hael and Hael was surprised when seeing him "oh Ryan you're up" he said in a relieved voice.

"yeah but for my full recovery it would take about three more days" Ryan said looking at Hael,"so where is Nathan anyway" he said looking at Hael,"he is held at a prison near here he will be transferred to

Asisha Kingdom because he had a large bounty on his head there i heard he committed a huge crime" Hael said.

Ryan had thought about it but he guessed he could do that another time as today he had wanted to buy a new weapon but remembering how broke he was he swept of the thought, as he intended to open the door and go out the inn the receptionist at the desk shouted " hey you don't intend to go out without paying right?" he said looking at Ryan, before Ryan could react Hael had dropped about 10 silver on the table for the receptionist who looked pleased, Ryan and Hael had gone out of the inn as they had gone to a Traven as they seemed to Meet the others there when they ordered drinks Ryan just accepted and went with the flow,"hey uh i know i saved your lives but you really do not have to go this far" Ryan said looking at Hael who was drinking,"the fact is that i do not even have the right to spend this money because it is yours, it was what we got from killing all those beast and we had around 5 gold because most of them were super tier and they cost around 20 silver but from all the money what remained was 4 gold coins that we are to give to you now."

Ryan was shocked hearing all this but he knew what to say he was no good samaritan to let some good coins go past him so he accepted it without thinking twice.

Ryan and the group of three had parted ways as he was on his way to go buy some new weapons, he walk round the village until he eventually reached a shop, the woman at the shop had gladly welcomed him he then told her he was looking for a demi-demon tier she then looked him up and down before saying "um i have better weapons of advanced tire s-" she was interrupted by Ryan as he said " just show me what i asked for" the reason why she had looked Ryan down was because of his shabby dressing which he himself did not mind since it kept him at a low profile,she then showed him what she had on stock and through out his looking only one had caught his eyes it was a dagger but when Ryan had sensed the aura it seemed to have a dark aura asking the woman about this weapon she told him it was made from a shadow beast.

Shadow beast were not common but rare no one seemed to know the origin of how they came to be but they had been know for their strange power which seemed to be the control of shadows this was one of the things that had made the vampire races almost extinct, when he asked the type of shadow beast it was made from she told him it was unknown.

Ryan had decided that it was the weapon he had wanted to choose but hearing the price made him almost black out it costs around 4 gold as was all he currently had but he had he gracefully accepted which made the woman shocked that such person gave her 4 gold pieces without thinking.
