My Magic

10 years later, the day before his 10th birthday. Ryu was too exited to sleep because tomorrow he will finally unlock his God Slayer Magic. The last years he trained his body like a madman and already annoyed his parents with becoming the best magician in the world.

He thought about a lot of things in this night but couldn't sleep one second because of excitement. If he could, he would have gone outside at 12am in the night just to try his magic but then he would be scold by the hole town. So he thought of which guild he should join in future and such things. Then finally the sun showed up and he jumped out of his bed and almost broke it. He rushed out of his room and was greeted by his parents friends and a gigantic cake. His best friend is Masaru Ito, and he has the dream to be the number one of the ten wizzard saints and both of them are training like mad. Ryu also now can perform some normal lightning magic.

His family and friends were singing happy birthday and giving him his presents. After some time he could go outside to test his new magic. He tried to feel the electricity of the lightning god inside his body and was shocked at how strong it was. He tried to channel his magic in his hand but was interrupted by Masaru which searched for him. Ryu then said:"Wanna see something awesome?" Then channeled his magic in his hand an fires it against a tree. The lightning shoot out of his hand but it wasn't normal lightning, it was black lightning. The moment it touches the tree, the tree was surrounded by black lightning and after that at the point where the tree was, there is a small hole. Masaru said with a shocked expression:"WHAT WAS THAT?" Ryu then said:"Well that's my magic, the lightning god slayer magic." Masaru then said:"Woooow, but I won't loose to you, just you see, I will create an even more amazing magic that will surpass even yours!" Ryu and Masaru then laughed at went back inside where his mother already almost panicked because the star of the day vanished. She then asked:"Where were you?!" Ryu then answered:"I just needed some space, it's kinda crowded here." At that time almost half of the village came. His village is somewhere near the border of Fiore and it's very remote. The party went on until it was dark and Ryu couldn't really get used to his new power but he wanted to stand up tomorrow in the early morning to test his capacities.
