Zhao Fang, the second son's wife, started to feel uneasy. They were both daughters-in-law, but when she used to get up late, she was scolded by her mother-in-law. Now that it was Meng Yunhan's turn, her mother-in-law couldn't help but beam with joy. Was it just because Meng Yunhan was an educated youth?

She served tea to her parents-in-law, and her mother-in-law gave Meng Yunhan a ring while glancing at her two daughters-in-law. "This is for you. When your sisters-in-law first joined the family, they each had one too."

Meng Yunhan was a bit taken aback; back then, her mother-in-law had never given her a ring.

Yun Hao picked up the ring and put it on Meng Yunhan's finger in front of everyone. Meng Yunhan had the strange feeling that the previously oversized ring now fit perfectly on her finger.

She didn't dwell on this further.

She cheerfully greeted her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and gave a red envelope to each child.
