2 Relocating to Konoha

A Year had passed and Kibo had just turned 3.

It was the dead of night after his birthday when he snuck out.

Kibo left the house every night to go out and train in privacy, and his birthday was no excuse to slack off.

As he was training his tree climbing in the forest far out behind his family's estate, young Kibo noticed a group of rough-looking men covered in facial scars. They had battle-worn, cheap-looking armor, chipped and used swords, and were currently sitting around a campfire, spewing vulgar sentences loudly as they chowed down on a piece of boar meat.

Kibo managed to sneak on top of one of the tree's branches near to the trio of thuggish looking fellows and listened in on their conversation without alerting them to his presence.

"Hah! That B!7C# didn't expect a few bandits to make her day, did you see the look on her face when I tore off her blouse?" One of the bandits commented.

"Hah! That was nothing! Her husband's tears when you violated his woman, that was the best! Right up to the point when I chopped his head off." Another of the bandits shouted joyfully.

"You got a sick mind, Bro!" The previous bandit followed up.

"Says the one who gets off on violating a dismembered woman!" The Bandit countered.

"At least we got some cash out of it! That's what fools get for showing off their wives and money like that," The third bandit said with a bored expression.

"Say I heard there's a Ninja Village near here! what do you say we hideout at the village entrance and capture a Kunoichi[1] and have some fun? I got a hold of some good sleeping drugs, and want to experience what a Ninja feels like." The rapist bandit suggested before spitting into the fire.

Kibo pulled out a Kunai with a flash-bang talisman tied to it as he thought "These aren't people! They're not even animals! They're just trash that needs to be taken out,"

Kibo then threw the Kunai into the fire and closed his eyes for a split second.

A second later, the loud agonizing screams echoed throughout the forest accompanying the bang made by the tag.

In response to the noise, Kibo opened his eyes and spread out his angel-like transparent wings formed from Star Chakra.

With a single swooping motion, he lept from the branch and flew down while cutting the three bandit necks with the tip of his Kunai.

A thin red spread across their necks before a spay of blood flowed out, dousing their campfire as they fell forward.

Blinded by their flashbang, they didn't even get to see their attacker. All they heard before they died was the sounds of them choking on their own blood and Kibo speaking softly, "I don't know what kind of Karma you've ensued throughout your lives of sin, but you sure as hell aren't headed for a good place."

Kibo knew first hand that Karma was an important factor in dealing with reincarnation. Although he intended to do many saint-like things in this world, he wasn't going to spare the wicked. Wicked men like these before him deserved no remorse.

Kibo stacked their bodies on top of them and burned the corpses with a Fire Ball Talisman. After there was nothing left but bone, he buried the corpses 8-Feet in the ground and didn't even put up a grave marker.

Even though he said there should be no remorse, it was his first kill. Kibo couldn't help but felt a little bad about killing a fellow human. He tried not to let this weigh on his mind too greatly as he kept telling himself that it had to be done and that they would have hurt someone else if he left them alone.

And above all else, he was aiming to become a Shinobi. To do that, he would have to kill eventually, better scum like this than someone he's been ordered to kill.

Kibo flew to a nearby river and began washing the blood off of his body. While he stared at his reflection, Kibo started to feel queasy.

Now that the adrenaline had worn off, the young boy could feel the severity of his actions.

Kibo began to throw up. His body quaked and shook as he felt a gut-wrenching pain before jumping into the river.

As he sat at the bottom, feeling the current brush past his skin, Kibo suddenly found himself thinking of the profound, "Life is a lot like this stream. It only moves in one direction, but eventually, it flows into the Ocean. Then the water from the ocean will evaporate and return to this river as rainwater and snowmelt. A full cycle. Maybe killing those bandits was an act of mercy. They can begin washing away their sins now before adding more to their crimes."

Kibo stepped out of the river, feeling much better. As someone who had gone through the cycle of life and death, he no longer viewed life as he used to, and would have to come to terms with his way of thinking.

He headed home that day and informed his Grandfather about what he had done. The Hoshikage sighed as he hugged his grandson and said, "They would have hurt someone else if you didn't do anything. You didn't do anything wrong."

Kibo enjoyed the embrace and comfort his family gave him. He felt that he would do anything for them. Even die again if need be.

Another year passed by quietly. Several months had passed since Kibo turned four, and every day, he trained to better himself.

As usual, Kibo sat in the lotus position on top of a flat rock in the forest, training as a single leaf falling from the tree and landed on top of the head of the young child.

Kibo wasn't just meditating, he was constantly absorbing the starlight from the morning and night skies. As a bonus, Kibo's method of meditation acted as a sleeping function, so he seldomly felt tired.

It sped up his training, but it wasn't healthy to go without sleep, so Kibo kept it under moderation.

The young boy wore a thin white Karate Training Gi with the sleeves cut short and had long ash grey hair pulled into a single neck-length braid. His body, although a child's, was well built with not a single muscle lacking strength.

During this two-year phase, Kibo found a fragmented A-Rank Body Cultivation Technique, hidden in his family's library.

Kibo was shocked to find such a thing behind a false wall. But then realized that it could have been the secret to why the 1st Hoshikage was so strong.

The system then informed him that he could repair the technique by spending a thousand system points.

Kibo didn't hesitate as the Pink Muscle Transformation Cultivation Manual appeared in his inventory.

The technique had been upgraded to an S-Rank Body Cultivation Technique. The specifics of which slowly turned all of the muscles in his body into the strongest kind of muscles, Pink Muscles.

Over a long period of time, Kibo used millions of Lightning Chakra shocks to slowly temper the body in a specific manner his entire body had gone through a metamorphosis.

After a full year of arduous training, he managed to master the technique to perfection. Not a single ounce of white or red muscle remained inside Kibo's body.

"Display status!" Kibo commanded,

Kibo was smiling, oblivious to the outside world as he looked over his stats. When suddenly, without any warning, his mother appeared behind him and grabbed him while saying "Gotcha!"

Kibo nearly jumped out of his skin as she began squeezing him into her arms and assaulting him with love by kissing his cheeks.

"Mom; Knock it off!" He cried trying to get her to stop the kissing and hugging.

"You're too cute, so I can't!" Niwa responded with a playful tone.

Thanks to the technique he made, Kibo's village was much healthier and better off than they used to be.

His parents and the elders had benefited from his birth the most. Thanks to him, they could practice absorbing Star Chakra without the negative effects that used to kill them, thus resulting in a good flux of population.

There were now over 300 clansmen in their small village, and it was only getting bigger.

"Your grandpa has called for you," Niwa said as she tightened her grips on him.

"It's okay mom! I'll be fine," He patted her on the shoulders trying to comfort her. He knew for a fact that he'd be fine, but still couldn't keep his mother from worrying.

After turning four, his grandfather agreed to allow him to see the Star of Hoshi. When his fourth birthday passed, the system registered a mission for him to complete.

[Absorb the Star of Hoshi and unseal your bloodline. Reward: 3,500 Sys Pts.]

After walking to the Hoshikage's Mansion with his mother, they marched into his office and stood at the front of his Grandpa's desk.

"Grandpa!" Kibo shouted as he jumped into his Hoshikage's arms.

"Hahaha! My good grandson, it's so nice to see you!" The Hoshikage declared as he placed Kibo on top of his shoulders and ran around the room.

After having his fun, the Hoshikage paused before he put Kibo down. His tone then turned serious and stern as he placed his hands on Kibo's shoulders and asked, "So, you're prepared?"

Kibo nodded his head up and down in affirmation when the Hoshikage sighed and said, "Follow me."

The mother and child were led through the house and to a hidden room inside the mansion's basement.

After a while of walking down a long and narrow corridor, they came into a large open circular room with a seal stretching out across the surface of the stone floor.

A purple miasma flowed along the floor and slowly rose into the air. The source of the purple mist was a small fist-sized meteor sitting on a claw-shaped pedestal. The stone-like surface of the meteorite was leaking out a very pure Star Essence so dense it formed into the gas that permeated into the soil and spread throughout their village.

Aka and a few Elders of the Hoshi Clan were there waiting for him with a look of expectation.

As Kibo stared at the meteor he wondered where it came from, as it was never explained in the series.

Kibo removed his hands from his mother and Grandpa before quickly approaching the meteor. When he stepped across the Kekkai-Jutsu his parents showed a hint of worry, but after seeing his calm and collected smile, they relaxed a bit.

Kibo closed his eyes and inhaled the purple mist. As the toxin flowed through his body, he felt a substantial change occurring almost instantly. His bones, Organs, and Muscles all began to grow stronger by the second.

The moment the Purple Mist touched his Dantain, his Chakra absorbed it like how a sponge absorbs water.

Kibo then slowly made his way to the center of the room and placed his hand on the meteor before feeling an immense surge of energy enter through his palm and course through his physique.

When all of the sudden, the miasma that had built up over the last three generations and settled throughout their entire village, began flowing into his body.

The purple mist turned into a vortex flowing into his pores, only when not a single iota of the deadly mist remained, the System began ringing rapidly before saying, "Congratulations to Host for unlocking Heavenly Star God's Bloodline!"

When he opened his eyes his usual blue irises had turned into an amethyst gemstone glow.

The static golden coronas around his eyes seemed to draw everyone in the room into them. Kibo then let out a wide smile when he suddenly jumped up and down in joy.

"Grandpa after three generations of torture our family has benefited!" Kibo announced while showing off his eyes.

"Sharingan, no!" Aka said while rubbing his chin.

"Not the Byakugan either," Niwa followed up.

"I've never seen anything like this before!" The boy's parents exclaimed at the same time.

"Is it a new bloodline?" The always intelligent Grandfather spoke, breaking the silence.

"Yep and a powerful one at that! I can see Chakra and Natural Energy now. Although I don't think they are on par with the Byakugan when it comes to detail, my Tengan are no worse, if not better than a Sharingan when it comes to Chakra Vision!" Kibo jumped around like a kid on a sugar rush.

"And the golden coronas in my eyes aren't just for looks."

Kibo calmed down before he turned to his mother and asked, "Mom can I have one of your Kunai?"

Niwa handed it over with a look of curiosity on her face. When Kibo held on to her weapon he felt a mass of information surging his brain before taking a stance and demonstrating his mother's combat movements.

Movements and attacks that had taken her years to perfect were replicated so perfectly by her son, Niwa could only think that Kibo had already completed the exact same training she put herself through.

After he returned the Kunai to his jaw-dropped mother, all of the information pertaining to his mother's skills and techniques vanished from his mind.

After explaining his abilities in detail his father shouted happily, "Now there are 3 legendary Do-Jutsus." (A/N They don't know about the Rinnegan!)

While everyone else was happy by that statement, only the Hoshikage and Kibo seemed upset. "

What's wrong?" Niwa asked, noticing both her child and father's reactions.

"I...think we have to leave the village now!" Kibo said with a sigh.

When Aka was about to complain and scold Kibo, the Hoshikage spoke out, "It's true now that the Toxic Mist is gone, there is nothing to hide or protecting our village. On top of that, we don't have enough power to protect our family's treasured technique, nor my grandson's bloodline from more powerful clans and villages. It won't be long before they send their spies to uncover what happened here."

The group turned silent when Kibo spoke up, "It doesn't have to be forever! The Star Shinobi can have a bright future if we move to Konoha. They won't mistreat us since we are already considered allies. And now that we have a Bloodline Ability, our position in the village won't a be lowly one. They will understand our circumstances if we explain, and maybe one day we can return and make this a true hidden village! One no other would dare deny that we have no real Kage!"

Hearing this stirred the hearts of his clansmen. Their first ancestor founded this place because he could not stand the hypocrisy of the other villages. His greatest shame was that the 1st's wife was eventually stolen and handed to another country because she was a Bijuu's Host.

With the exception of a few good Kages, such as Hashirama Senju, and Tobirama Senju, the remaining 4 great Kages had taunted him and claimed that he wasn't a real Kage like the rest.

It became a goal to have the rest of the land recognized him as a supreme Kage no less than the Senju Clan, who was at the time, considered to be a Gods amongst Shinobi.

Now before them, in the words of a four-year-old child, the Hoshi Clansmen could actually see such a scene becoming reality.

"Mom? Dad? I will head to Konoha and speak to the Hokage himself," Kibo boastfully declared as placing his hands on his hips, still drunk on his newfound power.

"Not without us!" Niwa shouted in a commanding tone.

Kibo waved his hands and refuted by saying, "The people need you here to help prepare for the move. As the Hoshikage's daughter and one of the best Shinobi in the Village, you must perform your duties accordingly."

"You listen to me, young man," Niwa was suddenly interrupted by her father's touch.

Placing his hands on her shoulders, the Hoshikage smiled and said, "It will be alright dear. He has a point. If we are to move the clan, then we'll need every abled bodied Ninja we have."

Suddenly Kibo's face softened before saying, "Relax, the Village is only a day's flight from here. I'll be back in less than a couple of days."

Without any warning, Kibo's body was cloaked in Star Chakra and two large Angelic Chakra Wings manifested from his back.

With a large single flap of his wings, a gust of wind brushed over everyone as he flew out of the dungeon while saying "I promise I'll be safe, besides it's not the first time I went out exploring."

Niwa chased after and watched him fly off into the sky.

"Get back here! You are so~oo~oo grounded, young man! Dad, get your hands off me, I will tan that boys hide!" Niwa shouted out as her family held her back.

Kibo paused at seeing his mother's reaction and turned to his father for some much-needed help, "Sweet-heart our son's a genius that's already on par with a Genin, and after his bloodline activated he's probably even stronger now. We can't hold our son back from greatness; he will be the future of our clan. When I was his age, my father was already taking me on missions."

His mother sighed, there village wasn't like others, children as young as five had to go out to support Hoshigakure in any way they could. Realizing the monumental task of moving their entire clan, Niwa knew they were right.

With tears in her eyes, she grabbed onto the railing of the window and shouted out, "Don't spend all your money on junk food. And make sure not to take anything from strangers. Watch out for rouge Nin and Wild Chakra Beast."

Niwa was about to ask if he packed a change of underwear when he blasted off quicker than she could speak.

"Phew, as if her nitpicking isn't scary enough already, don't need her making it embarrassing too!" Kibo thought as

The rest watched him leaving than turned to prepare the people of his village to relocate, the Hoshikage placed down his hat and sighed, "One day my grandson shall return and take up the mantle of Hoshikage until that day, we prepare."

Kibo was enjoying the new sights and flying rather slow. After he gained some distance from his village, he opened up his shop before suddenly growing frustrated as he thought, "I thought more Jutsus would appear now that I have more points! What gives, System?"

"The host's family only had one Body Technique and the Mysterious Peacock Technique. New Jutsus will become only become available when you observe Jutsus in real-time and when you have more skills and knowledge pertaining to Jutsus,"

"So I have to see the Jutsu a certain amount of times and study on my own?" Kibo questioned.

"Yes, the greater the comprehension for Jutsu the less you'll need to watch. Skills can also lower the limit needed to purchase new Jutsus. For instance, thanks to having thirty points in stealth the host only needs to see a D through B ranked stealth related Jutsus one to ten times before you can purchase the skill in the shop."

"Ugh, that's what I get for choosing a clan with only one multipurpose Jutsu. Well at least I can pick up more along the way," Kibo thought as he continued on his journey.

After flying for a few hours he took a break at a riverside, Kibo stopped to drink some water and eat. Pulling out some lunch from the system's storage space, he began enjoying his rice balls while looking at the map inside his mind.

"We're pretty close to the Village Hidden in the Grass. Another few hours and I should arrive at the gates of Konoha," Kibo mumbled as he quickly munched down on a sandwich.

When he finished his break and stood back up, his system notified him of a new quest.

[New Quest available: Rescue Karin and her mother; receive the Reaper's Sacrificial Dagger for a future hidden quest. Reward: None]

"Karin huh? She should be around the same age as me right now. I guess this is the moment when she lived in Kusagakure." After pondering for a while, he slapped his fist on his hand and smiled as he declared, "Well let's see if I can't keep her from Orochimaru's scaly cold hands."

With a determined expression, he took off into the sky and flew towards the horizon even quicker than before.

After an hour or so, Kibo arrived at a small village, not unlike his own. It was surrounded by large stone fences, with guards posted at every checkpoint.

After walking up to the main gate, the Grass Ninja checked him out. Though he was a child, seeing that he wasn't a Ninja yet, Kibo gave them a few lines about how he was some pour orphan who lost his way. They didn't question him that much and eventually allowed him entry into their village.

After heading inside, Kibo noticed that the village had many western-style buildings, districts, and roadways. He went around and asked for some directions from the citizens and walked straight to the hospital because he knew that's where young Kairn's mother most likely worked.

Standing outside of the large building, Kibo activated his Tengan and looked for the Uzumaki Clan's monstrous Chakra Signature, but seeing as he hadn't seen an Uzumaki's Chakra Signature before it took him a while.

Finally, after almost twenty minutes of searching, he found a very chibi-looking Karin. Standing beside her was her Mother; who for some reason had unusually low Chakra levels.

An Uzumaki should be able to recover most of their energy after a good rest and meal. However, a strange mark on her shoulder that had a single tomoe on it seemed to be interfering with her recovery.

"System discovered Orochimaru's Mortal Cursed Mark present; it is a precursor to the Earth and Heaven Curse Marks, and is slowly draining her life force."

Kibo's eyes widened at the System's declaration and mumbled, "Great, just what I need, a Sannin. System, is he around right now?"

"No, he should be at his lair waiting for news of Kana Uzumaki's death. Target has three weeks to convince them to relocate to Konoha or the mission will be considered void."

"Okay, then. Can that Weak Ju-Jutsu recovery pill in the shop really remove the curse?" Kibo asked hoping not to waste 500 Sys Pts. on something that would fail.

"If it were the earth or heaven Cursed Seal, then no. Orochimaru obtained an ancient technique that allows the spontaneous birth of bloodline abilities through a mysterious and dangerous self-punishment art. He modified it with a tainted source of one infected with Chaotic Natural Energy to make these so-called Curse Marks. Those ancient techniques are very powerful, so powerful that the Weak Ju-Jutsu Pill would be useless against the originals."

Kibo waited for the two to leave, after following them back to their home he knocked on their door.

"Yes." A cute younger-looking Karin answered.

"Hi, I'm Kibo a medicine peddler in training. While I was in the hospital earlier, I couldn't help but notice that your mother seemed ill. I have some medicine that may help, so I was wondering if I could see her."

"Karin, who is it?" The pale-faced mother asked as she pulled the door open. Seeing the many bite marks on her arm, Kibo scowled in frustration.

"Hello miss. I hear you have saved many lives, and to repay such kindness given to strangers, I wish to help you," Kibo said in a confident tone.

Hearing this, Karin's mother found the small child's adult mannerisms amusing as she smiled before saying "Please come in."

She gestured her hand to come inside, and as he was about to walk through the doorway, Karin stopped him, thrusting out her arms while shouting, "Mom you can't be so trusting! Can't you see he's probably trying to get steal your blood like the same way the village leader been forcing it out of you? He probably has an injured friend or family member he wants you to heal."

Karin then gave Kibo a cold glare before saying, "Can't you see that what you're asking her to do is killing her?"

When the young girl started to cry a little bit, her mom pulled her into her embrace and said, "Please relax, honey. Unlike the village leader, I don't sense any bad intent. My intuition is telling me that he's a good boy."

Karin held back her tears as she looked at her mom and said, "I just don't want to see you hurt anymore."

Karin stepped aside, letting Kibo in. As he walked through the house, the young boy sighed, noticing that the dainty shack they called a house was no better than a wooden box,

"How can the Village Leader treat these two this way? Karin may not care for the village but Kana is putting her life on the line to allow them citizenship," Kibo thought to himself as he sat down on the only chair in their single-room house.

Waving his hands, he acted like he pulled out two pills from his leave as he purchased the pills, and placed them on the table.

Pointing at them Kibo explained, "This pill restores lost Chakra, and this pill will take care of that nasty snake bite."

When Kibo mentioned snake Kana's eyes widened and shook before asking, "How did you know I was bitten by a snake?"

"Well, let's just say, because that wasn't just any old snake that bit you. That was one of the most dangerous and toxic creatures on the planet, and I've seen it before," Kibo said as he tossed pills into her hands.

"I have nothing to pay for these," Kana responded while worrying about using such expensive medicines.

Kibo walked around the tiny kitchen+livingroom and saw something he never thought possible. There lying on a drying rack next to the sink, was the legendary Reaper's Sacrificial Dagger. If the System hadn't informed him of what it was, then he wouldn't have even noticed.

Kibo slapped his forehead and felt like shouting, "You're using your family's heirloom as a kitchen knife?!"

He then sighed as he mumbled, "These two, they really don't know anything about their heritage."

Kibo walked up and grabbed the knife before saying, "I'm in need of a good dagger, this will make a great trade."

With a swipe of his hand, the dagger disappeared into his sleeves and was sent to inventory while he sat back down at the table.

"Well! Eat the dark one first," Kibo said as he made gestures to mimic his words by pointing at the pills and her mouth.

Kana swallowed the pill in her hand and felt a cooling sensation around her the nape of her neck, the tomoe quickly faded as a bit of darkened chakra floated out from her shoulder.

Karin's eyes bulged in surprise. As a sensor, she realized what it was that just happened. The young girl then looked to her savior with an expression of sheer joy.

When her mother swallowed the other one Karin's mood only continued to improve.

Kana's bite wounds began to fade one by one. Her Chakra reserves suddenly burst with power as her complexion slowly returned.

Over the course of a few dozen minutes, no longer was there a withering older lady standing in front of him, but a beautiful Uzumaki clan member in the prime of her power.

Kana moved around and stretched, feeling the changes in her body. Being fully healed, she hadn't felt so great in a long time, tears began to fall from her cheeks.

Karin jumped into Kibo's arms, thanking him and making him blush in embarrassment,

"It's nothing, I just felt like helping! If you don't mind me asking Miss. Kana do you know any Medical Nin-Jutsu?" Kibo asked as he peeled Karin off of his body.

Kana shook her side to side with a depressed expression.

Kibo then smiled before he added, "Please stop harming yourself. With your levels of Chakra, you could heal this whole city without tiring. That is if you knew proper medical procedures and techniques."

"I can't do anything about that. I can barely survive on what we have." Kana sighed in disappointment.

Kibo then clapped his hands together and said, "I got it! I can put in a good word for you two. I'm on my way to speak with Konoha's Hokage. I sure he will give you a full-time job at their medical center, you can even receive training there."

The two looked at him in disbelief.

"You know the Hokage?" Karin shouted out.

"In a way, yes I do. In fact, I'm on my way there right now. If you want we can leave immediately." Kibo declared as he turned to face Kana before speaking in a more serious tone, "After all, I don't know when that snake might return."

Kana looked at him with a stern and knowing gaze, only Karin seemed confused.

"Come on Karin, pack your things, we're moving to Konoha," Kana said with a joyous smile on her face.

After a few minutes, everything in the small house was packed into a few small bags.

Using his storage space, he stashed away their gear and took them by surprise. Kibo then spent some time convincing them that it was a space-time Jutsu like the sealing scrolls other Ninja use to carry their weapons in.

"I'll carry your luggage for you two until we arrive at Konohagakure." Kibo declared before he stepped outside with the family of two.

He then told them to hold onto his hands. The mother and daughter shared a confused look yet complied with his request.

Before they could ask why, both Karin and Kana found themselves flying through the air.

At first, the two freaked out and worried that Kibo may drop them; but after they left the village, he crafted a bench out of Star Chakra so dense they could sit on, calming them down quite a bit.

Using this to carry them, Kibo greatly shortened the time it would take to reach Konoha.
