28 Gato's True Goal!

What is it, Naruto?" Kibo asked with a curious expression.

"It's his Chakra. I don't know how to explain it. It's kind of like yours. Not that it's Star Chakra, but his base is completely different. Heck, I don't know if I can call it Chakra at all. It feels like one big mass of malice and murderous intent." Naruto explained before Kakashi saw the slits in blond's blue eyes.

"Is it the Kyuubi?" Kakashi thought, he was the only one that could see them at the moment since Naruto's back was facing away from everyone else.

Kibo was even more surprised than Kakashi, he figured out another property of Naruto's Do-Jutsu. Unlike before, it appeared that Naruto gained the ability to sense negative and positive energy, without having accessed Sage Mode.

When Naruto's eyes returned to normal Kibo asked, "So can you do it?"

Naruto gave a thumb up and began performing a series of complicated hand signs. Seconds later, a bright light shined as a golden seal formed around Zabuza's Chakra center.

Kibo pulled out the Senbon needles and asked Karin and Sakura to heal him.

"Kibo, are you sure you want to do this? Zabuza's not exactly a good person." Kakashi commented.

Kibo nodded his head for the two Kunoichis to continue healing them. He then turned to Kakashi and said, "Don't worry. Zabuza may be crazier than most, but he's a man of honor and keeps his word. I know this is a strange thing to say, but I don't think of Zabuza as evil. He's more like a perfect example of the olden day Shinobis. fierce, loyal, and to be a perfect tool."

Kibo sighed before he said, "It's unfortunate that Zabuza sees all Ninjas, including himself, as instruments to be used."

Kakashi recalled the Zabuza's actions during the fight. Not once did he use a Jutsu, his pride as a swordsman would not allow him to do so.

"If his pride as a Swordsman reflected his honor as a Shinobi, then maybe Zabuza won't be such a problem now that Kibo has claimed his life," Kakashi thought to himself.

"But he's still dangerous, and committed countless atrocities!" Kakashi said as he looked over the unconscious Oni of the Mist.

"Yes. I know. But I don't think he's completely evil. You know about Kirigakure's graduation exam right?" Kibo asked with a sense of dread leaking out of his voice.

"How could I not!" Kakashi began telling them about the rituals of the Kiri Ninja, and their cruel actions that have tormented countless Shinobi.

"10 years ago, the Village Hidden in the Mist was forced to enact a total reform of their barbaric graduation ritual, all because of the actions of a single fiendish child!"

"What kind of actions could cause an entire village to suddenly force such a change?" Hinata asked, "Yeah! What did the fiend child do?" Sakura followed.

Kakashi sighed, "Without a moment's hesitation, or hint of any qualm. A single boy, who hadn't even qualified as a standard Ninja, slaughtered all 100 of that year's graduation class." Everyone but Kibo was shocked.

Seeing their reactions, Kibo turned to Sakura and Hinata before asking, "Do you guys remember Kakashi's words? A true Ninja must see through all deceptions. I don't agree with his methods, but he did force Kirigakure to stop their old tradition, and the moment their Mizukage had started to bring back these rituals, Zabuza tried to assassinate him."

Everyone was starting to see Zabuza in a different light, when all of a sudden, Zabuza sat up scaring the daylights out of everyone.

"I could care less about the traditions, all I've ever wanted was someone worthy to serve, and a pawn like the Mizukage who is dancing to someone else's tune is no leader worth following."

Zabuza felt his stomach and laughed, "You guys have a Fūin-Jutsu user?"

He looked around to see all the talented kids staring him down before stating, "Konoha is sure getting scary these days."

"What did you mean by calling the Mizukage a pawn?" Kakashi asked with a hint of trepidation from his tone.

"I meant exactly what I said; the Mizukage is being controlled by someone," Zabuza answered without blinking.

While Kakashi's head was reeling, Zabuza looked over to see Haku and sighed.

"Please let Haku go free," Zabuza asked surprising Haku the most.

"Nope, you two serve the Hoshi Clan now, I haven't thought of a proper title for the two of you yet, but you'll be our clans Guardian-Nin," Kibo replied with his arms crossed.

He wasn't willing to let go of such a talented swordsman. Training his Ken-Jutsu had become a problem of late. Since there were very few in this world that solely focused on Swordsmanship, he had little to none when it came to worthy swordsmen to spar with.

The Samurai of Steel Nation might provide some decent skills, but that was a trip for another day.

"You're willing to take us in?" Zabuza said in surprise.

"Yes! Only if you follow my rules, don't forget! Your life belongs to me," Kibo stated plain and simple.

Zabuza laughed again, stood up, and performed a salute that Kiri Shinobi only show to their masters.

"From this day onward Zabuza Momochi was slain in combat, and his body destroyed. You'll need a new name," Kibo said while putting his sword away.

Zabuza nodded his head and said, "Since you're my new master, you'll have to choose one."

"Fine, by combining the Kanji for water (Mizu) and demon (Oni), your new name Zabuza Mizuoni."

Zabuza nodded his head before saying, "Yes! Master Kibo!"

Kibo walked over to the broken half of the Kubikiribōchō and stored it inside his inventory. He then handed the remaining half to Zabuza.

"You giving me my partner back?" Zabuza took hold of his sword's handle.

"It doesn't suit me!" Kibo said patting Fujin's sheath.

Zabuza holstered Kubikiribōchō before Kibo continued to speak, "I treat my subordinates well. As long as you remain loyal to my clan, no harm shall befall you. Also, lose the bandages and the head protector. No one's seen your real face yet right?"

"No one has seen my real face. Not even the Kirigakure Nin," Zabuza said as he removed his bandages and bandana.

Everyone was surprised he turned out to be a looker.

Kibo pulled out a Konoha Flak Jacket that he purchased from his system for 500 points, and handed it to him. "Wear this. And from now on, your actions are my responsibility, so no more breaking the law. Other than that, as long as you treat my allies with kindness and my foes with mercilessness, then I don't care what you do."

Everyone standing around Kibo shuddered when they heard that last bit. They were even more glad that he was on their side.

Zabuza nodded his head, and so did Haku.

After talking with them for a while Kibo turned to Naruto and asked, "Naruto can you remove the seals now? I think they'll behave."

Naruto nodded his head, as he made a canceling hand sign.

A glowing set of written characters shattered as the two recovered their Chakra. Seeing that they weren't attacking, Kakashi let out a sigh of relief.

Kibo then began to interrogate the two, "Well care to tell me why you're so interested in this land? It can't be money, because you could just kill and steal it from Gato at any time. What was he tempting the Oni of the mist with? It also can't be mercenaries. What could a mere bunch of thugs ever hope to accomplish against one of the great 5 ninja villages? Not much use for a rebellion or assassination."

Zabuza Mizuoni as it was now laughed a bit, "Well at least our new master isn't dumb. Your right! Gato said that he found a Chakra Ore Mine on this Island. If I got my hands on that, I could mass produce dozens of Chakra weapons. Even with a bunch of thugs, as long as they're armed with powerful enough weapons and are in large enough number, then the entirety of the Mizukage's army wouldn't stand a chance."

Kakashi sucked in a cold breath of air, and asked, "How big is the mine?"

"Gato said somewhere around 1,500 cubic meters, but both Haku, and I know that little rat is lying. Whether it's larger, or smaller than what he claimed, we haven't confirmed yet." Zabuza said plainly, but Kibo could hear the frustration in his voice.

Kakashi slapped his forehead and said, "This can't get out! Listen up kids, this mission is now promoted to an S-rank mission. Which means, absolute secrecy. If the other nations find out about this mine, then we'll be staring down the road of the next Shinobi war."

Everyone gasped in horror.

Kibo then mulled it over for a second before he said, "Then we'll just have to take it all. If secretly empty the deposit, then there will be no war fought over the mining rights. Of course, this can't be written in any document either! It has to stay between us," Kibo declared before he placed 3,000 system points into his storage capacity limit.

After increasing it to 3,350 Cubic Meters, Kibo smiled and sent a nod to Kakashi, letting him know he wanted to speak in private.

After speaking with his team Captian for a few minutes, Kakashi agreed with Kibo before he turned to Team 7 and gave the order, "Well, we still have a job to protect Tazuna and the bridge. Naruto and the rest will accompany Tazuna back to his village. There, you'll protect the people and workers from Gato's men. Be careful and keep an eye out for Gato's thugs wandering about. Kibo and I will stay here with these two and wait for Yamato to arrive."

"Well, you heard him! Get a move on!" Kibo said before Naruto paused and asked, "What do we do if we run into Gato's men?"

Kakashi gave him a simple look and said, "You're a Shinobi now. You'll have to make that decision on your own."

While Naruto, Sakura, Hinata, Karin, and Sasuke walked away, for some reason, Kakashi remembered when Kibo whispered something to Yamato.

"Did Kibo know ahead of time that all of this was going to happen?" Kakashi questioned internally.

As he thought back on Kibo's history, the words he read from the Hokage's report entered his mind, "Time Do-Jutsu!"

When Kakashi started to think that this kid could see the future Kibo turned to Kakashi and managed to guess what he was thinking.

With a mischievous smile on his face, Kibo chuckled before saying, "Maybe I can, or maybe I can't!"

Kakashi paused, "Is it that obvious what I'm thinking?"

"No. But sometimes, figuring out how smart people think is easier than dumb people," Kibo said before looking around at the group he had with him.

After taking some time to come up with a plan, Kibo didn't have time to explain and said, "Right now, we need to head towards Gato's hidden quarters."

Kibo took out Raijin and handed it to Kakashi. "Try putting lightning Chakra in it."

When Kakashi poured his Raiton Chakra into the hilt of the Odatchi, he noticed a bright current of electricity shoot out of the blade with almost the same output as his Chidori.

"It increases the output of Lightning Chakra by 50%, and if you inject non-elemental Chakra at the base of the hilt, it will heal any damage done to the blade," Kibo explained with a proud grin on his face.

Kakashi tested out the Odachi out by swinging a few times,

Kibo interrupted Kakashi's joy-ride as he said, "I'm only letting you borrow it for what we have to do next."

Sighing, Kakashi sheathed the weapon before he turned to Kibo and said, "You know, it's not too late, you can still go with them. To be honest, I was hoping to spare you from this a while longer as well."

Kibo swayed his head, "No. I killed my first bandit when I was 3, Kakashi. I'm not exactly innocent."

Zabuza grunted before saying, "You're being too soft on those brats! They're Shinobi now. They'll have to kill soon or later."

Kibo sighed, somewhat agreeing with Zabuza, "Call me soft or whatever you want. I'm just letting them stay innocent a bit longer. After all, they're still kids, "

"Haku, lead the way," Kibo ordered.

"Yes, master Kibo," Haku replied before hopping on to a tree branch.

Kibo and Zabuza followed after while Kakashi paused for a second and thought, "You're a kid too,"

While they jumped across the trees, Kibo explained his plan.

"We're going to kill them all?" Haku said with a puzzled expression.

"Not Gato! That little piggy is mine. I know torture interrogation isn't a very reliable method of extracting information, but give him to me for a few hours and I can try to make him squeal!" Zabuza said making Kibo laugh.

"No need for torture." Kibo said waving his finger side by side, "Just make sure to give me something he's always carrying on his persons,"

Zabuza lifted his brow and asked, "Why?"

Kibo activated his Tengan and told him of his first ability. "In fact, when I held your sword earlier I could have used the skills of every previous and current owner of that weapon, yourself included. If you want, when we have some time on our hands, I'll teach it to you."

Zabuza was pleasantly surprised to have such a competent master for a change.

After agreeing to a plan of action, the group went off to kill.

They couldn't afford to let the information of the mine's existence become known, so neither Gato nor his men could be allowed to live.

Today was the day that Gato's name and his entire corrupt industry, vanished from this world.

As they approached a large compound built in the middle of a forest, Kibo and the rest shot forward and began killing from the shadows.

After 10 minutes, everyone inside the compound was killed without making a single sound, Gato as well. Zabuza cut his head off with a single swing of his sword.

Next, Kibo used a transformation Jutsu to turn into Gato. He walked outside and shouted to one of the Guards. "You! Go gather everyone, and I mean everyone! I don't want to hear that they were sleeping, or fucking around. Tell them if they don't come here immediately they can consider themselves fired! And by 'fired' I mean dead!"

Kibo walked back inside and slammed the door, causing the hired thugs to rush all over the island and gather the men.

The four Shinobi then waited inside for the bandits to gather up into a large crowd outside the door.
