The villagers watched Qin Su'e, each saying a few words and then shaking their heads as they left her alone on the scene with the man not far away.
Qin Su'e watched as the crowd dispersed. Just as she was about to laugh out of triumph, she suddenly noticed the man still standing in the distance. She involuntarily shrank back, puzzled that he was still there—hadn't he left already?
"I don't care what you want to do, but you must not harm the people of the Qins. Otherwise, don't blame me for being rude." The man said with a cold stare at Qin Su'e.
He had just noticed Jiale and the others, so after paying attention to Su'e's expression, he figured out what she was plotting. Something he would not allow.
A wise person would heed his words. Su'e certainly heard what he said, but it only fuelled her hatred even more.
