Reborn in One piece with Pain's ability

I open my eyes and i only see i white room, like in Dragonball the hyperbolic time chamber. So here i am thinking for what reason am i here, trying to remember what happen...hmmm i was sitting in my room reading the latest one piece chapter and after that i was listening some naruto ost of the akatsuki members and i must they are damn good(right in the feelings), while listening music i hear some thunder sounds outside and looked outside now you are wondering why it is important because i got curious why there is thunder when the weather is complety clear and the sun is shining. So i look outside and... I SEE A F*CKING TRUCK COMMING AT ME WHICH IS SURROUNDED WITH LIGHTING ?!?!? HOW THE FUCK IS A TRUCK COMMING AT ME WHEN I LIVE AT THE THIRD FLOOR??!. HOLY F*CK I DIED!?!?!. I screamed and nearly lost my mind.

???: "*cough* *cough*."

At that moment I got scared and turned my head so fast i though i nearly snapped my neck.

???: "Well looks like you finaly notice me."

I look at him and thought who is he and why am i here and for some reason i am calm.

???:"You are here because i forgot to keep the leash on truck-kun and you are calm because i dont want someone to hyperventilat, by the way you can call me what you mortals refer as God."

Trying to cromprehend the information i got from the so called God and thinking for minute what to do, so i ask him "now what since i am dead what are you gonna do with me"

God:"I will compensate you with 3 wishes and yes fictional worlds do exist,yes you can select the world and yes you can chose how to look like and yes again i can read you mind."

Looking a bit emberrass at him i asked him if i have time to think about it which he nodded.

[Some hourse later]

Alright i know what i want to wish to which God was silent indicating for me to talk. For my body i want to look like Pain/Yahiko with his piercing because it looks badass, for my first wish i would like to have unlimited chakra however i need to train my reseves (for example he has genin lv chakra so he cant use jutsus of chunin lv but he can spam jutsus),plus all jutsus till the end off naruto shippuden in my mind palace.

God:"Granted,next one".

2. I wish is to have Rinnegan without the restriction( for example shinra tensei) with the gedo statue and with all the chakra of the tailed beasts.

God:"The first half is granted but for the other half you cant because you want to become the juubi instanly no."

Hearing this i thought my hope was shatterd to become a powerhouse instantly but what he said next reignited it.

God:"However you can summon the 1-9 tails to fight against it and seal it into the statue they wont be able to speak to you and come with the intent to kill so you should look for a secluded area".

Hearing this i grinned like a idiot.

God:"alraight what is your final wish".

For my 3. wish i want to have the abilty to travel to other worlds but i need to be the strongest on the world to travel to the next one but i can always revisit the worlds i visited and unlimited potential.

God:"Granted,now what world do you want to go?".

I want to go to the One piece world 5 years befor canon so i can train and do other things, could you please send me to a secluded island where i can train myself and prepare myself for the future.To which god said he would do it. Waving his hand a portal appeared and it was completly black, it looked like a abbys i looked at god a bit concerned wanted to ask if its really the right one but befor i can say it he push me into it. I screamed like a little girl, to which god just shake his head and leaves after that the white room is completly silent.
