4. Talk with Coulson

"I am telling you, Ward, if you weren't important for SHIELD I would have let you die so don't try to commit suicide, if you piss me off anymore I may not save you again," said Coulson with a stern voice.

"I won't," Grant said.

"Huh! Did you just replied to me!?" asked Coulson in surprise, the only time ward has said something to him is only when he wants to ask for Sky that's all there has been never a time where e he said anything else.

"I won't try to kill myself anymore Coulson, not anymore," Grant said again.

"What changed then!?" Coulson said

"Banging my head just cleared it a little I think, I have been asking about Sky since the moment you started asking questions regarding Hydra because I know that's the only way Sky will ever come to see me, and only then will I be able to apologize to her," Grant explained.

"Whatever you trying to pull here Ward it won't work, thinking that I will pity you," Coulson said.

"Daniel Whitehall," Grant said.

"What!?" asked Coulson, "Whose name is this!?"

"Daniel Whitehall, one of the heads of Hydra that you have been asking about. Normally only those working under the heads know about them the ones who work under different heads aren't privy to this information but since Garrett wasn't a Hydra follower neither was I, so I collected whatever information I could on different Hydra Heads" explained Grant.

"Why now!? What is the reason for your change of heart Ward!?" asked Coulson.

"No, change of heart I just told you that one name that's all," Grant said, "And The reason for that is simple that's my apology to you Coulson"

"Apology to me! Do you really think this apology of yours means anything to me?" Coulson said.

"If it would then I would think less of you Coulson! That's just me apologizing to you Coulson because I betrayed your trust in me for Garret that's all, I am Sorry Coulson" Grant stated.

Coulson stood up from the seat and was ready to change the Inertial confinement laser barrier in front of Grant opaque once again when Grant said "I would answer 1 question each from May, Fitz, and Simmons as I owe them apology as well,"

"Do you really think I would send Fitz or Simmons here after what you did to them!? What dream are you living Ward!?" Coulson said as he changes the Inertial confinement laser barrier into an Opaque screen once again.

Ward seeing the screen was opaque once again closed his eyes and started to go through the memories of Ward to increase his will and meditate to increase the range of his Observation Haki.

Coulson came out of Vault D and moved towards his office where his right-hand woman Melinda May was waiting for him.

"Did you saw the video!?" asked Coulson.

"I did!" May replied.

"So what do you think his ploy is!?" asked Coulson

"Doesn't matter whatever it is it won't work!" May said.

"So did you check the name he gave us," Coulson asked.

"Yes, but there isn't much to go with it, we have his photo but that's all" May replied.

"Of course how is it possible for us to get any information regarding a Hydra head so easily" hissed Coulson.

"Want me to talk to Ward then," asked May, "He did say that he would answer one question from each of us so maybe I should get whatever I can from Ward about Daniel Whitehall"

"No, not now let's ask the team to search about him, if we can't then we can ask from Ward. This answer to one question apology of Ward, I want to save it for as long as I can" said Coulson.

"If we need more info who would you send Coulson? Sky or Fits, since Simmons has left we can only send one of the two of them if we want more information from him" asked May.

"It would have to be Sky, Fitz is no condition to talk to him, we can't tell him that we have Wards in Vault D otherwise I don't know how he would react," Coulson said.

May nodded her head and didn't say anything on that subject anymore, "Are you having the urge to carve!?"

"No, it hasn't happened since the time I carved it on the wall," Coulson said as he picked up his suitcase to get ready for his journey.

"You know you should rest right," May said.

"Can't do that right now May, I need to rebuild SHIELD, the rest of 9 hours that you want me to have isn't possible for me right now" Coulson started, "Oh! by the way, how is Sky's training going"

Skye started to train as a full-fledged field agent with Melinda May as her new Supervising Officer, becoming a smart, tough, and capable agent in Coulson's own words.

"She is fine, Ward had already built some foundation on her so my work isn't hard, as you said she has a talent for a field agent" May stated.

"That's great! I will leave the Playground to you then!" Coulson said as he walked out of his office leaving Melinda alone who have once again started to look at the live surveillance video of Ward in Vault D.

2 days later.

"Ahh..... Who the hell is this Daniel Whitehall? This guy doesn't have any presence on the internet at all" Sky slammed her hands on the table as she looked at the computer screen which showed the search she has been doing on Daniel Whitehall.

May had given her this name and asked her to find anything she can on him but even after two days, she hasn't found anything important in him.

"Come on girl, don't be hard on yourself I am sure this guy is related to Hydra that's why you aren't able to find much about him when after searching the net for two days," said Antoine Triplett as he passed one of the beer bottles to Sky.

"I know but this guy is something else the only information you can find about him is his name, age, sex, and the rest is unnecessary information." Sky said.

"Well, we can't be sure that any information is, in fact, true or not hell who knows this photo may not be even his"
