Chapter 5 - Fighting the curse in Roppongi

When Sachiko stepped out of the room, Itadori was waiting for Gojo and her.

"So, did you get in too?"

"Yeah..I'm going to be a first year like you." Sachiko replied.

"Really? That's nice. Although..is it really okay to start three years of high school again?" Itadori asked.

"Well, I wasn't really interested in going university and work at an office stuff anyways. So, it's not a problem." Sachiko replied.

"Is that so?" Itadori said.

"Well, now, I'll take you to the dorms." Gojo interrupted and lead the two of you to the dorms.

The next day, Sachiko was waiting for Gojo Satoru in Tokyo city with her classmates, Itadori and Megumi. She was wearing a custom made uniform with a black jacket, short skirt and thigh-high socks. Soon, Gojo Satoru arrived.

"Oh, you already got uniforms?" Gojo asked and Sachiko nodded.

"But why is my uniform different ?" When Itadori asked, Gojo replied, "Well, I custom ordered it for you."

"..."

"..."

"Well, let's go. There's a fourth student joining us today."

"Is it a girl or a boy, Gojo sensei?" Sachiko asked.

"A girl. Her name is Kugisaki Nobara."

"Why are we meeting her in Harajuku, sensei?" Megumi asked.

"It's because she said she wanted to meet here."

Then, a girl could be grabbing a man by his collar.

"....."

"....."

Megumi and Itadori had a blank expression on their face.

"You must be Kugisaki Nobara. Hi." Sachiko said.

Nobura asked, "You're..?"

"Oh, right, I'm Nakamura Sachiko. A third student this year."

"Aren't you like older than us?" Nobura asked after looking at Sachiko carefully.

"That..well..let's just say there were some reasons and leave at that. okay?" Sachiko coughed. She didn't need to be reminded how rotten her luck is, okay?

"Okay. You two?"

"I'm Fushiguro Megumi."

"I'm Itadori Yuji."

After some introductions, Gojo said, "Let's go some sightseeing."

Itadori and Nobura started bickering on where they should go.

"Let's go Disneyland!"

"You idiot, Tokyo Disneyland is in Chiba."

"Let's go to Chinatown, Gojo sensei."

"Chinatown is in Yokohama, you dumbass."

Sachiko smirked as she thought of an idea to mess with them.

"I know a place where you can see flowers and have a lot of fun. Oh, there are delicious food ,too. You can even sleep on the grass and have a nice dream if you're bored. "

"Where's that place? I don't know which place you're talking about," Itadori asked and Nobura also looked interested.

"Cemetery." Sachiko said with a smile.

"Huh?"

"Cemetery. We can even kill curses for fun!" Sachiko smiled brighter at that.

"Huh!!!!"

"Hey, the word is exorcism. And who fights with curses for fun?" Nobara said, looking really angry.

Sachiko raised her hands and said, "I do. And I know the word but I prefer the previous one better."

"Don't say the terms like that. Are you even a Jujutsu sorcerer?!" Nobara ended up yelling at her and Sachiko just laughed inwardly.

Gojo laughed as he interrupted. "Allow me to announce the destination."

Soon, they were all standing in front of an old building. Gojo said, "I want to know everyone's skill level. This will serve as a practical test. Nobara, Yuji and Sachiko, get rid of the curse in the building."

"Wait. You said curses can only be destroyed by using curse, right? But, I don't know how to use curses." Itadori said.

"You're already half a curse. But using curse techniques take time. Use this instead."

Gojo said as he handed him a curse-infused knife.

"Wow, sensei, can I get some weapons like this too? That looks badass." Sachiko said.

"Have you fought with weapons?" Gojo asked her.

"Umm..no? But I have fought with my cursed energy katana." Sachiko said. Technically, she haven't fought with real weapons before although she manipulated her cursed energy into a katana before.

"Then, you should go for a katana when choosing a weapon." Gojo said.

Gojo then reminded Yuji not to let out Sukuna. After that, the three of them entered the building.

"So, what's the plan? Are we searching together and split up?" Sachiko asked as soon as they entered the building.

"Shouldn't we stay together?" Itadori said, "Curses are dangerous so we shouldn't probably split up."

"Why're we fighting curses in Tokyo anyway. Let's split up and quickly get this over.." Nobura said.

"What...?" Itadori said, "But.."

"I'll start from top to bottom. You two go from bottom to top." After saying this, Nobura went upstairs.

Sachiko sighed annoyingly. "Hey, Itadori, you can handle here right? I will start from one floor up. After you're done here, just go two floors up from here."

"...okay."

After that, Sachiko went to the first floor and searched from room to room. All rooms were empty and had no trace of the curse spirit. So, she moved to next floors. It was when she heard Nobura's voice.

"See, I'm unharmed. Let the child go."

'So, that's where the curse is. And judging by Kugisaki's voice, it must've taken a hostage.'

Sachiko thought. 'Let's try this technique out.'

Sachiko destroyed the wall with cursed energy and as soon as she was in the room, she saw a cursed spirit holding a child's neck.

"So you wanna play take hostage? It's useless .." Sachiko continued, "because I'm going to show you how you will fail."

She then, chanted, "Prison of Nightmares." (AN: It's actually one of the abilities or sub-techniques of her cursed technique, I don't know the word for sure but it's like Gojo's limitless Red and Blue. This technique can show the target the worst possibilities of itself to implicit mental damage for them.)

Sachiko's cursed energy wrapped around the curse and the curse cried out as it getting destroyed in ways one gets worse than the other was imprinted into its mind.

"So, how do you like it?" Sachiko smiled as she looked at the curse suffering. Then, she slashed off the curse's arms with cursed energy. She caught the boy in her arms as the arm of the curse fell off.

The curse was brought back to reality by its arm being cut off but was too scared to do anything.

"So, you wanna finish it off, Kugisaki? Or should I?" Sachiko asked the surprised Kugisaki.

"I..I'll finish it off." Nobura replied.

"Okay then. We'll need to send the child to hospital so I.."

Sachiko was interrupted by Itadori who had just finished dealing with the curses downstairs and came to upstairs.

"I can take him to hospital." Itadori said and Sachiko agreed.

Kugisaki exorcisted the ghost with her Straw Doll Technique.

After that, they got out of the building and meet up with Gojo and Megumi.

"Have you dealt with the curse?" Gojo asked them as soon as they got out of the building.

"Yes. Kugisaki dealt with the final curse." Sachiko replied.

"But she already cut off its arms and was suffering trauma when I exorcisted it." Nobura added.

"Is that so? What about Yuji?" Gojo asked.

"Oh, Itadori is sending the hostage child to hospital."

"I see. Well, we can go eat dinner when Yuji comes back." Gojo said.

"I want to eat Ramen." Sachiko raised her hand.

"I want to eat Sushi." Nobura raised her hand too.

"I want to eat Steak!" Itadori said as he ran over to join the group.

"Then, there's only one way to decide. Rock, Paper, Scissors !"

Nobura - Paper

"Why....?"

Sachiko whined, seeing her instant defeat in rock, paper, scissors.

Even after joining a Jujutsu school, her luck is still rotten.
