"Is there anything else, Miss Videl?" Goten asked, looking at Videl, who appeared tense and flustered.

"I do!" Videl replied without much thought. She found Goten's directness a bit overwhelming. If she had told him she had nothing else to do, he might have swiftly asked her to leave.

"Miss Videl, it's not that I'm mean and don't want to teach you Flying Technique," Goten said seriously. "But as your strength grows, you'll face more formidable opponents, and your risk factor will increase."

"I'm not afraid," Videl stubbornly replied.

Just as Goten was about to say something else, a familiar voice echoed in his mind. "Goten... Goten! Can you hear me?" It was Goku's voice.

Krillin was surprised to hear Goku's voice as well and exclaimed, "Goten, did you hear that? It was Goku's voice!"
