A new world

As I open my eyes for the first time in this world, I look around to find myself in a cave? Or was it a temple? It was weird to say the very least. I was meant to be in the Classroom of the Elite universe not in a temple? Did I fail the reincarnation?

I was cursed for eternity, there was no way I wouldn't reincarnate properly. I started exploring the temple in quest for some answers.

The temple was abandoned. There were no signs of life and there were broken pillars and statues. I kept wandering the temple until I eventually stumbled on something interesting. It was a pile of dead bodies. I came close to it and started inspecting the scene.

'Still a warm huh!!' I thought to myself as I touched their corpses.

There is only one conclusion from this, these peoples were killed a few minutes ago. But by what? There was over a 1000 corpses and all of them seems to have swords, shields and armours, then how it happened?

Huh?

I felt the ground below me shaking slightly as the system announced the boss battle to me. Was it the thing that killed all this people causing all these shake?

*BANG* The entire wall in front of me was destroyed by an ogre running through. He was red in colour and was carrying a giant hammer.

'The red demon guardian, A rank monster? I guess I now know who killed all these peoples.'

"Hey are you the boss of this temple?" I screamed towards the ogre trying to get some answers from it.

However, the only things I got was a roar full of rage. I guess it isn't that smart or was I dumb for trying something like that?

"Oh well this will end quickly" I sighed.

I looked toward the ogre only to realize it was completely gone. How?

He then swung his hammer from behind of me with full speed but luckily for me I was able to dodge just in time.

'For something of this size it is quite fast'

I began dashing towards the giant and punched it right on the chin causing it to stumble a bit before swinging again towards me with all of his might. And just like before, I dodged and punched him again. We kept going like that for a couple of minutes before I back off from the confrontation.

I felt weakened for some reason. I looked towards the ogre and saw it grinning.

I guess I understand why it is grinning now. I ran towards the pile of corpses and picked up a sword from the ground.

Based on our small of confrontation, I deduced that his sternocleidomastoid muscle was his weakness. When I punched him there it caused his to stumble for the longest time and even gave me time to retreat for the fight.

The distance between me and the ogre was about 300m. I dashed towards it and stabbed it along its neck.

It took me approximately one hundred-thousandth of second to close the distance between us. I kept stabbing it with all of my strength. And eventually the [BOSS BATTLE COMPLETED] notification popped up.

A new floating panel appeared in front of me. I started reading what was written on it.
