"There is no turning back now. I didn't expect this day to come so soon." Ryu grinned as he adjusted his shinobi headband.

"You're far too confident of yourself. Too much talent often leads to arrogance."

"Sensei, Don't lose to him; he's a tough enemy. You will lose if you underestimate him."

'They're rooting for her, but she lacks plot armor, so there's nothing out of the ordinary that could cause a problem.'

'I won't use Ms ability since it would feel like cheating, which I don't want for this match.'

Hanabi shut her eyes. She was aware that She should make direct eye contact with him. For a change, she decided to listen to her students and engage more seriously.

The remaining clones attacked her but did not survive like the others.

She had avoided all of the strikes undamaged.

"You're just standing there watching them get destroyed. It looks that I was correct about you."

Ryu smirked slightly. He despised it when others spoke to him in this manner, but he now liked it for some reason.

"I despise guys who look down on women and stop hurting them. Girls, too, work hard to improve their abilities."

Ryu was taken aback by the comments. He wasn't opposed to hitting them; he just didn't enjoy thrashing them as he did males.

"How do you know I'm holding back?"

"I'm not sure if you're holding back, but I can sense you're hesitant to hit me, and that bothers me." She knew if he decided to attack him, he could do better than this, but she could tell he was hesitant.

'You're already out of your league because you're fighting me. I don't think you'll get a hit this way.'

"You want me to show my strength? I suppose I can help you with that."

She didn't have much time since Ryu seemed to have just launched his justsu.

A big fireball was now on her way to making an impact.

The Hanabi emitted chakra from all of her body's tenketsu to stop the fireball just before it impacted her. She then rotates quickly, deflecting the attack and forming a protective shield for as long as she can.

The greater the force of an attack, the greater the force with which it's repelled.

The attack was repulsed, and she was impressive in her own right.

While still rotating, Ryu attacked the defensive move that had been constructed.

A massive water prison wrapped both Ryu and Hanabi within, preventing her from using her hands for the time being.

While fighting hanabi, one of the shadow clones began absorbing senjutsu chakra.

Ryu jumped into the air while she was still airborne, hoping to take her down.

Ryu easily slashed through the Vaccum palm and kicked her in the stomach. She took off crashing into the tree, breaking it.

'He is too fast, even faster than the seventh Hokage.'

When Hanabi heard his voice, she turned around and saw him via his Byakugan.
