Mikasa opening up

Last time in I was reborn in aot

I gave her her time a lot with her parents while waiting on a tree.

30minutes later

"Now that my parent are gone where do I even go this house is not safe anymore," Mikasa said in a depressed tone

"You need rest," I said

"I'm fi.." she said before passing out

I grab her unconscious and carry her princess-style to where I can put her to sleep comfortably

Time-skip

I arrive at my house in the mountain and put her down on the bed while I go cook something for when she wake up.

Now we continue where we left off

It has been a month since the accident happen and Mikasa started to open up to me a bit more.

She is still wary of new people, especially adults.

"Hey Mikasa, I made your favorite food," I said

Putting the food down on a plate

"Pudding" she yelled happily

"I even picked out some strawberries to put on it for you," I said with a smile

"Can I get some whipped cream with it?" She said asked holding onto the small scarf that her mother gave her.

"Yeah, sure, "I said smiling while putting the whipped cream over the pudding

I also even added some strawberries.

"Enjoy, your breakfast," I told her

She nodded her head up in down before digging In.

And started to devour the food.

I made myself some bacon with some egg in the meantime.

I put some ketchup over it all just to add more flavor to it before eating it.

'It feels great to eat food from my time period 'I thought eating my bacon on a fried egg.

"Hey Mikasa do you want to meet my friend that lives around here," I asked

"Why are you asking me that now," She said curiously

"I have a business to run I don't want you to stay here all by yourself while I'm gone" I responded

"Do you think I'm a burden, I can be useful" she said on the verge of tears

"No, what made you think that you are very precious to me," I said to her

"So why do you want me to see your friend then," She said looking up

"I want you to have a friend to play with while I'm gone," I said patting her head

"But I want to be with you," She said holding her scarf

"Let's make a deal if you do it I'm going to have you be the first person to try out any of the new sweet food that I make," I said

"Teach me how to do it then you got yourself a deal," she said

"Deal," I said putting my hand out to shake out it

"Deal," she said shaking my hands

"Now go dress up we visiting my friend," I said

She went to her room to change into some clothes that is fitted to go outside.

She came back wearing a black coat with a red cloud in the middle.

"Really from everything you chose this, "I said tired

"But I like it tho," she said

"Change into something else please"

She came back wearing Nobara outfit.

"Ready," she said walking near me

"It's pretty far away but will make it," I said giving up.

"Can you carry me on your back like last time?" she said

"Heh, I see nothing wrong with that" I said shrugging my shoulder in giving her my back

She hops on my back in holds me very tightly.

Just to make sure that she will be safe I decide to have some air shield around us but mostly focus on her.

"Ready," I said looking over at her

"I am," she said happily

I started to dash while using air to boost us. I'm not going as fast as I can so she can see what we are going by while also observing the nature around us as we run.

She looked happy looking around looking at the bird and how fast we going.

After around 30 minutes or so a farmland and a barn came into view.

As we got closer we could see a blond girl running but for some reason, she stopped and turned around like she could tell that I was coming.

When we finally reached the barn.

Mikasa hopped off my back and hid behind me when she saw someone was coming at her.

"Hey Historia what up," I said greeting her with a smile.

"Hey Jack," She said before noticing the little girl hiding behind me

"Who is she," She said when she noticed Mikasa behind me

"That is Mikasa she currently living in my house because of some accident that happens to her," I said

"Oh, ok," She said as her eyes softened

"Would you mind being her friend while I run the little business that I started?" I said bowing

"No need to bow Jack you my friend so I will help you with that," she said

"Thank you, Historia you are the best," I said kissing her on the cheeks

"No problem, now go to, work," She said with a smile pushing me out

"Mikasa have fun," I said to her smiling.

I went to Shinganshina but while pseudo-flying there I heard Ymir Fritz's voice in my head saying something that made me stop flying and I landed hard on the floor creating a big crater on where I landed.
