The rest of the remaining days went a bit busy as all of us were preparing ourselves for the upcoming tournament. Just like the usual, the girls and I were having a sparring and teaching them the proper way to fight using their weapons.
Just as I expected, the Heroines of the game have an extreme room for growth. Seia didn't get left behind of course. I speculated that it's because Seia was originally a sub-event boss that she also got a large room for growth in terms of her personal skills.
"Haap!"
"Guh!"
Currently, Luna and Lily were having a sparring. You might think that Luna got a huge disadvantage because she's based on Melee Combat—but it looks like it doesn't seem to be the case.
Lily seems to be having a hard time trying to distance herself to Luna who was not stopping no matter what Lily attack her with.
"Ugh, so persistent...!"
"Sorry Lily, but it'll take more than arrow for me to be taken down easily."
It might look like Luna was just aimlessly following Lily in order to close herself to her but she's planning something different.
Having no more room behind Lily, She quickly ⟨⟨Dash⟩⟩ sideways on her right. Luna who already anticipated it shoots her 『Grappling Hook』 ahead of where Lily is moving—catching her in the process.
"Damn it!" Lily uttered.
"Got you...!"
Luna pulled herself close to Lily added by a ⟨⟨Dash⟩⟩ which propel herself to Lily with unbelievable speed. Using her momentum, Luna ram herself to Lily which made them flew away for a few meters—staggering Lily in the process.
"Sparring over!" I raised my hand in the air. "It's Luna's win."
Looks like Luna managed to redeem that even if she specializes in close combat, she can still defeat the other class even with many disadvantages.
As for this fight, the reason of Lily's lost was she was underestimating Luna which made her guard down. Luna took this opportunity by predicting where Lily was about to move next. Looks like Luna was carefully assessing my moves and using it herself on the field. Good girl!
"Good job, Luna." I started patting her head which Luna obediently let me. "Looks like you've carefully studied my moves. I'm in awe."
I shifted my attention to Lily. "That's too bad Lily, but you already know why you lose, right?"
Lily sulked in response to my question. Well, we still have plenty of time, so I really hope to see the fruit of their labour in the tournament.
Well, I'm just casually saying it, but the truth is that I'm a bit frustrated too. If we still got another week of preparation, we would've had plenty of time to explore the 『Superficial Cosmos』 to farm an item that would be the next step in our Mana Increase. Of course, I'm also talking about the possibilities of that item to also increase our stats in an instant.
In any case, it is what it is, I guess. We did actually get stronger in this past week, so I won't complain.
I'm talking about the skill that all of us acquired during those constant sparring of us. Our stats have also increased for a bit, it might not be too much but it's better than not getting at all.
As for the skills to be honest, I didn't know how we got them. It just unexpectedly appears after one of us managed to learn it.
Example is when I'm teaching Luna the proper way to parry using a sword, she suddenly got the ⟨⟨Parry⟩⟩ in her skill arsenal. Of course, similar situation also happened to the rest.
During the course of time when I'm teaching them about their respective weapons, this is the skills that the girls have acquired:
Luna:

⟨⟨Remise⟩⟩ - A counter skill to use a quick second attack after the first has been parried or deflected.

⟨⟨Passive: Quick Decision⟩⟩ - A passive skill, which is the ability to have quick judgement of the situation.
⟨⟨Passive: Equanimity⟩⟩ - A passive skill, which is the ability to have mental calmness, composure used in any situation.
Lily:
⟨⟨Passive: Depth perception⟩⟩ - A passive skill, which is the ability to judge the distance between you and your target.
⟨⟨Passive: Equanimity⟩⟩ - A passive skill, which is the ability to have mental calmness, composure used in any situation.
Seia:
⟨⟨Passive: Rapid Target Acquisition⟩⟩ - A passive skill, which is the ability to have quick sights of the target.
⟨⟨Passive: Quick Decision⟩⟩ - A passive skill, which is the ability to have quick judgement of the situation.
⟨⟨Passive: Equanimity⟩⟩ - A passive skill, which is the ability to have mental calmness, composure used in any situation.
Unfortunately, it seems like Akari didn't manage to acquire something this past week. She seems to be having a hard time trying to learn my techniques but let's not be too hasty. Everyone differs, the three were just so talented.
Me? Haha, please don't ask. I'm the reason the three of them had gotten their skills. And for some reason...
"WHY CAN"T I GET THOSE SKILLS?!"
Yes, I don't know why but I can't seem to acquire those skills myself. Ironic isn't it, I teach others the skills I can't seem to possess for some reason.
Feeling dejected, the girls who felt bad for me were trying their best to perk me up but to no avail... Sigh, I really have a bad feeling about this...

The day has finally arrived which is the day where the Academy Tournament will start.
I immediately get out of bed in enthusiasm and fixed myself as hastily as possible. I left the Villa and jog my way into the Capital and head into the secluded alleyway from who knows where.
"Mr. Fjell? It's me Sai." I greeted the shop owner as I enter the place.
Yes, it was the time that I'll get all the Armor and Weapons that I commissioned at Mr. Fjell. It sure is blazing hot in here as usual. I'm actually impressed that Mr. Fjell doesn't get suffocated in this heat. I guess he was already got used in these.
"Oh kiddo, you're finally here." Mr. Fjell who was smithing something rose in his position and head into the large table. "Here's all the items you've commission. Tell me if there's something you're unsatisfied with."
"I doubt there would be any..." I retorted and head to check the Items—carefully examining it. "Hm, its perfect Mr. Fjell. I knew I could count on you."
"Is that so? I'm glad then." Mr. Fjell shows a humble attitude, but her expression shows a confident look. "I heard it's the day that the Academy Tournament will commence. You're one of those students participating, right? You'll have my support."
"Oh, T-thank you. By the way. here's the fee." I said and gave Mr. Fjell the money. "I'll go leave now Mr. Fjell. Thanks for the commission." I added and left the place.
"Yeah, Goodluck kiddo."

"Wow, this looks beautiful."
"Yeah, we look so strong just by wearing this."
The girls voiced their awe to the new armor that I gave them. 『Ancient Damascus Armor』 which is the one I gave them is one of the first armor you can craft after you entered the 『Chaos-Mode』. After you've entered the 『Chaos-Mode』, some armor sets will start to have different headpiece options which will allow players to focus on what class they have chosen. An example of this is:
Mask - Focused on Melee. Has the highest defensive stats which is 14 added by an increased melee and critical damage.
Helmet - Focused on Range. Has a defensive stat of 5 added by an increased range and critical damage.
Headgear - Focused on Magic. Has the least defensive stats which is 3 added by an increased magic damage, critical damage, and increased maximum mana.
Just because it's the first armor you can craft immediately doesn't mean that its weak. Truthfully, this armor was a bit better than some armors you can craft midgame—the reason for this with its armor set bonus which is its ⟨⟨Rapid Life Regeneration⟩⟩ coupled by its stats per gear which is 15% increase (Class) damage 12% (Class) Critical damage.
The only downside of this armor is that its defense had been sacrificed for the sake of offensive stats. An armor focused on aggressiveness.
"Haha... That's really crazy if you think about it..." Luna remarked with a strained smile.
"Yeah, although..." Lily looked at her armor with a face that says she didn't like it. "I'm sorry but I'm not going to let anyone see me wearing something like this. It looks out of place..."
"That's what I'm also thinking. I'd suggest you girls wear it underneath your clothes. you can just hide it in your vanity." I suggested.
Just like in the game, you can hide your equipments if you don't like its appearance. How can we do that? Please don't ask, I don't know either. It just turns invisible if you think that you don't want it to be seen.
And thus, everyone including me chose our respective clothes and wear it underneath our armor.
Luna chose the Maid Clothes I bought to her on our date coupled with an exposed equipment. I asked her why she thought of using it and she said that she wanted for everyone to see that she is mine and only. I was fully embarrassed when she said that.
Lily wore a hunter clothes with exposed equipment. With her new upgraded equipment, she doesn't look like your normal hunter anymore. Thanks to the 『Enchanted Quiver』 and 『Nihilist Cloak』, she looks so magically beautiful.
Seia on the other hand, just used a jacket and a black skirt to cover her armor. It might be simple as that, but the mixture of the traditional armor mixed with a modern jacket were sure was a sight to behold. She has a vibe of being cute and badass at the same time.
Akari wore the clothes I gave her. As expected, it really matches her behavior and most especially, her blood moon eyes. It looks like the girls also liked even if they often already had seen it.
Lastly, Me who just wore a simple long sleeve with an exposed equipment. Out of all of us, I'm probably the most boring looking. I can't help it; I still haven't gotten that [Equipment] which will be one of the items that will make myself look cool.
"Were already prepared, shall we go then?" I said, waiting on the front door.
""Yeah!"" The girls said simultaneously.
The rest of us then left the Villa in enthusiasm. I wonder who we would be facing with.
