Chapter 21: Perfect Cell Declaration Of Cell Games

After that, Krillin proceeds to do what his task is.

Krillin: "Be careful guys. I will come back with Vegeta."

Then he flew towards the capsule corp with all his strength.

Seeing this, Cell wants to stop him from calling more backup.

Cell: "You think you can leave here!"

But before he could reach Krillin, Raditz intercepts and blocks his path.

Raditz: "Hey, where do you think you're going? I'm your opponent this time."

Then he punched Cell in the face, sending him a few feet away.

Cell: "You bastard! You think you can defeat me?!"

Cell then launches himself towards Raditz and punches him in the face but Raditz just dodge it with not much difficulty. Raditz then grabbed Cell's head with both hands and pulled him downward towards his knee and kneed him on the gut. Before he could recover, Raditz back kicked him in the chest, sending him flying in the air.

Raditz then flew towards him and started to pummel him with punches, elbows, knees and kicks simultaneously.

Cell: "You!! I..I won't… I won't let this happen!!!"

Cell then attacks Raditz with his tail but Raditz is able to dodge again and kick him in the face, sending him flying. Raditz then flies towards his direction and stops below him then he kicks Cell on his gut, making him spit some blood and air.

Before Cell could recover, Raditz appeared above him and knocked him to the back of his head using his right elbow, sending Cell crushing to the ground.

Seeing that Raditz was easily able to overpower Cell and didn't even let him fight back, Tien was surprised:

Tien: "In-increadible!"

Cell got up from the crater while gasping for air.

Raditz: "I suppose that's all you've got, huh?"

Cell: "Damn it! This can't be happening! If only… if only I had my perfect form!!"

Raditz: "Unfortunately, I will not let that happen. This is the strongest that you will get."

Cell: "You damn saiyan!"

Cell launches himself towards Raditz and attacks him many times but he just dodge them all. After a while, Cell was able to wrap his tail around Raditz, but Raditz just let him do it since he thinks that Cell can't do anything to him now, especially that he was becoming more irritated and desperate.

Cell: "Hahaha! I got you now!"

Raditz just looked at him like an idiot and let him do what he was planning. Cell held both Raditz shoulders with his hands to make sure that he wasn't able to move, then he released a huge ki blast towards him just like how Nappa did it to him before.

Seeing this, Raditz releases a ki blast of his own from his mouth and overpowers Cell's ki blast, pushing it towards him. Cell grinned and let the ki blast hit his upper body just like before to gain zenkai boost to finally overpower his opponent.

When the ki blast obliterated Cell's upper body, Raditz didn't give him time to regenerate. He places his right palm in front of him and releases a huge reddish ki blast, obliterating Cell's lower body, leaving nothing.

Raditz: 'Phew! I'm at my time limit. I didn't think that I could defeat him in that short amount of time, we didn't even need Vegeta's help.'

Tien and the others were surprised by the sudden turn of events. Earlier Cell was just playing with them but now Cell's ki disappeared after that attack.

Tien: "I-is that it?"

Piccolo: "No. I have a bad feeling about this."

Suddenly, when Raditz was about to go to the others, he coughed blood and felt a pain in his chest. When he looked behind him, he was shocked to see Cell still alive after obliterating his whole being to dust.

Raditz then says with difficulty:

Raditz: "*cough* *cough* hehe... I-i didn't... think you… could survive that.."

Cell: "Hehehe! Do you really believe that you can kill me by that measly attack of yours? How pathetic you are, Raditz. You saiyans are really arrogant, hehehe. After I wrapped my tail around your body and released my attack, I know that you will eventually overpowered my attack. So to make sure that nothing goes wrong, I cut a very little tip of my tail so that I can regenerate back again. As expected, you destroyed even my lower body thinking that it would finish me off."

Raditz: "*cough*... I guess I lost."

Cell: "Although, it's a shameful scheme of mine to lower your guard down and gain some strength, but who cares right?"

Before Cell can extract the bio-energy of Raditz, Nappa appears in his Super Saiyan 2 and kicks him in the face. He wasn't able to deal some damage but it gives enough time for Tien to take Raditz away.

Seeing the outcome of the battle, Piccolo was left with no other choice and says:

Piccolo: "Tsk! There's no other choice Android, you need to die here."

Android 18 just stood there, ready to receive her demise since her brother was already gone. Piccolo aims his left falm towards her, ready to release a ki blast to obliterate the Android.

Seeing that Piccolo was about to destroy Android 18, Cell grabbed Nappa's foot and threw him towards the direction of Tien who was carrying an injured Raditz. When they collide, Cell immediately releases a special beam cannon towards Nappa's stomach.

The beam penetrated Nappa's stomach towards Tien's lower back, causing heavy injuries for both of them. Then the two of them with Raditz fell to the ground.

All of this only happened in a short time. After dealing with them, Cell immediately launches himself towards Piccolo. He grabbed Piccolo's left arm and cut it. Then he back kicked him to his lift torso using his left foot, smashing Piccolo's left half to smithereens and sending him flying to the ground.

Cell then grabbed Android 18 in the neck and lifted her.

Cell: "I've already wasted a lot of time dealing with you guys. I have no time for playing around anymore, that Krillin already called for backup. Hehehe, now then, you can finally meet your brother again in my stomach."

Then he absorbed Android 18 using his tail. After absorbing Android 18, Cell's body glows a green color and a green shield surrounds him. Piccolo tried to get up and saw Android 18 was successfully absorbed by Cell.

Piccolo: "Damn you!"

Piccolo then releases a special beam cannon towards Cell but the shield just blocks his attack.

Piccolo: "Damn! Those arrogant saiyans! Being too cocky led us to our destruction!"

After a while the shield suddenly exploded, creating a fog of smoke. When the smoke dissipates, a figure of slimmer Cell can be seen, and his face also becomes more humanoid. Standing with a power level of 3.2 trillion in his suppressed perfect form, Cell has achieved his perfection.

Cell: "HAHA… HAHAHAHAHAHA!!"

Cell then look at Piccolo and says:

Cell: "Earlier, I noticed that you keep saying that if Vegeta comes here, you have complete confidence that he could defeat me. At first, I planned to kill all of you. But because I'm in a good mood today after achieving my perfect form, I changed my mind."

Piccolo: "You bastard! What are you planning to do?"

Cell: "I will start a tournament. It will be 3 days from now. As a favor for me, you should recover at that time or possibly get stronger."

Piccolo: "What are you talking about!?"

Cell: "As you know, there used to be a tournament known as the Tenkaichi Budokai. I would like to recreate it. However, I will be the only opponent, contestants will fight a one-on-one match against me. When I win, the next opponent will step up. I don't care how many of you show up, you just might win if you somehow outnumber me."

Then Cell turns away, ready to fly off and says:

Cell: "I will let you know where it will be later. If you watch the news, you might learn it soon enough."

Piccolo: "What!?"

Cell: "Looks like I won't be bored anymore. Oh, and make sure that you bring a lot of senzu beans."

Piccolo: "Wait! Why are you doing this tournament? You can just easily kill all of us with your strength. I don't understand. Are you trying to conquer earth or the galaxy?"

Cell: "I'm holding this tournament to measure my strength and terrorize the world. It will be a good way to build up my power too. While I was made to kill Son Goku and all of you, there's no real point in doing that. Perhaps my goal is to enjoy myself. And what better way to enjoy myself than with the terror of people's faces!"

Piccolo: "You bastard!"

Cell then waved his hand and flew off.

Piccolo gritted his teeth and thought to himself:

Piccolo: 'He's just playing with us! Damn him! Tsk! Looks like I need to fuse with Kami to make sure we will win. I don't like just being trash around while doing nothing.'

-At the same time at capsule corp-

Krillin just arrived on the capsule corp and met Vegeta.

Krillin: "Vegeta! Finally, you finished training. We need your help, the others are currently fighting a monster called Cell, specifically Raditz. I don't know if they can even hold the enemy."

Suddenly, they felt Cell's power level rose up and the others' ki was being weakened little by little.

Vegeta: "Seems like the fight was over."

Krillin: "O-oh no! Looks like Android 18 was absorbed by Cell! A-and I forgot to give them the senzu beans!"

Vegeta: "Well, that's unexpected. The others will die if we don't come there quickly. Grabbed my shoulder."

Krillin was confused but he just did as he said and grabbed Vegeta's shoulder. Suddenly they disappeared and appeared to the others' location. Krillin was surprised but after seeing everyone's situation, he quickly ran towards them and fed them senzu beans.

Vegeta, noticing that Cell was not around anymore thinks to himself:

Vegeta: 'Seems like Cell already left and he didn't kill anyone except for absorbing 18 and 17. I'm guessing that he will start making his tournament. After waiting in the training chamber all this time and letting the others fight him just to make sure that he could absorb 17 and 18 to achieve his perfect form, I think he won't disappoint me.'

After eating the senzu beans, Piccolo, Raditz, Nappa and Tien regain their full health and power. After the tough battle and gaining a zenkai boost, the two saiyans were able to increase their power level to over 6 billion. Now, their power levels are:

(40)Raditz = 6,300,000,000

(Old)Nappa = 6,000,000,000

Seeing that they were fine now, Krillin asks them:

Krillin: "So what happened to Cell?"

Tien: "I-i don't know, we were unconscious the whole time after Cell's attack. I think you can ask Piccolo."

Krillin then asks Piccolo about what happened after he left and Piccolo told him everything and about Cell planning to create a tournament.

-One day later-

The next day after Cell finished creating the ring for the tournament, a broadcast was heard that sent the entire world to panic.

At the Kame house, Krillin was watching the news but the newscaster was suddenly interrupted.

Newscaster(TV): "And now, weather from all over the world- Hey! Who the hell are you?! And how did you get here?!...Gahhh!!"

Krillin: "It's him! He really looks more different now."

Then he informs Master Roshi:

Krillin: "Master Roshi! It's Cell! He's on the TV as we speak!"

Hearing this, Master Roshi immediately come and says:

Master Roshi: "Huh? Is that really him?"

Krillin: "Yes, he is."

News(TV): "Someone, call the security! Get the police!... Gahh!"

Krillin: "Damn him!"

Cell(TV): "Good morning, humans! I will be interrupting the regular scheduled programming for a bit. For those who are bored with their peaceful lives, this news is for you. I'm here to tell you how your lives can be filled with excitement! For those who don't know me, my name is Cell. You might have heard of a monster who has been murdering townsfolk a few days ago. That monster was me. I would like to thank them for the life force needed to become what I am now. But do not worry as I won't need anymore energy from you humans. Anyways, the great news I have is… two days from now, on the noon of 26th of may I will be holding a martial arts tournament called the Cell games. It will be held in a ring near Central City.
