In view of all this, I have decided to grant you land near the shores in the west that will expand your fishing and trading networks. Stony Shore and Sea Dragon Point. These two lands need new Lords and I believe House Mormont will not disappoint my trust.
What are your thoughts?"

Jorah had a thousand thoughts going through his head. The goal of Stony Shore was achieved and there is also an additional gift of Sea Dragon Point.
Most of the Lords in the north believe Sea Dragon Point is worthless but Jorah had seen the advantages of that land. Two long coastlines, a hundred hidden coves, otters in the lakes, salmon in the rivers, clams along the shore, colonies of seals offshore, tall pines for building ships.
It's like a treasure land that has been abandoned and it can bring more immediate benefits to Bear Island compared to Stony Shores which needs long-term farming and planning for a new port.
"Lord Stark, you won't regret this decision. I promise to bring peace and safety to the common folk of Sea Dragon Point and Stony Shores. Our house will treat them fairly and I will lead them to a better life than ever before." - Jorah spoke directly without flinching and kept his thoughts to himself.
"Your words put me more at ease Lord Mormont. After all, there are no northerners who would break their promises."
Ned spoke and both the Lords shared a laugh before Jorah took his leave. In the evening, Maester Luwin personally delivered a copy of the real order from Lord Stark to Jorah. Seeing the seal of direwolves on the parchment made Jorah feel confident about the coming days of Bear Island.
However, there was a journey waiting for him. A journey to the outside of the wall.
That night, soldiers of Bear Island were busy enjoying the last madness while Jorah had Lady Leona under him. They shared a bed for a deal but the lingering affection and passion went far beyond that.
"So, you are leaving with your soldiers tomorrow?" Lady Leona asked while her fingers circled Jorah's chest.
"Aye! …. Tell me, how was Ser Wylis' reaction upon reading the orders?" Jorah asked the burning question he had inside him. The orders were like a slap to the face of House Manderly considering their demands but somehow, so far, Ser Wylis showed no signs of any outbursts.
"He smiled. When he read the orders, I noticed that smile. It was like…. he knew the orders before they were ever written…" Lady Leona thought hard before explaining.
"House Manderly is not a simple House like our Lord Stark believes. They must already have few Lords in their pockets before they put forward their demands." Jorah spoke after thinking.
Lady Leona also felt these words had some truth to it.
"Can you manage him?" Jorah asked suddenly.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, can you control him or influence him? Because believe it or not, even though he looks like a fat fool but that is just a disguise. He is far more cunning than others could sense."
"I don't have to control him or influence him. I just have to live with him. All I need is a son. A boy that cements my position and a child that I can love. Rest, I never cared for." Leona tactfully replied.
"It might be the best solution," Jorah spoke before grabbing her waist and turning her over.
Kissing her bare back, Jorah spits on his right hand that covered his duck, making it moist while the left hand smacked the soft fleshy butt of Leona.
The sudden attack sent shivers down Leona's spine. However, this was just the beginning and another slap made her other butt bounced hard. The white soft flesh grew little red and Jorah, hard after a little massaged, spread her legs before grabbing her waist and pushing his way through her soft pussy.
"Ahhhh!" Leona moaned.
Jorah had an evil grin on his face and without any mercy, Jorah grabbed her by her hair and kept pounding her like a dog in heat. Their battle was long and hard and, in the end, both lovers climaxed.
Watching a thick stream of his cum, leaking out of Leona's pussy made Jorah feel satisfied. Besides, her boobs were already covered with his teeth marks. Jorah had marked her and destroyed the innocent girl in bed.

A day after, with all preparations done, Jorah left for the wall with his riders and a few men from Winterfell who were ready to brave the cold and fear of wildings for coppers.
Jorah led these men and Elros followed behind with the workers. Thankfully, everyone was on a horse or a mule and without those waste carriages, their journey was faster.
After they had left the sight of Winterfell's walls, Elros rode in front and came closer to Jorah.
"M'Lord, we caught those thieves yesterday inside Wolfswood. They had bags full of gold and soft silk clothes."
Hearing the report, Jorah had a playful smile on his face.
"It seems they selected their goods very carefully. Now, I can only thank them for their services. Where are their bodies?"
"We left them alive near the ridge but the wolves were waiting for them. I saw them personally becoming food for those wolves."
"Good. Use the gold and buy some supplies for the wall. It would seem inappropriate to go there empty-handed. The same for silk. Don't keep anything on us. Just exchange for food, wine and more furs."
"Understood, M'Lord."
Elros understood Jorah's orders. If somehow House Manderly found traces of House Mormont stealing their supplies, it might make things messy. It's better to trade everything and let some fool take the blame in future.
The journey was good when there was still sun in the day but as the sun went down, the horses and the men needed to rest and make camp. However, Jorah noticed the mood was low among the soldiers.
The short stay at Winterfell had made them hate their hard days and their hearts were imbalanced.
"Remember the song?" Jorah asked Elros who was called into his tent.
"Song?" Elros asked in a confused manner before he got the idea.
"The Song of bear islands, M'Lord?" He asked curiously.
"Aye! I remember father sang it on my sixteenth nameday!"
"But it is said that you wrote it, M'Lord," Elros spoke while looking at Jorah curiously. Jorah didn't bother to reply.
To develop a nationalistic spirit, Jorah had been working hard on the ideological thinking of the people of Bear Island and this song was the most powerful weapon for it.
Elros ran excitedly outside Jorah's tent before grabbing a few soldiers and getting them ready for the song. Jorah waited for a while and then he heads these soldiers beating their swords against their shields and the sound filled the air.
(Ow! Ow! Ow!)
On Bear Island's shore, the call of horns does sound,
The battle looms before us, with enemies abound,
Forging alliances, with courage, hearts of steel,
We do not fear the end, and we'll never kneel.
(Ow! Ow! Ow!)
No fear of fiery fate, victory or loss,
Cowards wish for life, but we embrace the cost, (Ow!)
Though stamina depletes, we'll stand with iron will,
When the final blow comes forth, we'll welcome death's thrill.
Horns call again, we stand prepared to fight (fight),
Draining barrels' contents, 'fore the fall of night,
To prove our worth before the Old Gods' sight,
Crushing foes and raising toasts,
We revel through the night.
(Ow! Ow! Ow!)
We are warriors,
Bravest in the icy lands,
Chosen by the old gods,
United, hand in hand,
Mighty warriors,
Bear Island's loyal band,
Chosen by the maidens,
Bound by fate's command.
(Ow! Ow! Ow! Owwwwww!)
Listening to the passionate singing, Jorah also got out of his tent and then joined the band and sang the loudest igniting the hearts of his soldiers with fiery flame.
The common folk of Winterfell heard the song for the first time and they felt the warriors of Bear Island were far more powerful than other Lords who came before them to Winterfell. At least, they never had this kind of spirit.
