Solution and New Problems

*Nine days before the hero meeting*

*Sigh* 'I wish we had a way to keep blood for awhile, because these bottles we have don't help it last and the pedophiles are getting fewer,' Tsukiko thinks while digging through trash. Her white hair is tangled and dirty her clothes aren't looking that well either. Tsukiko picks up a used two liter bottle, "This will have to do for now," she then looks at her sister, "Are you up for another hunt Himiko?"

"Of course sis,"the darker haired blonde happily replies.

*two blocks away*

A man in a jacket with a three headed dog on the back of it, stands there looking around for something or someone. "Where are they? My 'Quirk Sense' is saying someone really powerful is around here. If I can convince them to join us and our underground fighting ring then I might get into a leadership position."

*While the unintentional cat and mouse game in the northern section is going on, in the eastern section...*

"Hey Midoriya, where are you running to huh," asks a spiky haired blonde girl as she walks around a corner. The boy stops in his tracks with a cold sweat. "K- Katsumi-chan, what are you doing?," Midoriya starts backing up slowly, "We're friends, so why do you look like that?" "Oh Izuku, is it really that hard to figure out? It seems you're a little slow. Let me put it like this, you are 'Quirkless' that means I no longer want to associate with you. Do you get it now?", as she is speaking two other kids walk up behind Izuku.

"Komori, Buru grab his lunchbox and take it somewhere else," Katsumi commands. The boy with bat wings replies, "You got it boss." After a little struggle Komori flies off to the northwest with it. "No, that's my favorite one," cries Izuku and runs off after him. 'Heh, what a wimp,' Katsumi thought. When Komori thinks it's far enough he drops the lunch box in an alleyway and flies back. When he gets back, "Hey Katsumi, I dropped it in the bad part of town it'll probably take awhile for him to get it, if he can even find it." "Good job Komori."

Back in the northern section Himiko turns her head because she heard something fall and went towards it. What she finds is an All-Might lunchbox. She excitedly picks it up and runs to her sister, "Hey sis! Hey sis, look what I found!" "Hmm, what did you find Himiko?" asks Tsukiko. "I found a lunchbox," exclaimed Himiko. "A lunchbox? Let me see it," Tsukiko opens it to only find a cold pack, " Oh, there's only a cold pack in here. Wait. Aha, cold if we can keep the blood cold we can make it last longer!" She then notices the initials inside of if it. 'I.M.? No there's no way that this is Midoriya's' Tsukiko thought.

Until she sees him come around the corner and acting like he's looking for something. 'Well, that answers that', she thought. "Hey, you looking for this!," Tsukiko yells at him. It looks like he just about jumped out of his skin. "Huh, what!?," he looks around to see two girls that look almost the same. The only difference in them is the color and style of their hair. One is a yellow blonde with short twin tails, the other has from what he could tell was white straight hair to her shoulders. "Here I believe this is yours," says the one with the white hair as she is holding out the lunchbox," Oh, and you might want to leave here quickly before someone else sees you. This place isn't that kind to kids like you."

Midoriya just stands there confused. Tsukiko gets up throws the lunchbox to him, and starts digging in the trash. "Um, what are you doing?,"he asks still confused of why kids are just in an alleyway. "This," she says as she pull a severed head out of the garbage. He then proceeds to, in this order, piss himself, scream, and run home. Tsukiko then looks at her sister and notices that she is dreamy eyed. "Well, looks like that still happens," Tsukiko sighs throwing the head back in. After she does so, she hears another set of footsteps and muttering coming towards them.

When she turns back around she sees a guy in a black leather jacket looking at them confused. "Yes, do you need something?," she asks the man. "You two are the only ones around here right?," he asks. "Yes, why would that matter?" "Well I can tell both of your 'Quirks' are strong, would you like to join us?," he asks smiling like a snake. "Who is this 'us' that you speak of?," Tsukiko inquires back. "That's fair I suppose. We are Cerberus we are the most prominent gang in the north district. If you join us you won't regret it," he explains his smile growing wider.

"Do you guys have a large refrigeration facility?,"she asks. He's now confused as to why but answers anyway, "Yes, it is a meat packing facility north of here for our drug business." Both the sisters are smiling now causing a shiver to run down the man's spine. "That's actually more information than what I would have thought you would give. You're of no use now. Goodbye," she says disappearing and reappearing in front of his face. He tries to step back but she quickly grabs his neck and twists slightly to snap it. "Thank you for the meal as well," Tsukiko says with a slight glimmer in her eyes.
