Chapter 27: Absolutely, No, Give, Up! [Subscription Requested]_1

At levels smaller than quarks, matter exists in a chaotic state, created from the most fundamental materials in the universe, which contain the most elementary universal principles. They form everything, from space to various substances, and they are the true building blocks of things. This place is also a host to space itself.

Highly advanced civilizations cleverly utilize these spatial principles. They initially applied them in communication, thus their communication speed can far exceed that of light!

Perhaps for distances spanning light-years, pure communication speed could allow a message to arrive in less than half a month!
