Reborn as a SCP

Leo was a surgeon in the foundation who had dedicated his entire life to the foundation, entering their ranks as a surgeon's assistant the moment he was qualified. He had seen everything from agents with minor injuries up to agents who had sustained major trauma to their bodies and had lost body parts, even operatives who were affected by SCP's. However, through thick and thin Leo stayed loyal to the foundation. Eventually, Leo qualified for a level three clearance level, all he had to do was complete a minor operation on an executive agent of the foundation. However, the agent mysteriously died and Leo was found responsible for the death after a trial. Leo lamented everyone as his hate for the foundation grew. "I dedicated my entire fucking life to your cause, I have saved hundreds of your operatives and this is the fucking reward I get!?!" After Leo found out he was scheduled to be tested on an SCP that could cause a horrendous death he rebelled, resulting in him dying. When Leo died, there was only one thought in his head. "Why am I the one who must always suffer? All of this happened due to the corruption of others, I've just been a puppet in the grand scheme of everything, the foundation is a predator, and I was the prey all along. The entire foundation, no, the entire world is corrupt. It should all be purged in order for a new beginning." Suddenly, Leo heard a mysterious and dark voice calling out to him. "Do you truly wish to purge the world? To create a new one?" Leo thought he was going insane for a second but still responded. "Yes, that is truly what I want. But before that, I want to trample those who wronged me in this world!"

Greeting

Leo was still surprised by the mission he received from Sogrith.

When he received the mission, he realized who had captured him.

He had been captured by the group of interest known as Marshall, Carter & Dark.

Leo used to hear about them from the security guards back when he was a surgeon.

They stole from the foundation and sold to the rich to in return make a profit.

Leo sat down and sighed.

"Either way, the conversation will be awkward." He thought.

Leo sat around in the steel cube for another ten minutes before he heard a loud drilling sound.

The sound continued for another twenty minutes before four holes of sunlight popped through the steel cube.

To his surprise, there was also a vault door in the cube.

Leo wondered why they didn't just open the vault door to let him out, but he got his answer sooner then expected.

The sunlight instantly disappeared when four iron tubes entered the holes.

After a couple of seconds, Leo heard gas flowing through the tubes into the cube.

Leo sincerely hoped that it would be oxygen, but unfortunately he was wrong.

He started feeling Drowsy and he quickly fell asleep.

Leo once again found himself in the same room as Sogrith.

Sogrith changed his form into that of Wallace and told Leo to take a seat.

"So, what do you want Sogrith?" Leo wanted to get to the point quickly.

Sogrith did not hesitate and responded quickly.

"Well, as you know due to you subjugating the village, my power has been growing quickly, and I want to give you another reward."

In the next second, the gameboard of LIFE popped out of thin air.

There was a soft hum before the board shapeshifted and showed multiple paths leading to the foundation, and some into dead ends.

Leo was confused, but Sogrith quickly cleared up the confusion.

"I am giving you another ability so to say. I am adding some sort of path system to your mind, you will soon choose a path and walk it, you will be getting more quests to complete the path and upon completion of the path, you will destroy the foundation. Of course you will also be getting rewards from this path." said Sogrith excitedly.

Leo rubbed his forehead before speaking.

"You really are a psychopath, arent you?"

Sogrith burst out in laughter before responding.

"Boy, don't forget that I feed off your emotions, and I know that you are excited about this addition."

Leo wanted to deny it, but Sogrith was completely right.

He would be getting rewards for practically doing what he was made for, destroying the foundation.

"Do you have any controls over these paths?" Leo asked abruptly.

Sogrith sighed and responded.

"No, I do not have control over this. At the very least I can influence the rewards you get a bit, but to put it simply you are in control. Your choices result in consequences, the best I can do is advice you."

Leo was satisfied upon hearing this.

"So, when will I get my first path?" asked Leo.

Sogrith smiled creepily at Leo before responding.

"I would say in about thirty minutes, make sure to make the right choice because the other path will most likely lead into damnation."

"What do you me-"

Before Leo could finish his sentence, he returned to his body.

He slowly opened his eyes and was flash banged by bright lights.

It took a few minutes to get adjusted to the lighting before Leo could look around properly.

He was still in his true form and he took his time observing the room.

He was in a completely white room, the only color contrast would be the black chairs and table and Leo himself.

...

Leo waited in the room and looked around once again.

After about five minutes, the door opened.

An old man entered the room, he walked slowly to one of the chairs before sitting down.

He inspected Leo before speaking.

"I'm glad to see you."

Leo shapeshifted into the body of the cultist leader before speaking to the old man.

"Percival Darke, I asume?"

The old man truly looked surprised and stunned before returning to his calm composure.

"They were truly right about you being intelligent," said Percival.

Leo suddenly stood up and Percival got on guard.

Leo originally was tied, but due to the different body composition between the cultist form and true form he could get out of the restraints.

The guards in the room got on guard, waiting for Leo's next move.

Percival prepared for what was to follow but was surprised by Leo's next move.

Leo bowed down before Percival and put one hand on his chest before speaking.

"It is a pleasure meeting you, Percival Darke. You may refer to me however you want, but I prefer being called Leo."

I just want to say once again that I am thankful for everyones support, you people really motivate me to write more.

Thank you for everything so far.
