Chapter 17 Overwhelming

Mia had never had a good impression of the useless Callie, and now after hearing Elsa talk about her wrongdoings, she looked down on her even more.

"Callie used to be good at dancing when she was little, it's just that later on..." Elsa explained with a blush.

"Little?" Mia scoffed, "When was that? Kindergarten or first grade?"

Everyone laughed out loud.

Callie originally intended to refuse directly, but hearing Mia's words, she immediately changed her mind.

"Fine, I'll participate!" She glanced thoughtfully at the two of them and spoke indifferently, her face remaining unchanged despite the laughter around her.

Elsa hooked the corner of her mouth, but still feigned concern, "Then Callie, remember to wait for me after class, and let’s choose a dance together, okay?"

"No need." Callie rejected the offer without a second thought, ‘I have other things to do; why would I waste time on such a trivial thing?’
