Become Mute

As long as Feng Wu knows that her grandmother loves her, she already feels content. Old Madam Feng doesn't what to say after her that concubine Li has already taken care of the problem.

" Yao Yao, go rest. Grandmother will bring a doctor to check you again to make sure you are fine. Don't worry, you still have a grandmother to love you." Feng Wu nods at Old Madam Feng's word.

Feng Wu walks to the courtyard with Li Li's help. Old Madam Feng looks at Feng Wu's back and thought back to Mu Luwei. Mu Luwei is Feng Wu's mother and she died one month after giving birth to Feng Wu. Old Madam Feng knew that Feng Wu is not Feng Wen's child because Mu Luwei only married him for a couple of months and she was already pregnant and give birth early to Feng Wu. Old Madam Feng just doesn't know who is Feng Wu's biological father.

Back then, when they travel back to the capital, Feng Wen help Mu Luwei where there are some people who chased after her life. But they never knew why she got chased, after she got injury very serious she doesn't remember where or who is her home. Since Mu Luwei has lost her memories and Feng Wen falls in love with her at first sight so they married as Mu Luwei has no objection. Old Madam Feng still remembers what Mu Luwei told her before she died.

When Feng Wu reaches her courtyard, it feels unreal. The courtyard it is not a small courtyard but it is a little far from the main house. In the past, she didn't like it as it was too far to walk but now she likes it more because it is near the mountain and has more privacy. She looks at the courtyard name on the sign, its name is lotus. She never knew why she listen to Feng Wei Wei's suggestion for the sign name. It feels ridiculous when she thinks back as to how they arranged her life. Feng Wu enters in, everything still looks the same as she loves to plant flowers and fruit. Everywhere look peaceful but it is also the place that buries her in the previous life.

After explaining everything to Old Madam Feng, concubine Li took Feng Wei Wei back to their courtyard to rest.

" Feng Wei Wei, from now on you have to be careful of how you say or do. Mother needs you to be the nicest person to Feng Wu."

" I understand mother." After the talk, Feng Wei Wei went to her courtyard.

" Young Miss, why Master never come see you. He should know how much you are hurting but why he never visited you." Li Li feels heartaches for her Young Miss as she is still a child who needs her parent's love.

Feng Wu look at Li Li complaining and smiling.

"It's fine. I don't want anyone to come to see me now as I couldn't speak and there are spies everywhere so it better he doesn't come."

Feng Wu knows that it was hard to tell Li Li that she is not their Feng clan daughter so Feng Wu didn't mention it. Li Li is still young to understand.

Li Li stop talking as there was a footstep coming to Feng Wu courtyard. Feng Wu glanced at Li Li and Li Li went out to check who is it. Li Li saw is Old Madam Feng with the support of a nanny and servant.

" Yao Yao. Are you awake?" Old Madam Feng called.

" Old Madam, please sit here, let me go help the lady to come out to meet you."

Li Li went inside the bedroom and help Feng Wu wear an outer dress and support her to sit near Old Madam Feng.

Feng Wu holds Old Madam Feng's hand.

" Yao Yao, grandmother wants you to go a birthday so you won't feel stuffing staying inside the courtyard." Old Madam Feng sighs in distress.

Feng Wu didn't want to go out as now she doesn't want her enemies to awareness of her change of behavior. But she doesn't want her grandmother to feel distressed for her so Feng Wu nod and agree to go. She going to be 7 years soon so she needs to know more people in order to take revenge.

When Feng Wei Wei heard that Feng Wu going to join her to go to a prim minister's birthday, she is not happy at all. It is like Feng Wu going to steal her limelight even though Feng Wu couldn't speak but her face is like a fox seduce for people. Concubine Li coax her.

"It's okay. You need to control your feeling to not show on your face so people will not see it, okay! You are my daughter and going to be an empress in the future so be more patient."

Feng Wei Wei feels wrong as her mother scolds her so she cries. Concubine Li knows that she has been a little harsh but she wants her daughter to be able to deal by herself when she is not present.

Feng Wei Wei feels wrong for being scolded but she knows her mother loves her the most so she nods as she understands what to do.
