13 Return to Glory City.

Itachi walked back to the girls, he was worried if they were traumatized by all the killing, after all this was the first time both Ning'er and Ziyun had seen someone getting killed. So he asked them softly "are you alright?"

Both the girls took their time to get used to the blood on the battlefield, Ziyun even had to hold back the urge to vomit, Ning'er was doing much better compared to Ziyun. After they calmed down, they felt mentally exhausted. Itachi saw that they were pretty tired and told Chen Linjian "brother Chen, we better find a place to camp. My girls are tired!"

Chen Linjian nodded his head and decided that they would camp near the military grounds, which would also be near the digging site.

After which the group headed towards the military grounds bringing along the asleep Yun Hua Deacon with them, but now nobody discussed anything about Itachi they didn't even dare to look towards him. He was like a death god to them.

Itachi supported Ziyun and Ning'er while walking along side with Huyan Lanruo, he asked "sis Yan Ruo, why did you suddenly step in front of me?"

Huyan Lanruo was surprised that Itachi addressed her in such a way, it was her who had asked him to call her in such a way, when they had first met but he didn't and instead used Miss. Huyan to address her, but now that he had actually called her in a more intimate way, she blushed and even forgot to reply him.

Ning'er and Ziyun both already knew Itachi had accepted her in his heart and they didn't have anything to go against her too. She really had put her life on the line to save the one she loved, they would do the same too. Instead they were happy that their little family had gained a new member.

Itachi saw Lanruo blushing and shook his head, 'this girl is too shy, isn't she? Where did the bold Yan Ruo go?' he thought to himself.

"Sis Yan Ruo" Itachi called.

"Ah yes" Lanruo said in a absent manner.

Just as Itachi was about to say something, Chen Linjian ordered the group to stop and set camps.

Itachi made a camp big enough for the four of them, he brought the girls inside and passed a soul crystal to Lanruo and said "Sis Yan Ruo, come let's see your soul form and attributes."

Lanruo didn't know why Itachi wanted to see her soul force, but still accepted it and sent her soul force, after which she could hear Itachi mumbling, "both the form and attributes are darkness."

Itachi didn't think Lanruo had darkness attribute, it's no wonder she was able to integrate the Snow Sakura Demon spirit, he thought of the best spirit she could use for now and coldly thought 'sorry Nie Li, but I'm taking the Shadow Devil Spirit Lamp too. I only wanted to take the remnant page of the Temporal Demon Spirit Book, but who knew the Shadow Devil would be perfect for one of my girls?'

Itachi entered the library in his mind and compiled all the darkness cultivation techniques and made a new one with zero flaws. He handed the technique to Lanruo and asked her to cultivate. He also reminded all three of them to get some rest or cultivate inside the camp till he comes back.

Ning'er and Ziyun decided they would cultivate together with Lanruo. So he didn't have to worry about his girls and made his way out of the camp. He could see the group digging, Nie Li was in them too. He activated his Sharingan, to see if he could see the Shadow Devil Spirit Lamp, yup, his guess was right. Since it was a demon spirit it should also have soul force, he found it and went directly above it's location.

He used the earth's style to integrate himself with the ground and went down towards the Spirit Lamp.

Itachi entered the hall, stored the Shadow Devil Spirit Lamp into his interspatial ring and also took the remnant page of the Temporal Demon Spirit Book along with the abstruse gemstone from the stone coffin. He would present the gemstone to Ziyun as she was still low on her cultivation rank due to her gaining the cultivation technique far too late compared to Ning'er. Now he had to find something that would be helpful for Ning'er too, he couldn't ignore her while others were presented with something right?

Itachi didn't bother with the inscriptions and incarnations on the coffin, he knew this wasn't the coffin of Emperor Kong Ming. So he searched for a while, he found a gold rank dagger that was very well preserved, undamaged. He decided he would gift this to Ning'er and let her use it until he gets his hands on the Thunder God's Meteorite Sword.

After which he made his way out of the hall and went back to the camp. He saw the girls cultivating, he didn't want to disturb them, he sat opposite them and watched them as they cultivated.

After some time Chen Linjian came and informed Itachi that they had found a passage that leads to the hall which had many treasures and gold. He also asked Itachi if he wants to see those treasures and pick some for his girls, but Itachi refused and said he was alright with just the shares that he gets after the gold and treasures were brought back to Glory City and auctioned them.

Chen Linjian felt even more admiration towards Itachi, but if he knew Itachi had already taken what he wanted and what he took was even more valuable than all the treasures and gold they found, he would definitely curse the monster for being shameless and ruthless, he not only did take away the most valuable things but even asked for the shares.

After the group stored the treasures in their interspatial ring, the group headed towards Glory City.

Nei Li looked distressed, he searched through out the hall but he couldn't find the Shadow Devil Spirit Lamp. His only reason for joining this exploration was for sake of Shadow Devil Spirit Lamp.

While on the way back to Glory City, the group didn't meet any major obstacles, but they still were attacked by Giant Blue Armed Apes in the ruins. After which the group safely made it to Glory City.

Itachi sent away his girls and told them to cultivate in his courtyard, then he took Yun Hua Deacon to the City Lord. He had also sent one of Chen Linjian's lackey to the Alchemist Association to inform Gu Yan and Yang Xin to meet him at the City Lord's place.

The news of Chen Linjian's group returning was quickly spread across Glory City. What's even more shocking was the harvest of Chen Linjian and his group. There are lots of treasures that are very shocking. A grand auction was planned to be held and many of Chen Linjian's harvest would be sold at a high price.

The enthusiasm of Glory City was fired up. Many people began to travel to the Ancient Orchid City Ruins with hopes of getting some harvest of their own.

Glory City also came to know the true power of the genius Itachi, the rumors said he had defeated and captured a 2-star gold rank demon spiritualist who was none other than a leader of a dark guild team leader. It also said he killed the remaining 29 dark guild members without blinking an eye in the matter of seconds. Some of the people who went to the exploration with him, had even become terrified and said "if you offend that monster, no matter who you are you'll die by his hands."

Most of the people thought they were exaggerating things, because how could a 13 year old boy compete against the black gold or legend rank demon spiritualists. But what said was really the truth, Itachi was already at 2-star Black Gold if people knew about this they would become even more terrified, a Black Gold at the age of 13?

Itachi had become the focus of all of Glory City, they even discussed about his girls, Ning'er and Ziyun. Another shocking news also spread, which was related to Huyan Lanruo also becoming Itachi's girlfriend.

All the boys, cursed Itachi for shamelessly taking all the most beautiful girls in the institute.
