While Bruce and Betty were going to Culver University, Kenichi was meeting with Tony as he needed his help with something.

"So what brings you here? Is it for collaboration between our companies? If it's that then you need to talk with Pepper as she is the one handling the company." Tony stated

"It's not regarding that, our companies have been collaborating for some time now, don't you know that?" asked Kenichi as he didn't think that Tony would literally stop paying attention to his company.

"I trust Pepper" Tony said with a shrug then continued "So if it's not about our company than do you need something"

"Yeah, Do you know how I saved your life" Kenichi asked

"Yes," Tony said with a raised eyebrow.

"Perfect now I need you to return the favour and use your contacts to spread some news that I will give you in sometime" Kenichi said

"Spread News? Who is this person that pissed you off?" asked Tony

"Well as you can already guess since I am here that he is an American with a lot of power and I want you to use you contacts to make sure he loses all that power" Kenichi said

"If it's someone with a lot of power then you would need some big dirty secrets of him so that others in power would lose face if they support him only then would it be possible for him to lose him power." Tony explained

"Don't worry about that I know some pretty big secrets of his and I know he will do something worse with the way he is going." Kenichi stated

"Sir, you told me if there was any news of Reaper then, I should inform you. Reaper has appeared at Culver University" JARVIS interrupted their talk to inform Tony.

"Culver University!? Why there? What happened?" asked Tony

"The military was tracking one of their fugitives and a green beast who is likely the fugitive had a fight there. I have a video feed from different cameras that I hacked if you would like to see." JARVIS stated

"Show me" Tony said and JARVIS started to play the video of the incident in Culver University.

He watched as the military failed spectacularly to contain the monster known as Hulk. He snorted and clapped as he watched Sargent Emil Blonski being swatted into a tree.

Idiot.

Even Captain America wasn't juiced enough to take on Hulk one-on-one. Reaper only appeared in few frames and that too when he dropped someone after rescuing the person from the military and Hulk.

"Okay since you are clearly busy then I will go for now, make sure that you are ready for my call." Kenichi said

Tony looked at Kenichi then back at the videos and again at Kenichi, "It's Ross right, the person you want to make sure loses all his power"

Kenichi's smiled as Tony was able to connect the dots and said "Yes, as you can see this bastard even attacked Culver University knowing that many people will get caught in between. If not for Reaper whom we saw was busy saving lives the casualties would be there."

"But this won't do, you know Ross would argue that he was capturing a dangerous beast and the casualties are because of him." Tony stated

"Don't worry Tony, I will make sure that he can't weasel his way out of it. You make sure that it becomes big enough thta no one supports him."

After Blonsky has every bone in his body shattered during a fight with the Hulk

"Will he ever walk again?" Ross asked the doctor as he looked

"Most of the bones in his body look like crushed gravel right now. l will say this for him. He's got a heart like a machine. Never seen anything like it, outside of a racehorse." Doctor stated and Ross left the room.

Half an hour later Major Kathleen came to him and said "Sir, it's Blonsky. "

"Has anyone found out if he has next of kin or family?" asked Ross expecting the worst.

"Ask him yourself. Sir?" Major Kathleen said

Ross enters the room to see Emil Blonsky in perfect health and says "Good to see you back on your feet, soldier."

"Thank you, sir." Emil said

"How do you feel?" asked General Ross

"Pissed off and ready for round three" replied Emil Blonsky

Grayburn College

Betty and Banner enter the college to meet Mr. Blue a.k.a Doctor Samuel Stern. Samuel Sterns works as a professor at Grayburn College, teaching in the Department of Cellular Biology.

Sterns was walking out of a building on the campus of Grayburn College when he was confronted by Professor Betty Ross of Culver University. Sterns recognized her close to instantly, and she began introducing him to Bruce Banner, who revealed himself to be Mr. Green.

Sterns expressed his excitement to cooperate with Banner and Ross, explaining that he contemplated on if Banner was real and how he could live with Hulk caged inside his body. When Sterns began rambling, Ross and Banner insisted that Sterns stay on task. Sterns explained to Banner that in order for the antidote to work, they need a precise set amount of blood to create the suppressant, or it would not work otherwise.

"If we overshoot this by even the smallest integer, we're dealing with concentrations with extraordinary levels of toxicity." Dr Stern has said this to Banner who understood the risk but this was the only way for him to be cured and he didn't want to back out.

In Sterns lab they started working on the cure and Banner was bound to the table.

After witnessing Bruce Banner transform into Hulk as a test and successfully reverting him back with their finalized suppressant, it was revealed that he had been experimenting with Banner's blood samples on animal test subjects without his knowledge, and also revealed his wishes to utilize his tests towards further scientific research.

Sterns debated with Banner, arguing that their discoveries in regard to the antidote could gain them prestigious awards and attention in the long run, whereas Banner insisted that Sterns did not fully grasp the full extent of the situation. During their bickering, the Strategic Operations Command Center had been listening in to their argument. After a sniper immobilized Banner, Sterns could only watch in horror as Emil Blonsky apprehended Banner into his custody.

With Banner and Betty taken into the custody of Thaddeus Ross, only Sterns remained inside the building. Kathleen Sparr interrogated Sterns about his experiments with Banner's blood, but Sterns explained that he couldn't replicate Hulk, even with the mass amount of blood samples he received from Banner. When Sparr began to respond to the revelation that Hulk could not be replicated, Emil Blonsky, who was still inside the building, knocked out Sparr with blunt force.

"Aah, she's an annoying bitch, isn't she?" Emil said

"Why are you always hitting people?!" asked Sterns and Blonsky pulls out his gun and points it at Dr. Sterns " Now what…could I have possibly done…to deserve such aggression?"

Blonsky mumbling agitatedly " It's not what you've done, it's what you're gonna do." Dr. Sterns raises his head, interested. "I want what you've got off Banner, I want that."

Sterns stood up and said "You look like…you've got a little something in you already, don't you?"

"Yeah, well, I want more. You've seen what he becomes, right?" Blonsky said

"I have…and it's beautiful. Godlike." Stern stated

" I want that…I need that. Make me that." Blonsky said

" I don't know what you've got inside you already. The mixture could become…an abomination." Blonsky grabs Dr. Sterns by the collar and raises him into the air. "I didn't say I was unwilling…I just need informed consent…and you've given it!"
