Meeting Father

I have been looking in the mirror though I can't clearly see my real countenance I'm quite satisfied with the fact that I have in this world. The facial feature that I see in the mirror is that of a very ordinary but even though I have transmigrated my face always seems to be void of emotion. Maybe this is one of my curses.

This body's name is Liang Liu Yang and it has the same name as me. What a very clique thing but since it has come to this might as well take the opportunity and since it has the same name it will be much more convenient.

This is the only time I can get up and it's been weeks and I have been in my room recuperating while thinking about the memories that came from this body's mother.

"Yang Jie Jie, I've come" When I heard my younger brother's voice I immediately look at him.

"En" I really have a weird feeling with this child, I wonder if it's because his name is Weimin.

"What does Min er need from Liu Yang?" I smile at him and she somehow turned red.

"Ji… Jie's mother said that you are needed in the ancestral hall father is waiting for you there." I nod at him and before I give him my reply he immediately left. It seems like I have been getting an awkward atmosphere whenever I'm with that child I think this is not how his sister act.

I wanted to know why I've been summoned by the father of this body and somehow I concluded that it is because of the stupid act that the previous soul did.

I have dressed appropriately and left my courtyard. While strolling from my courtyard I have a better view of the whole place. Just as I thought this is a royal guard's house but based on the servants the owner might be someone with a much higher rank.

"Ji… Jie!" I turn my head to see the owner of the voice who calls me and it turned out to be Weimin. It seems like he has contemplated on what he has done earlier.

"What is it Min er?" He once again steps back but he somehow looks determined.

"Jie Jie I want to apologize from my behavior earlier father said that I must assist you since you just woke up but I left without even saying anything" He looks dejected and it looks like he really has repented to what he had done earlier.

I smile and give him a tap in his head and he immediately held his head.

"Silly child you've disappointed this Jie Jie earlier but since you came and apologize then Jie Jie will forgive you" Somehow he looks flabbergasted but I don't mind him and continue walking.

"Min er aren't you suppose to assist me to father" He was taken out of his trance because of my call.

"Ye… yes, Jie Jie Min er will definitely send you to father safe" Fufu what a cute child I wonder how he was treated by his elder sister that he's acting like that earlier.

When we're almost in the ancestral hall I noticed something very peculiar but I only act as If I don't see it.

Fufu what a stupid thing to do.

"Jie Jie that door leads to the ancestral hall" When I heard Weimin I immediately composed myself to meet the father.

When we enter the courtyard I have found so many beautiful flowers growing inside and not far from my position is a person that is facing backward.

I think that person is the father.

"Father I've brought Yang Jie Jie!"

When I think he heard Weimin he look back and that's when I saw his countenance.

Umu umu very nice features though somehow he looks a really nice person based on how gentle his eyes look.

"Good job Min er" he praised Weimin and he looks really happy and when he looked at me he looks really hurt.

"Yang er greets father" He looked surprised but he immediately came to my side and help me up.

"Yang er how's your health, I heard that you've drowned and I have been very worried"

"…" I don't know what to say.

This person really looks like a doting father and maybe this is the reason his daughter grow up very spoiled.

"Yang er is in a good health now father" He smiles and it looks really warm and once again he looks at the tomb he has been looking at earlier.

"Yang er have you heard the royal decree?" Just as I thought it is because of that incident.

"Yes yang er heard it from mother" He paused for a few seconds and then he look at me.

"Yang er do you really want to marry someone who is not already in this world, don't you want happiness?" I don't really understand love so I'm sure that there's no need for me to regret if I accept the royal decree and I also want to be free and this marriage can become one of the best solutions for me.

"Min er have done a very grave crime and I'm willing to accept the decree so that it won't harm anyone of you" Since I have already promised to protect this family then I'll start by doing this.

Once again he looks really worried but do I need to do to reassure them.
