After all the emotional outbursts Yusheng decided to share the ideas she had, to implant from now on for the sake of the valley.

"First elder, I have decided to make some changes in and for the valley.

First we will not take more disciples but rather we will let 50 disciples teach a group of new batch under the age of 4, should be orphans and screened properly.

We will place these new students and selected disciples in our outer valley residence. This way for the common people, they will be more than enough to treat them. So please screen and choose 50 disciples to take this role.

Currently we have 500 disciples minus 50 remains 450. Select other 50 for herb production in outer valley so they can change their shift's as to not overwork.

Then we select 200 disciples with good cultivation and medical knowledge to train them to create our own army for protection. We select 100 with high intelligence and cleverness to create our information network. And for the last batch we put them as reserve when needed.

We need to have strength and at the same time eyes and ears all around to be in positive situation all time.

The reason I don't want to select new disciples is because I know the current batch we have is cream of the crop and loyal. Later if someone from the new batch shines then we will tuck them in after thorough screening, this way we don't have to be wary of disciples having connections to parties that may harm us.

We will take group of orphans from different places and specially from areas where living conditions are hard. First we will take 100 orphans and see the process. "

Yusheng stopped to see if any body have any objections or advise...

Master you don't need to worry we don't and won't have any objections. This matter I think third and second elder can handle with ease.

Second elder nodded "master I will handle the disciples responsible for teaching, also will help with the orphan group".

Then I will take the disciples for army...said first elder, dividing the work load with ease.

"Then zhu mama today after this meeting ends buy 25 slave child under the age of 8, harsher their condition the better but should not have any lingering feelings towards their family.

Among them five should be girls who will be my personal maid servants and 5 boys who will be my shadow guards the rest of the boys each five will be shadow guards for elders."
