The morning sun bathes the whole city with its golden rays as the dawn of a new day greeted Delta city. Bustling pedestrian and long lines of cars can be seen everywhere as many pedestrians occupy the streets and begin another day of work.

Joe Wang has been busy consolidating his cultivation as he has now reached another threshold in his power. The number of energy spheres in his dantian has now reached five, jumping immediately from three spheres in just one go. "Everything is alright now, I have already paid the bills and the discharge letter from the doctors are done. We can go out anytime."

"Little Joe, after breakfast, where do you want to go next?"

"Hmm… we can visit big sister Angel. I want to propose another business venture for her."

"Another business? What kind of business?"

When she asked this question, Joe Wang showed her a mysterious smile.

"Jewelry… magic jewelry."

"What? What do you mean, magic jewelry?" she asked in confusion as her interest was suddenly piqued.

As the two finished talking and eating their breakfast, they walked towards the seemingly empty corner of the hospital.

Suddenly, a white van rushed towards their location and two men from behind suddenly came rushing forward.

"Hey, do you trust me?"

"Stay calm, I will protect you. Okay?"

"Umm… yes."

Although a bit confused, Melissa Krin just nods her head with a smile.

Suddenly her expression changed from happiness into a shock.

This is because she suddenly noticed two men coming towards them.

She wanted to react but she saw Joe Wang smiling towards her calmly, which made her heart skip a beat.

"Did he know that this is going to happen?..." she thought as her heart began to beat faster in nervousness.

Screech!!!

The sound of the white van skidding on the road as the burning smell of rubber permeated through the air.

"Get in!"

One of the men shouted as the two arrived behind them and quickly cover their heads with black sackcloth. They were both forcefully grabbed and shove inside the white van.

Inside the van, there are already two men waiting to receive them as the van immediately speeds up down the road.

Joe Wang didn't let go of Melissa Krin's hand to ensure her that he is there to keep her safe.

The four men inside the van didn't do anything and they just quietly take the two towards a place.

Although no words are being said, Joe Wang can see with his absolute sense what is happening inside the van. The four men are currently feasting their eyes on Melissa Krin's body. Thought her head is cover by sackcloth but her feature is truly that of a really fine young woman.

Her healthy twin peaks and hot curvy body would move along the van making it bounce every now and then. This made the men inside the van swallow their saliva unconsciously. If they are not working under someone, then they would have disposed of Joe Wang and raped her over and over.

Although Joe Wang is angry he still reigned in his anger and bade his time.

"Hey, do we have to keep this kid? Why don't we just…" suddenly one of the men said while gesturing a slit on his neck.

"We did not receive any instructions about this… We are just commanded to take her and the people with her to the old warehouse."

The man who said this is sitting beside the driver of the van.

From the looks of it, the man seems to be the leader of this group.

Joe Wang can assess that the man is a martial artist, judging from his demeanor and his body structure.

When Melissa Krin heard the men she was shaken. She didn't want anything to happen to Joe Wang, so she felt scared and worried at the same time.

But the reassuring squeeze from his hand made her heart feel a bit calm. But still, she can't help but worry.

Not long later, the van stopped and they were dragged towards an old warehouse. It took them almost an hour to come to this secluded place and Joe Wang didn't waste his energy and just go with the flow.

Because the two didn't fight back, the people didn't tie their hands. Plus the men seem to be confident of this own skills. After taking off the sackcloth the two saw that they are now inside the gate of an old warehouse.

"Where is this?" Melissa Krin asked unconsciously upon seeing the place.

"Walk!"

Shouted one of the men as they escorted the two towards the middle of the warehouse where many broken wooden crates and machinery can be seen around them.

Ring! Ring!

Suddenly, the leader of the group receives a phone call.

After talking for a while, a sinister smile appears on his face. Then he called one of his men and gave him some instructions.

Receiving his command from their boss, the man showed an evil grin as he walks towards Joe Wang.

"It seems that this is your unlucky day young man." The man said as he suddenly punched towards Joe Wang's face.

Before his fist could connect, Joe Wang already sent his instructions to Melissa Krin.

Bang!

Joe Wang was sent flying towards a stack of wooden crates and hitting it loudly then he fell on the ground pitifully.

"No! Don't! Please! Stop it!" Melissa Krin suddenly cried out loud.

But the man didn't bother with her as another man stood beside her while restraining her arm.

The man began beating Joe Wang who is sprawled on the ground as his face immediately showed bruising and blood slowly drips from the corner of his mouth.

This scene made Melissa Krin's heart almost break as tears began flowing from the corner of her beautiful eyes.
