The game started. Edgar's team was playing well, and due to how energetic the boy, Edgar stood out amongst the other players.

Although he hadn't managed to score, he made significant contribution to the game. The other team was good as well.

Because of that, the scores were really close. It was an exciting game to watch that kept the viewers on their toes, and everyone cheered for the particular team or player they supported.

Evelyn wasn't the type to participate in it. She nonetheless watched Edgar intently. The boy was really radiant when he played on the field.

Although Evelyn was happy for her friend, there was a bit of envy as well that arose. It wasn't anything serious nevertheless.

For everyone, it appeared that Evelyn had her life figured out. She seemed quite mature compared to the other children of her age.
