Chapter 7; Mommy mommy... Uncle is here....

She signed the papers before turning around to walk upstairs but a soft voice stopped her on the way.

"Mingyue, aren't you going to eat? Don't starve yourself... You are already beautiful and in a good shape..." Gu Ting sweetly remarked as Gu Mingyue eyed her, was she taunting her? She knew she had added a few pounds of weight, then what did her statement mean?

"It's okay, I have take away here..." she lifted the package showing her as she walked over to take the stair but the next line of words made her halt.

"Where did you get money to pay for a takeaway? Did you get a sugar daddy for yourself?" She sarcastically remarked and when Mei Lu heard that statement, couldn't help but frown.

She hurriedly walked over to where Gu Mingyue was standing and snatched the package away, the logo on the package came from an expensive restaurant.

" Where did you get money to buy this?" she glared at her as she opened the package scrutinizing what was inside before throwing everything into the dustbin.

Gu Mingyue clutched her hands tightly, "It was ordered by Bai Xue, you better explain what happened to the food, they don't advocate wastage and that's rule number twenty in the Bai family..." she strode away upstairs to her bedroom.

"I guess, I have to sleep hungry..." she mumbled feeling terrible, she had a rough day, and now sleeping with an empty tummy made things worse.

When they heard about the Bai family, the entire family panicked, who could mess with such a top family in the country?

" Mother... " Bai Xue called her mother worriedly while gazing at the food they have just dumped into the dustbin. What would they say happened to it?

"You guys shouldn't have done that! Don't throw away food even if you are angry... " Gu Ailing the secondborn spoke out, they were already looking bad in Bai Zhou Hua's eyes, and now this? How could they explain this?

"It's already done, they won't know once we clear the dustbins tomorrow..." Mei Lu wasn't ready to suffer for some stupid consequences like those.

"I will go upstairs and rest..." Gu Ailing took the stairs to his bedroom while Gu Tang trailed behind him.

"Mother..." Gu Ting was still nervous.

"Go to bed, everything is alright, you don't need to worry..." he sweetly patted her head as she kissed her forehead, Gu Ting took the stairs and went to her room.

Gu Mingyue who had returned to her room, locked the door before sitting on the bed and began doing her homework.

Bai Xue arrived at their mansion, the chauffeur parked as they alighted and walked into the mansion altogether.

"Mommy mommy... Uncle is here..." She shouted out and everyone who was in the kitchen and in the living room turned around to eye at the entrance door and saw Bai Zhou Hua.

"Bai Zhou Hua?" they were surprised to see him, they never thought he would return.

"Yeah... Hello, my dear brother, Sister-in-law..." They were Bai Xue's parents and the people who were in charge of the Bai family in the country, he was turning 28 soon and for the entire fifteen years, he had spent in States and now coming back after fifteen years it felt strange to everyone.

"Hello Bai Zhou Hua, welcome home..." they shook hands with each other, greeting his brother whom he missed so much, they hugged each other for a few seconds before letting go.

"Hello, Bai Zhou Hua..." Other family members who were in the living room stood up to greet him but he didn't even gaze at them.

"Brother, Sister-in-law... I don't want to see anyone else in this compound apart from you, the servants, and the guards... It's too crowded... Clear everyone else out by tomorrow 7 am..." he stated before ruffling Bai Xue's hair and taking an elevator up to the 6th floor which had his master bedroom and other rooms across the entire floor.
