William Manor

To create life serum, it's without a doubt a very hard job especially since he did not specifically learn biology in his past lives. Now that he wants to create life serum, biology knowledge is rtequired. Not just ordinary knowledge either, he must create new knowledge beyond existing knowledge.

There are actually many ways to extend the longevity of a person. Replacing old organ with the new one can extend the longevity, but it also comes with a great price. The new organ usually doesn't fit with the body of the changer. So it requires an organ that truly fit, the cloning is the answer.

But cloning also has a fatal flaw, it can't clone the brain which is the most important organ of human. Human brain lifespan theoretically can live until 160 years old. So even if you can replace your whole body with clone, it lack the most core brain which holds our will, though, and consciousness.

So the brain created by clone it not our brain, it entirely new existence. So you can only live up to 160 years old theoretically with cloning. Henry definitely not satisfied with that, he needs something more stable and powerful. Unfortunately, with his meager biology knowledge now, he can't find a new way, so life serum is his only hope and choice.

He already sees various technology in the movie, novel or fantasy that make life serum. Even though that's not reliable, it's an act as a direction. But now, he must learn all existing biology knowledge to serve as the foundation. Books can only provide limited knowledge, but it's better than nothing.

After he goes back from Nepal trip, he will seek his father help because Jacob is a biology professor at Stanford University which their biology department is one of the best in the world. Henry already decided he will continue his postgraduate at Stanford University. He can't just read a book and gained knowledge from it. He must have a practical application too, so Standford is his choice.

After contemplating for a while, Henry realizes that Nolan already sits in front of him. Since Nolan already waited for a while, he closes his book.

"Good morning Mr. Nolan, I'm sorry for letting you wait for a while. But I always focus during reading, so forgive me." Henry greeted Nolan.

"Its okay Mr. Henry, I actually admire your spirit for knowledge as I can see all of the book subjects here is science." Nolan praises Henry as he really admires someone like him.

Henry laughs a little, but he had no plan to continue chit chat with Nolan so he says, "I will go straight to the topic today. I want you to continue as Atari CEO....." Before he can finish his sentence, Nolan quickly interrupted him.

"I'm sorry Mr. Henry, I thought it something else. But I already sell Atari to you, why do you expect me to continue ?" Nolan asked as he doesn't expect Henry will ask him to continue as Atari CEO. Why would he continue if he already practically sell Atari to him?

Henry cough and say, "Please don't interrupt me, Mr. Nolan, I hate it when someone interrupts me. Of course, I know this issue, so I already prepared an agreement for you." Then Henry takes a paper from a table beside him and handed it to Nolan.

Nolan just silent and take the paper. He read it carefully for a moment and found this agreement will bind him to Atari for 10 years. During his term as CEO, Atari will give him a salary of $5 Million per year. After 10 years, he can get $50 Million which is double what he gets from selling Atari.

Nolan already regretted that he selling Atari just for $27.5 Million. He should ask more if he knows Henry is this rich. This agreement will bind him for 10 years, this makes him a little difficult to choose. $50 Million for 10 years sound like a great deal, even he must work 10 years.

But he still read the agreement carefully just in case.

Henry gets up from his seat and takes the book he read earlier as he can see Nolan reviewed the contract now. He wants to return the book to where it's belonging. After he goes back, he sees Nolan has finished reviewed the agreement and put it back in the table.

Henry smiled as he already expects Nolan will agree as his greedy nature for money is just too obvious. So he approached Nolan and patted his shoulder.

"Welcome back to Atari, Nolan." Henry thrust out his hand toward Nolan.

Nolan stiffly smiles and shake Henry's hand, but since he already signs the agreement its already too late for regret so he replied, "I guess I will be your employee for the next 10 years."

Henry just smiles as he already secures Nolan for Atari CEO. Even though Nolan is greedy which also his weakness, but he confident he can control Nolan with just money. He doesn't believe someone will dig Nolan with money alone as he already gives him $5 Million per year.

Even if there are, it will be many years later when Atari has expanded and become a giant. For at least 5 years, he believes there will no trouble. Even he doesn't know what he will become 5 years later, but what he sure that he only will become stronger, bigger and more capable.

After discussing the work for a while, Henry invited Nolan for a quick tour for his estate. Since 4 months ago when he buys this estate, it already undergoes major changes. He already renamed this estate into William Manor officially in legal level.

William Manor located in secluded Greer Road, Woodside. It surrounded by many national parks like Hudart Park, Teagull Hill reserve and Wunderlich county park. There is only William Manor in the surrounding 10 Miles, so its very secluded.

There is only 2-way road that straight to William Manor, it needs 5 minutes of 60kmh ride to the nearest main road. Henry already buys 100sq mile land that surrounding the William manor. It takes him much effort to buy it from the California government as the 100sq mile is a national park area.

It cost him nearly $20 Million as the government demands a price $300/acre. Not just that, he can't build anything that involves commercial here as it originally a national park. It's fine though as he only buys it for his William Manor expansion later.

He already renovated the William Manor as it is too old since it builds in 1941. He replaces all old tile with a marble, repaints the wall, and change all the furniture with the new one. He already starts to expand the manor by build some extra building.

Henry plan this will be the main house for the Williams family in the future, so he wants it the best.
