Securities Companies

Now that Apple has been established, so it just an empty shell. The time from Intel release 8080 Microprocessor is just 2 months left. So Henry decided to recruit employees first as, without Intel 8080 microprocessor, Apple-1 can't be designed.

Henry needs people to run the Apple, so without doubt the founder of Apple which is Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak is the best choice. For Steve Jobs, Henry already meets with him last year and exchanged contact with him. But Steve Wozniak a little difficult to find as Henry never specially learn the past of people. So even with future knowledge, Henry did not know where Steve Wozniak now.

After contemplating for a little while, Henry suddenly remembered that Steve Wozniak is a childhood friend of Steve Jobs, this is without a doubt a clue. So now Henry just needs to find Steve Jobs, and from him, he can find Steve Wozniak too!

After making this decision, Henry quickly acts to find Steve Jobs. From what he knows, last year, Steve Jobs is still searching for a job. After 1 year, he should already find the job, so from this clue, Henry then launched an investigation.

It's very hard to find one person from countless people if you did not have an intelligence organization, from this fact, Henry has finally experienced it. This made Henry suddenly want to create an intelligence organization himself.

Henry know in the future, his wealth is unimaginable, from the process of making it, it's inevitable he would make many enemies. In order to eliminate him, they would sort out any method including various legal mean, dirty mean, even assassination. If Henry did not know any info about it, he would leave in the dark.

Now that his wealth is decent, Henry would like to lay a foundation for the Intelligence Organization. Henry can imagine when this organization know information all over the world and provides him an invisible wealth of information. Henry believes with his support of money, it would at least as big as CIA, Mossad, KGB and many national level agencies.

But to truly create this organization, it's undoubtedly a very hard task. Nothing would be hidden in the world, so this organization will eventually found out. Many agencies would not tolerate organization this magnitude to exist in the name of private, especially the CIA. Henry base is on the United States, so he must care if want does anything big.

Any wrong move, he would be done as his strength now is just like an ant that can be pinched anytime by powerful people. So this organization creation is undoubtedly a very difficult task. Henry decided he would postpone this plan as his focus now is Apple. This organization will not too late to be created later as now his action not yet attracted many enemies and not particularly need it.

Of course, an Intelligence organization like that is very hard to create but it did not mean he can't create security companies. Although now his security is very safe and not need it, it did not mean in the future. The security companies are the best solution as security companies are commonly owned by many powerful families.

Usually, these powerful companies would create at least one security companies to protect their business and family safety. Many of these companies are basically a mercenary disguised as securities. The example of the most famous is Blackwater Securities that infamous.

Securities companies relatives easy to created compared to intelligence organization. So Henry decided to create it first as his safety is the number one priorities. As Steve Jobs search not successful, Henry just let it be as Apple too need wait until Intel 8080 so it can begin designing.

After confirming this decision, Henry then begins register securities company in the name of Umbrella Security. It's was securities under the Umbrella company, Henry did not fear anything as creating securities company is normal for most rich people/families.

After creating it, Henry did not immediately recruit people as he can't assure a person loyalty. To assure a person loyalty, it requires many ways and if Henry just randomly recruit people, Henry never felt truly at ease as he knows in life and death moment, those people can never be trusted.

Many bodyguards will choose to evade if there are truly life and death moment as everyone loves their life. Only a few specially trained people can take a bullet for their employees like Secret Service of the president. Normal bodyguard usually doesn't dare take a bullet for their employees, so what Henry needs is elite that did not fear death and loyal to him.

But this makes it hard for him to recruit that kind of people, as it needs luck. The only way to truly assures a person loyalty is train them from childhood. Most of the elite bodyguard is trained from childhood so they can take a bullet for their employees.

So Henry decided to take this way as his time is abundant and not urgently need the bodyguard now. To launch this plan, it means Henry must recruit orphan and train them. To train them, it needs someone to direct at them and a place to train.

Henry then recruits 10 retired Navy Seals coach and 5 professional bodyguard trainer. Even though Henry needs elite to serve him, it didn't mean Henry would not like to recruit the normal one. The trainer is an example as they did not need to take a bullet for him as their duties are to train the orphans. To effectively gain these trainer 'loyalty', Henry then give them a huge salary of $100,000 per years.

The average salary of an ordinary soldier is just $500 per month now. Even if they are Navy SEAL trainer, their salary is just $4,000 per month before. And now after retirement, they just became an ordinary security consultant with pay of $3,000 per month. So when they heard Henry salary and goals, they quickly promise as the salary is huge and the work is what they want.

Under a huge sum of money and goals, these trainers keep promising Henry they would train the elite that Henry wants. Of course, Henry believes this trainer will not betray him as their job is simple. Their job is just to train the orphan he recruited later and the orphan is the true goals that Henry wanted.

Now that the trainer is ready, Henry then purchases a large ranch with the size of 100,000 acres with a price of $50 Million in Wyoming. Now many people have not yet realized the importance of land, so it gives Henry the opportunity to buy a ranch this large. If this in the future, the ranch this large would even not be sold.

The ranch covers 100,000 acres of land with various terrain on it. It provides a perfect training place for the elite he wants. Now that the training place is ready, it's the time to Henry recruit the orphan.
