He was suffering on his silent wrath. He has waited for 3 whole weeks for Xiao Ni to woke up. He wanted to be the first one she sees when she gains consciousness.
Two days ago, in her sleep, she was mumbling something unclear. But it was a good sign since she started to show responses and emotions. The doctor predicted that she could gain her consciousness in 1 week or so.
Who knows she will wake up in two days. However, it was a good thing. Even better if she did not remember anything. They could continue their life normally.
But this handsome young fellow might be trouble in a paradise. He looks at Doctor Song with an autocratic look.

"Done, I'll inform your doctor team that you've woke up. I'll excuse myself now. Bye Xiao Ni, Mr. Wang."
"Bye, Senior Brother." Xiao Ni smiles while bidding him goodbye, even waving her hand a little cutely. Wang Kai remained quiet but looked at her rather subtly but with a little bit of hatred. It was a little bit complicated.
She soon realized she left alone with Wang Kai when Song Weilong disappears from the room. She did not dare to look back at Wang Kai who is staring at her quietly all the time.

With that, he lifted her chin and woke her up from her thought. Xiao Ni sparkly eyes meet his icy blade pupils. She felt the water was ready for running out already.
She did not have the face to look at those handsome faces anymore. "Wang Kai, I'm afraid..." she blurted out subconsciously.
Wang Kai looks at those beautiful eyes that brimming with tears. His thumbs gently make his way to wipes the trace from her cheeks, even though the tears keep flowing.
"Don't be afraid, I'm here..." All of his anger and jealousy right now vanished. Replace with excruciating pain as he watched her cry and telling him that she was afraid.
The previous accident might shock her to the core. It was the first time she shot someone to death after all. He sighs and takes a look closer at her. Her eyes watered and her nose tingled.
At the most crucial and vulnerable moment, Wang Kai's long lashes quivered as he put on his thin lips against her soft lips. His warm hand was covering his nape as he deepens the kiss.
"I miss you so much, don't ever do that to me again. Don't ever leave me," he whispered. He stares at her intensely, she can witness how his pupils enlarged in size and how it's saying 'i miss you'.
She opens her mouth slightly, preparing to said that she didn't want him to leave her too when she heard him continuing his sentence. "I won't let anyone or anything hurt you again. Guan Xiao Ni, I love you," he confessed.
He confessed because after living through hell for almost 3 weeks, he felt what is pride towards life? If those three little words could make her stay together with him forever, why save the troubles.
Xiao Ni felt her brain was buzzing into oblivion, her heart was shattering to pieces.
He thought she was afraid of being hurt. What frightened her was watching him turning his back to her because she did not worth his love.
Because she is a murder and she too much of a coward to admit it.

The good news spread like a fire, surprisingly, Xia Sha is the first one to visit her. Given their love and hate relationship, Xiao Ni was quite happy that she comes to visit.
"Guan Xiao Ni, you are too sly. Just to make your husband chase you, you endanger your own life. ckckckck."
Xiao Ni rounds her eyes and looks at Wang Kai with stammered nervousness. She glares at Xia Sha and told her to shut up. Xia Sha tittered as she put the bouquet she brings. Thankfully Wang Kai did not seems to hear anything as he was chatting with the doctor and Guan Xian.
"Why would I endanger my own life for his attention?" Xiao Ni murmured unhappily.
"So, when will you come out of this ward. This ward is so not your style."
"Che, Xia Sha, I see you did not treat me as a patient at all. Are you trying to kill me out of anger?"
"Did I, but you don't look at a sick person at all..."
"Hey, I just woke up 2 hours, I'm still a patient."
"You had enough strength to fight with me, I think you are okay to go." Xia Sha chuckles and picks up an orange. Xiao Ni watching her slender hand peeling the orange skin and divided it into two.
Xiao Ni was prepared to take them when Xia Sha looks at her with an innocent face. "I think you aren't allowed to eat anything yet before you fart."
"!!!" Xiao Ni's face was dark as if a hammer just hit her brain out. "Ck! Why put it in my ward if I can't have it?" she loots the orange from Xia Sha's hand and put it inside her mouth.
"You can't!;" Xia Sha shouted, but it's too late.
The sweet and sour flavor of oranges quickly dominates her tongue. She did know she was thirsty before she ate the orange. Now that she thinks about it, when she woke up, that arrogant boss did not even give her water to drink. But he surely had taken advantage of her.
Xiao Takes another bite of the oranges as she thinks about what Xia Sha has asked. What will she do after coming home?
Before, she could act carefree because she doesn't remember a thing. But things had changed since she remembers everything. Sure, she could act. But how long can she act if he always near her?
No, she must think of a way to make her really busy! Really busy so she will only see him once in a week. At least until she knew what her next plan is. Yeah, she needs to stay away from him, at least for now.
